Really good service and food was on point. While, sometimes you might encounter a wait list, I personally think that it is worth it. I just had a minor issue with a not properly cleaned cup but the waiter rapidly changed it for a clean one and apologized for not noticing earlier.

Swedish crepes we're great. Generous on the lingon berries! Although they appeared to be short staffed, the staff were friendly and polite. Comfortable and clean. Great job!

It's consistently hot good coffee and service. There is plenty of nearby parking. Service with a smile plus some of the best wait staff IHop has to offer in the area. Really a big difference between other Ihop locations as well the food prep.

Great service. I went 2 days in a row. I went on March 20 and picked up an order made online, then March 21 I went for breakfast and did dine in. The waiter was very on top of things and my family even paid for a war veteran's meal.

We thought we would check out the new 2pm to 10pm meal deals. We ordered the hamburger and the BLT. Both were excellent and a really sweet responsive waitress. Best expiriance ever at this location. We will be back to try other options.

IHOP is like a standard on American breakfast places, and it lives up to his legacy. The food is absolutely tasty, with a great variety of combinations to choose from. Service is always warm and kind, and the crew is always looking for your table. Only con, if it can be considered a con, is the price, as they are a little too pricey, but worthy in all words.

The food is always great here, some of the servers are friendlier than others. Our server this day seemed a little overwhelmed, granted it might have been the Sunday mid day rush but over service was good.

The service is incredible. Very kind people work there. The breakfast is really good not to mention the amazing pancakes. Dinner is surprisingly really good as well. I recommend ihop a lot, this could be your breakfast and dinner place.

Awesome really enjoyed our breakfast and the server was Enrique, he was super attentive and very generous check on us, many times to see if we need more drinks but he was super nice.

Came in for a breakfast dinner around 6:00pm on 2/7/24. I had the sirloin tip with onions and mushrooms, it came with 2 pancakes and 2 eggs. It was the best breakfast I had in a very long time eating out. Everything was very good. My compliments to the cook.

The service was good, the food was to be expected. I was just surprised that the locals don't come to this place much. I guess most just get a to-go Order. In-Out line stays full, Panda Express is staying busy. But this IHOP seem to be lacking customers. From the outside it looks Closed from lack of customers. But overall service was like a regular IHOP.

Our waitress Denisse was amazing!!!!! By far the best service we every received on any of our visits. Food came out quickly, she was attentive and very patient with us. Give that woman a raise! Along with all the other workers. Everyone I saw was moving quickly and had a great attitude.

Our server was outstanding! Everytime my drink got low, she brought me a refill without being asked. She was extremely friendly and was bilingual. Our food tasted great and everything was fresh. Very big portions. Very good experience as always. This is a great IHOP.

Food was brought out so quick I worried it was going to be horrible from being rush cooked, but to my great surprise the food was absolutely AMAZING! The best French toast I’ve had in years, the crispiest hashbrowns, and perfectly cooked bacon just to name a few things. The service was prompt & welcoming and didn’t make us feel rushed to order at all. Our server kept us posted on the couple items that took a little longer to come out and ensured all of our requests were filled immediately. Overall just a great experience and great food!! Will highly recommend to anyone looking for something home cooked tasting and all the good you’re looking for in a restaurant!! Only thing I feel wasn’t 5star worthy was the prices but I’m sure inflation has a lot to do with the high prices. But you get what you pay for and quality and service like this I couldn’t complain just feel it was slightly high priced but worth it.

I quit going to IHOP because of their coffee. Friends told us the coffee is better now so we went back recently. Had a delicious breakfast which is consistent at IHOP, friendly service by Ivan, all 4 of us enjoyed our meals and service.

Great crepes! But this restaurant is the only IHOP for the whole Imperial Valley. Why isn't there another location, say, in Calexico? Why? This stupid Imperial valley is so backwards & behind which remains old with very little prospects. Get with the program whoever makes the decisions in council to seek better prospects for a fast growing community.

The sausage links were greasey and my wife's cheese cake pancakes as she said, "there was no indication of any cheesecake! Other wise, walked right in and was seated immediately and had great service!

We stopped on the road back to Phoenix on Father's Day morning. The staff got the standing room only crowd seated quickly. Our efficient server took care of us and we were on our way again much faster then we initially suspected.

