Todo perfecto, el sitio es muy acogedor, la atención muy buena y la comida exquisita. Pedimos el revuelto de morcilla, lechazo y todo exquisito. El brownie de chocolate blanco muy rico, pero si no te gusta el dulce no es tu postre 😆 Un 10, como siempre
Restaurante muy recomendable en El Burgo de Osma. Comida espectacular con una presentación cuidada. Pedimos ensaladilla rusa, patatas mareadas, magret de pato en salsa de frutos rojos y pluma ibérica en salsa de boletus. Al estar alojados en La Quimera de Aitana, el dueño (que también es el propietario de dicho alojamiento) tuvo un detalle con nosotros. ¡Muchas gracias Óscar!
Hemos tomado rollos de cecina con membrillo y salsa de queso, pastel de cabracho, lagarto ibérico, carrilleras de cerdo con reducción de Ribera del Duero, profiteroles y tarta de queso con pistacho. La comida en este restaurante es una fiesta para el paladar y un paraíso de sabores. La presentación de los platos es excepcional, la preparación y el punto de las carnes es increíble. Los ingredientes tanto de los entrantes como de los platos principales están perfectamente casados. Los postres te dejan sin palabras, son simplemente deliciosos. Las raciones son abundantes, el ambiente del local es muy agradable y está bien climatizado. El servicio es impecable: muy correctos, agradables, y rápidos. Es de los mejores restaurantes en los que he comido. Sin duda repetiré.
Un lugar por visitar de paso a Burgo de Osma! Los platos son elaborados, la comida muy sabrosa. Hemos comido un revuelto de boletus con foie de entrante, después una pluma con salsa de boletus, un rodaballo con frutos secos (original Y bueno!) y postres de leche frita con chocolate blanco y trufas caseras. Todo acompañado con una buena carta de vinos para maridar con la comida. El personal es muy amable y atento a todos los clientes. La decoración es simple pero de buen gusto, y la estufa da suficiente calor para pasarlo bien sin frío y crear un ambiente acogedor. Lo recomendamos totalmente!
Comimos el sábado y todo perfecto. Comida muy buena. Atención rápida y amable. El local es acogedor , dispone de terraza y mesas dentro. Las raciones son generosas … dos entrantes y dos principales a compartir para cuatro estuvo bien. Y luego un par de postres a compartir !!

Desde el primer momento en que entramos al restaurante, la atención fue absolutamente impecable. Los camareros fueron amables, rápidos, muy eficientes y siempre atentos. Sinceramente, creo que nunca me habían atendido tan bien en un restaurante. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta de su trabajo y aquí todo el equipo lo demuestra con creces. La comida, por supuesto, estuvo a la altura de la atención: deliciosa, bien presentada y con ingredientes de gran calidad. Cada plato que probamos tenía un sabor increíble y claramente preparado con cuidado y cariño. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveré una y otra vez. La combinación de un servicio sobresaliente y una cocina de primer nivel hace que este restaurante sea totalmente recomendable. ¡Una joya!
Estuvimos 6 adultos y 6 niñ@s,nos enkantó el restaurante,la komida estaba rikisima,nos atendieron muy bien y tuvieron un gran detalle kon nosotros por haber estado hospedados En la Quimera de Aitana,mutxas gracias Oskar a ti y a tu gente,un placer, volveremos seguro.
Cocina castellana con una elaboración y preparación exquisita. En nuestro caso rollos de cecina y membrillo, pluma de cerdo, rabo de toro, leche frita y tarta de queso con dónut. Sin duda repetiremos. El trato exquisito y en un lugar muy tranquilo.

We had dinner there and everything was amazing. We ordered patatas meneadas (a type of potato dish), sea bass, lizard fish, and pistachio cheesecake. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the waiters were incredibly attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Local muy bien acondicionado y bonito. Servicio de mesa efectivo y amable. El Menú del día bien presentado y muy bien elaborado. Muy rico. Recomendable
Comida correcta. Croquetas de jamón muy cremosas, chipirones muy tiernos y limpios y lomo de vaca en el punto perfecto. Los postres, caseros, espectaculares. Me parece algo caro.
Cercano a la plaza de toros y a un parque infantil, se encuentra este restaurante con una terraza exterior y una interior climatizada, que da a la piscina; igualmente, tiene un comedor pequeño en el propio establecimiento. Durante las fiestas, el servicio fue rápido y la atención buena, parejo con la cantidad y calidad de sus productos. Lo que me disgustó fue que cobraron 1,50€ por cada comensal por servicio a mesa y pan; y aunque sea práctica habitual en estos períodos, eliminaran el menú y tuvieses que pedir de carta.

My family and I tried to get something to eat and sat down, but we weren't served. I got up to order at the bar, where there were three waiters, and one of them rudely told me they weren't open, even though it was 6:00 PM and there were clearly other tables full of people having drinks. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near it.
