Best Starbucks in south county. The manager and all the employees are amazing. Super friendly and fast service, and they always get the order right no matter how busy they are. The place is always clean. I love starting my day at this store because I know the rest of my day will be that much better

The one downside to this Starbucks is no designated parking lot. There is a lot across the alley but it’s now labeled for private use. However, there’s always street parking close by. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their work environments and be passionate about the company. The inside is quaint with four two-top tables along the window wall opposite the cash wrap and an extra two in the back corner. It’s pretty consistent with other Starbucks locations in terms of menu, items, merchandise, drink quality etc.

San Clemente, CA - A must stop at this Starbucks in town to take a caffeine break for the rest of the trip home (another 2 hrs!). A nice little store in this beach town, busy, staff was alert at greeting each and every guest that walks in the door. A good feeling to be acknowledged and given priority as excellent guest service delivery should be. Good job to this team as they got my yummy warmed up cookie and latte in no time.

Great location to stop and have a coffee with lots of outside seating with the ocean breeze. Expect a little wait because this place is busy and mostly a lot of online orders. Service is super friendly and as always the coffee is good.

It's an ok Starbucks. The ambiance could be a bit better. It seems like the era of cafes with inviting chairs and sofas is over. Service was great, however. Everyone is working with a smile and making sure all orders are correct.

Go there every week while doing my laundry. Staff is polite, friendly and efficient. Music is a little loud. Nice small patio outside. (Outside tables could be cleaned more often).

Green Tea Frappuccino, Salted Caramel Cold Brew, Strawberry Refresher, all the menus were delicious. There were many tables on the ocean view patio, and there was plenty of parking space next to the building, so there was no inconvenience in parking. The servers were friendly, and the interior was clean.

Staff was so helpful and polite. The store is pretty and clean. My iced almond milk latte was delicious! However, the patio tables were very dirty, and there wasn't a trash can outside. Otherwise, a lovely store.

3 stars only because the bathroom was not working. Came there to work on my laptop and sip some coffee. Customer service was good. My coffee was made right and just the way I like it. The bathroom is a kind of a huge deal, it wasn't working and needed the restroom. Please make sure it is always working. Thank you!

The food was typical Starbucks, so good. The service was so slow. There was, I think, 3 people there and it seemed to take forever to get our order. The person in front of us... the same. We had a warmed up muffin and tea. How long does that actually take?

The lady making the drinks was rude just because I asked for a pup cup even though the whip cream was in her hand. I was told next time I needed to order it at the register. I had ordered online which doesn’t give the option to order a pup cup. It’s just sad that she had to be rude about something that took her less then 10 seconds to do. I came down to get my Birthday coffee! Happy Birthday to me I guess!!! This is not the first time that I have heard her be rude to a customer just because they dare say something to her. Before my drink was ready she rolled her eyes at the customer before me because she asked for a sleeve for her hot drink!!! Some people aren’t meant for customer service!!!!

When I asked a staff person (barista) about the status of a mobile order, she looked at me like I was such an abomination for questioning her work pace. Mind you, I had been waiting 10 minutes and watched people come and go that arrived after me. I showed her my order time and submission on my phone and she walked over to the printer, to grab the printed sticker. She didn't even acknowledge that she missed it or just simply apologize for the minor oversight on her part, and additional waiting on mine. She just mildly rolled her eyes and proceeded to make the drink. I see this incident as proof that this 20-something year old generation: 1) can't ever be wrong or questioned; 2) customer service with a smile is dead. I wish they'd learn a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Now I'm just annoyed and writing about it on Google and vow to never return to this location again- I'll go to Diedrich down the road, instead. I know, for a fact, their staff feel less entitled. They actually appreciate the business.

Loved it! Fast service and orders were done correctly. Update: Two Years later and this Starbucks has really gone downhill. Staff is extremely rude and condescending. Hollering at people who walked in behind me without a mask on. Then another lady who was waiting in line while holding her small dog was kicked out and told dogs were not allowed in the store. Last but not least they got 2 out of 3 of our drink orders wrong then copped an attitude about it when I asked them to please fix them.

Went to this location twice and for some reason got a very rude service from a older Mexican lady Elena. I think she enjoys her power. And made sure she was rude or extra questioning my Starbucks app and rewards. Otherwise pleasant cafe, clean and they had outdoor sitting. They have power outlets for studying on your laptop. I wish that lady would get extra couching on customer service and Starbucks rules on rewards.

Rude worker experience was unpleasant won’t be wasting my time here

This is really unacceptable! I’m 37week pregnant walking around the block and I just when to Starbucks to get some water because I was thirsty but they told me that there policies changed. “Any customers how want to use the bathroom or even get water they need to purchase something” Otherwise they can't give it to you. In my opinion this is really insane. How is possible that a big franchise like Starbucks want you make for purchase something. When water is supposed to be free.

They changed the upbeat Spanish music to regular English music today :( another basic Starbucks