Good, fun, and solid restaraunt. Everything was given to me like i ordered. Love that i can order breakfast at any time of the day. Over all nothing super spectacular, but that is to be expected from a chain. More than anything it is just a good place for breakfast.

Friendly waitress, went around lunch time & it was super busy. Expect a 15 minute wait to be seated then another 20 or so for your food to come out. We saw a lot of plates of food ready but no one taking them out yet. Needs a little more organization for quicker service. I loved my Wednesday Addams pancakes. They should keep it on the menu! And the burgers are delicious too! Will be going back for burgers again. They're that good!

IHOP El Centro receives a 4 stars for its overall experience. First impressions are always important and unfortunately the greeter looked less than happy to be employed there. After our seating the waitress was delightful and patient even though it was extremely busy. The food was delicious, I had chicken and waffles for the first time with a sauce dip of honey mustard. The mix of flavors was extraordinary. I had a refreshing vanilla iced coffee with free refills. Nice and clean restaurant.

Server was nice and efficient. Food was delicious. I always get the country fried steak.

I was disappointed that the hearty grain pancakes were no longer on the menu. Power protein pancakes were on the menu they had the same ingredients that the hearty grain pancakes does. I order them. When I received my order it wasn't fixed with the ingredients that it said. I was very disappointed because the waiter told that power protein pancakes was those ingredients that was listed on the menu, and I knew different because I have had them before. So I just didn't eat them at all,& left hungry! Please check the menus to make sure what the name of the food is goes with the ingredients that's listed. Thank you!

Seems that the service is slowly declining and the orders are getting mixed. Other than some minor mix ups the food is delivered quickly and it does taste great. Will be back but, hopefully the service will be better.

Not Loving their pancakes...something happened

We were Seated at a mostly cleaned table so I had to request that the seat be cleaned and I wiped the table. Lisa was our server. She was polite but didn't offer refill of water even after I was slurping on ice. Food was good (pancakes, egg whites, and sausage) but hash-brown was SO greasy I couldn't eat it. Lisa should have offered to have another one made, especially when she saw me trying to napkin dry the deep fried hash-brown by hand. Besides that, the rest was good.

It is a little weird. Can't tell you why they could do a side order of bacon with 4 protein pancakes for my wife, but not a side order of eggs with 4 protein pancakes for me. What? They literally told me, only two pancakes for you. If you want eggs with pancakes. So I had two pancakes! Not the end of the world to leave a little hungry. But what kind of breakfast place refuses to do eggs a la carte? Good food just, a strange policy for a breakfast place.

Food is okay but the customer service is very rough! Forgot my sun glasses on the table and the waitress never bothered to bring it to my attention or took them to me as l left to my vehicle! When l return to retrieve them they claim l never left them there! Will never go back! Guess someone gets under paid there and needed them more than l did! I will NEVER Go Back!!!!

Good food; regular place; calm guests; Prices not so bad. What makes me not wanting to go back is that it is the second time the waitresses treat my family just bad. The first time, the waitress was pushy with my little daughter. The second time, a different waitress was kind of racist; she was nice when introducing herself, but as soon as she heard us talking in Spanish at the table, she changed her treatment to a very condescending one.

Food and waiter was great. The hostess however, very rude with an attitude, the waiting area was full of new people over 15 just waiting for her the write us down on the waiting. But she just kept walking by and just staring as people kept coming in. When she did attended us it was received with a short attitude response and mad face.

1. The hot chocolate quality has gone down on flavor, before the taste was more creamy. 2. The amount of food served is way less than before for the price we pay. 3. The fruit was old. 4. The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mashed potatoes.

Food is good , service needs improvements, we went to this restaurant on a Sunday about 3 PM, on an almost empty restaurant it took our server about 15 min. To offer us something to drink, he didn't new what kind of soup they had, and forgot about the sweet &low I asked when received my drink. Management: your servers should be as fast as the morning servers,otherwise you shouldn't offer lunch or dinner.

We have visited this location on three different occasions and each time the quality if the food was terrible.

