It's really clean and very natural and it's definitely worth 7 - 8 dollars, you could taste the quality in the drinks!!! Everything is worth trying in the menu!! 5 / 5

I got the “top-notch” croissant and it is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their drinks are really good too

Great variety of smoothies. Always fresh and willing to customize your drink if you want them to leave out something or use another sweetener.

The putty bowl was delicious. The regular size was a good sized portion. Service was fast.

This is my go to shop local spot!!! I get the veggie sanwhich with chicken.(My bad vegetarians.😅) I just wish they had beet root on deck. It's beneficial for all beings enriching blood and benefits blood flow.

We tried the Goji Bear which was good but not as sweet as we thought it could but it's probably healthier. I had the Pineapple Bowl which has pineapple sorbet, fresh pineapple, banana, granola & honey and it was super delicious! It's a nice change to have a place that makes everything fresh-tasting with organic ingredients. I also like that they open early and stay open late!

I will try next time the Pura Vida, that sounds like a great combination with coconut water. I'm glad to find a good smoothie place on El Centro. It's great to see that people here want also healthy options.

My first time here, the cashier was polite and knowledgeable. The Matcha Bowl is delicious and the mocha she made was fantastic. If you plan on tipping but don't have cash, be sure to tip them before your order. Only peeve is the narrow driveway they have, but they were kind enough to forewarn me of it. Great job Shake N Wake, I will definitely be coming back!

We LOVE Shake and Wake. It has always been a go to spot for our family. Every time we pass by our 3 year old asks us to stop get her a berry bowl and a cookie, or a smoothie and a cookie. Bowls are HUGE, they’re easily shareable. Smoothies are always very filling and tasty. We’ve been supporting Shake and Wake years! Almost everything is already vegan, so we don’t have to make crazy substitutions to our orders (thank goodness). Vegan options for drinks, bowls, and even a sandwich. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful service. I recommend the Italiano sandwich, excellent flavor and crunchy bread; is very filling. I also recommend the Berry Vinaigrette salad, all the flavor in this salad combine perfectly. A bit on the expensive side and they do take a small amount of time when prepping but it is very much worth the while. Enjoyed my salad today. Thank you!

Got a Powerberry Smoothie and added protein. It was really good... Hard to believe it had spinach, kale, and chard in it. Maybe there wasn't a lot of those? However, we were coming back from vacation and it was really tasty. It hit the spot that day, but it is not something I would do frequently because of how sweet it was! Service was quick and friendly. Did not rate for Atmosphere… It's a drive-through!

Just called them to say they messed up my order. because I ordered an acai bowl NO BANANA and it does have banana. The guy on the phone said, “Sorry about that.” Lol that’s it. No offer to replace it. Stuck with this thing yuck.

One of my fave spots, been here a few times and the young ladies working here are always so pleasant and give great service ☺️ I would give five stars if it wasn’t for the set up, the way the drive up was built is inconvenient. I always need to reverse and adjust because the U turn it has it’s built pretty bad. Also, the counters are so far out to where the worker and I have to reach out far to hand the food.

Juice Haus was closed so I decided to try a new place out. The drive thru is super tight, the açaí is alright, and it’s overpriced. Honestly very hard to compare to juice haus because it’s the only açaí place I’ve liked so far in San Diego and el centro.

Juices are good, great service too just a bit too expensive imo. $20 for a juice and a sandwich it's a lot particularly the sandwiches you are paying for mostly bread, very little turkey and veggies inside. If you are looking for a healthy sandwich this is not it, paying for carbs.

The 3 star review has nothing to do with the quality of the product sold here. Product wise 5 stars. The reason for the 3 star is access. If you have a truck or a large SUV your going to really struggle getting in and out to order and pick up your items. I was in a small compact car and i still has to do a 3 point turn in order to pick up my food. This is something that really needs to be resolved for my continued patronage.

Liked the place but after having the green machine twice when EC location opened i got sick and never had anything else gave it a try and the Goji bowl was good but upset my stomach plus its so watery it might as well be a just a drink.

Very expensive, for what it is. One drink was fine, the other was medicinal. Red something. Either way, not the most pleasant of experiences. Will not be back. I'm not sure what all the hype is about

They sell themselves as a "healthy" smoothie shop with organic ingredients but there's much left to be desired. Firstly, their products are all fresh, made to order and made with fresh fruit but not all of it is organic. To my knowledge, a lot of their ingredients aren't. List it on the menu if it is--that would help justify the cost of the drinks. Otherwise, you're selling overpriced food that isn't even that good. - I've tried different items here over the years and am disappointed each time. They're famous for paninis but their veggie panini isn't vegan as advertised because of the pesto! - They also ADD SUGAR to everything! A simple iced chai tea was so sweet it gave me a headache. - a friend with me ordered an almond butter, banana, and jelly but he couldn't even finish it because of how sweet it was. - Smoothies that should already be sweet from fruit have added sugar. When I requested to order a power bowl without the sugar, I was told it might not come out right. What?! I've made hundreds of smoothies at home that come out perfectly thick and creamy sans added sweeteners. The smoothie that they presented me was a watery, flavorless, melted mess. So disappointing. The worst part is people think they're making healthier choices but they're just getting their tastebuds hooked on overly sweet "food". I have to remind myself not to waste my money here again.

After having ate here many times before, I had a terrible experience here yesterday and will never return. I ordered the mighty mayan shake on an empty stomach and have been sick since. It’s a clear cut case of food poisoning and the shake was 100% the culprit. Consumers beware.

I got to shake and wake in El centro 15 minutes before closing time, when it was my turn to pull up to the window the girl told “im sorry we close at 9” i had literally been in line for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me don’t know what took so long for the order of the car in front of me. Was really disappointed with their service i lost like 20 minutes just in line.

do not come here. shake and wake more like caca and more caca. they put RATS in the SOUP!!! they don’t even sell soup, owner insisted i try the soup… but it was RAT SOUP BRO COOKED HIS RATS!!!????

Have to say very disappointed with my first experience at shake and wake. Tried the Don Ramon and it took over 20 min to prepare, then the smoothie tasted like pure water with coconut shavings. Would not recommend.
