Recent:get a pickup with missing items. Spend time arging for refund but not success Long time ago: Huge portion and juicy chicken. The bread is really dry and just wondering if there would be any dip sauce. The crispy chick burger is good. The staff is friebdly and the environment is great.

As fast food places go, I was surprised how nice this place is. It’s clean, comfortable with some places where you can plug in to charge your devices. My chicken burger was OK. The fried chicken was fine but I think they’re going a bit heavy on the sauce. Some lettuce, onion and tomato slices would have been great.

I want to love this place but i keep running into shenanigans @ popeyes...😢 Food is 𝑂 𝑘 𝑒 𝑦 , service is has a bit to improve on. Bathroom was out of service. Drive thru can be a pain. A pick up to go order isnt too bad. Eating in was a pain due to "out of service" restrooms. I automatically take a star off a place that has that, due to it usually not being a temporarily problem.

It’s a nice place clean nice customer service. But the chicken they fry is overcooked .. fired in old dark oil .. it used to be good .. they need to look into it before it’s too late ..

I really want to like Popeye’s. But the prices are high and I feel stomach ick after every time I forget this and eat there. Too oily, too costly, the chicken was only fair. That said, staff was very kind, courteous, efficient, fast.

There are only 3 people. Slow and rude. I was waiting here for more then 20 mins. No one take attention about customer.

I’ve been ordering food from that place for a long time. 2 times, they have messed up my order. I ordered a large fries, and they gave me a small fries in a large box and told me that they serve the same amount every single time. I had to speak with the manager to get more. The Punjabi guy working told me that it was my fault and that’s unacceptable to inform them that they were wrong. I had to tell him that I was not asking for free. I paid for the food and want the amount of food I paid for. He was trying to say that it was my fault. Make sure you check your food before leaving. They are sneaky and try to rob you from the amount of food you ordered.👎

Last two times I came here, the chicken meat was really soft and mushy, like it was old. The outside did not have the classic Popeyes crunch. Once again , it gave me mild food poisoning. Cramps & diarrhea. I love Popeyes, but I am never going to this location again. I called to tell them about the food poisoning and they hung up on me. That reply is just lip service.

Order tenders for pick up. When I arrived the store only had one customer. My order wasn't ready. When I recieved the order every single piece of chicken was overcooked, dry and hard. This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and something has been wrong.

I went to the drive-thru around 7 PM on Tuesday, and they told me there would be a 5-minute wait for the fries and I parked on the street. After 10 minutes with no one coming there.And I went inside. The small lady at the front apologized, but the manager insisted says it had only been 5 minutes and didn't apologize. Is that good customer service?"

The senior store manager she is really rude. She obviously does not double check the bags before giving them to the customer, or she purposely does not place items in the bag. Also they leave the food sitting out longer than should be expected and serves to customers that order online.

just look at the sandwich they just served me. Is this garbage? What had this bun been through? They also just threw the fries loose in the bag and didn’t give me the biscuit I paid for.