Soap dispenser was detached from wall, sitting on sink and empty. Made me wonder how-if cook was able to wash his-her hands prior to cooking my food!!! Restroom smelled bad, paper on floor … should’ve been immaculate for having practically no business at that time of day. We will not likely dine here again unless it’s early breakfast when we know the GM is present and know it’s staffed sufficiently and clean. Thumbs up - food and service, big thumbs down -restroom. Can we receive a ‘do-over’?

I came here on the weekend to eat with my husband and I went to sign in with the hostess. She asked me how many to my party? I told her 2 but she never ask me my name. I came back and asked her how she was supposed to call me if she never asked me my name and she said I did but my name wasn't even on the sign in sheet. People were called ahead of me that had signed in after me I let the manager know and she fixed the issue but not in the proper way that customer service should be handled. Of course the waitress was good and the food was good.

Servers are polite. The facility needs upgrading. Floors and carpet are dirty. Bathroom is small, filthy and there's no mirror. Food is to be expected. Would be much better if they cleaned properly.

Food was great and came out quickly. The place wasn't even half full but we were seated closely to others and more people came in and they were seated very closely to us too. I felt like we were packed like sardines for no reason. My biggest complaint and the reason why I will not return is that we had multiple workers like every 10 to 15 minutes ask how are we doing and if we need our stuff boxed up. It was the hostess and then our waitress and then some random worker came to the table and said, well you guys look full, do you want me to box your stuff up, I was livid at this point because at this stage it felt like we were being pushed out and harassed. My husband knew at that time to leave because I was livid. At this point I didn't even want to continue to finish my food and just leave and never come back. Before I left, I did talk to the manager and I did say the food is great but having 3 different people continuing to come to my table asking me is everything ok and if we want our food boxed up really is harassment. I can understand if the place was packed and they need to make room for more customers but it wasn't the case. She told me that the new rule that they made for the staff is to check on all tables every 10 minutes or so. Which is stupid and rude. The couple that was sitting next to us left angry too. Pushing your customers out isn't smart.

The drive up service was great, the pancakes and eggs hash browns were crispy. The bacon was horrible looked like they cooked it in a microwave. It was completely flat. Yuk

When we got there, we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. No one came so we had to flag someone to help us. My husband asked for ranch and mayonnaise for his burger. They brought it out in 2 little saucers. The ranch had a hair on it.

Slow service, food runner had to bring food, when I got my bacon cheeseburger there wasn't any bacon, had to call server over to request mustard and more napkins, also, had to go up front ro get our check. No refills were ever offered. It was barely 11am and restaurant was not busy. Not coming back

First and foremost, server was rude. We weren't finished saying what we needed to say and he would interrupt. The chicken tenders were old, dry and hard.

So I'm on the fence with this one simply because I haven't eaten there so I can't tell you about the food. But Google wants a review so I'll provide one. However, I wouldn't try to find employment there because the manager gives you the run around and never does what he says he will do. So the stars are for the store manager. Anything else, well you will just have to go there and eat yourself and rate.

Food was good, but wife and i had to return our coffee because the mugs were dirty. Server was polite and took them back only to return with different mugs only this time, only mine was dirty. I didnt bother asking for another and just didnt have any.

Email says, pick up at 612. Show up at 615. "It's still being made. I'll get it ready soon. 622 one meal gets set on the counter, 631 the second meal gets put on the counter. 636 another table gets served. 639 my bag is handed to me. 646 I got down at home with one warm meal and one cold meal. And just one hint. Eggs benedict requires more than one table spoon of cold hollandaise. Just saying. :)

IHOP doesn't have an "atmosphere." It's a diner, no better than Danny's. On THIS particular day-June 9th, 2023-at THIS particular day, the entire restaurant smelled as if a sewer line had broken or a toilet had overflowed. If I were a health inspector I would have shut it down! However, sometimes we are faced with circumstances which makes multiple choices impossible. Despite the odor the place a packed which made it stuffy. They did turn up the A/C which helped with the "ambiance" and unpleasant odor. The food? Like I previously mentioned, is the same as any chain diner in America. It was adequate. The only exceptional thing was the service! They were prompt and efficient despite the rush. Will I return? No way.

I got food poisoning from this place one of the worst cases I couldn’t even stand without feeling dizzy or going to the restroom every 10 minutes it was horrible. And you might ask what I ordered it was the salmon which probably wasn’t the best move but I’ve eaten it there before and by far the worst experience. Handle your food better IHOP.

The food took rather long to arrive. I ordered eggs over medium and they were more cooked than medium. I had asked for water and after taking a couple of sips I noticed something in it, there were ants in my water. My Ihop eating is out. Will not be going there again.

Such a horrible experience. On Christmas Day my newborn was in the high chair when the waiter spills Pepsi and ice in our baby’s car seat. He was sleeping just five minutes ago, thank the lord he was not in the car seat when this incompetent waiter poured the entire Pepsi in the seat. He states “it’s ok, then looks down after destroying a limited edition coat and our sons car seat and says not ok” he leaves and avoids us the entire time and we end up having to pay for the soda in the end. The food quality wasn't great, got seated in the patio and had breakfast swatting flyes, disgusting, they were all over the sirup and salt shaker. I just couldn't finish my breakfast, I paid my bill and left a tip, but won't eat there anymore. The waiters were excellent, the only reason I give the star. There are so many things I could point out, but don't have the time.

They let everyone unmasked come in even though there is a notice on the door that says to wear your mask also letting a dog that was very visibly not service animal more like a therapy pet yet they were still allowed to dine inside the building disgusting

Food was great but service was rude. The omelette menu was a little confusing and it looked like all the omeletes got a side of pancakes. We ordered our stuff to go and didn't receive the fruit nor pancakes and so we questioned the menu. Host got mad and said it was the cooks fault. When she came back with the pancake and fruit, she rudely gave it to us and said "So the egg white omelette doesn't come with the pancakes but we're giving them to you anyway" then just left without an apology. I later realized at home that I didn't even get the ice tea I paid for!

I got the buttermilk crispy chicken fry strips. With fries. The chicken strips tasted like regular ones I would buy from the store. Not buttermilk. On the menu it says 1010-1060 calories I got four very small strips of chicken And a small pile of fries. It advertises 5 chicken strips on the menu I only got 4. Pretty pathetic The whole experience took about an hour. It costs $16 for a pathetic 4 strips of regular breaded chicken with a small bunch of fries. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only place in 6 miles...

Enter at your own risk. The whole place smelled from sewer. Talk to the manager told him he needed to get someone in there to fix it. They said they did but it smells really bad. Go to the restroom at your own risk.

Got ready to leave and No check, Go to the register and I'm told that our waitress has to ring it up, But then someone else rings it up, I give them $20.00 and there's no money in the register and have to wait for them to bring my change from the back room. Grrrr I was so angry!!! I left the waitress 2 Cents for a tip and still felt like I over tipped her. Don't come here !!!

Terrible customer service for curbside pickup, first they say someone else had already picked up the food and tell us to wait because they will make it again. Then they say it was an inside store pickup not curbside and still haven’t got the food ready because they weren’t informed if we still wanted it or not. Terrible experience overall.

This is a review for a takeout order. The order was supposed to be ready at 9:04. I arrived to the location at 9:06 and informed the lady in the front that I had a mobile order. The lady goes to the kitchen area and looks around to see if my order is ready (it was not ready). I always arrive a bit after the pick up time to give them some time to finish packing everything. I waited until after ten minutes from the pick up time to ask for a status of my order. I hear the lady going back and asking if anyone knows about a mobile order. They started preparing my order after she asked. I hear all of this and ask if I could have a refund instead as I needed to go. I had another pick up order from a different location and I'm sure that order was now ready and getting cold. The lady informs me the order is almost ready, but I insisted I needed to go. She said she needs to go talk to her manager to provide a refund. Instead of talking to her manager, she decided to do something else. Now I'm getting frustrated. After another 5 mins of waiting for my refund and almost 20 minutes past the pick up time, I proceeded to ask the same lady about the status of my refund. She says she needs to talk to her manager, again. Another two minutes of waiting and my food is now ready. I informed the lady that I asked for a refund multiple times and that I have been waiting for it. "But your food is ready," she said. After asking for a refund for the third time, the lady says, once again that she needs to talk to her manager. I just decided to get the food and leave. At no point was an apology provided for the wait. By the way, the pancakes were delicious, the omelet was dry and overcooked, and the service was atrocious. I was kept hostage for a refund I never received and instead was given food that was prepared carelessly.
