Super cool place we accidentally found while looking for something else. We’ve been back several times since then. Definitely worth a visit if like wine. Great selection and helpful staff. Atmosphere is relaxing with great views outside and creative decor inside. Prices are extremely fair and you get a really good deal if you purchase wine to go. We didn’t have any food so nothing to repost for that.

It is a nice place to have a glass of wine. Huge selection. I am a beer guy and they had a great selection of it as well. Between draft and bottle. I had the classic flat bread. Great views from upstairs.

Local haunt, decorated in dramatic, swanky, vintage-Parisian fare. The staff know their wines; their recommendations are always spot on. Really unique and warm ambiance, and the views from the porch are a perfect way to end the day.

Hidden gem! This place was right up my wife’s alley. Dark lit bar with upstairs balcony and endless options of wine. Good vibes! Great place for a date and we also seen a lot of “ladies night” groups. When we went they were having a $5 Frose special & those were pretty good. I am not sure what other options they have other than wine, but I’ll be giving it another visit and will update then.

My first time there, and I'll definitely be coming back with friends. The murals on the wall and the decor makes this cozy wine bar very appealing. The upstairs balcony is perfect for watching sunsets. We ordered Frozés (they were delicious) and the goat cheese and marinara appetizer. Totally worth getting and sharing with friends. We didn't try any of the decadent desserts, but friends told us they were amazing!

Very relaxing 😌 place to go. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and view from the outside porch and balcony. They have a great variety of wine and beer. Not to mention cake! Will definitely be back.

Chelsea's is great place to hang out by yourself, with your significant other or a group of friends. The atmosphere inside is cozy and inviting while the outdoor seating gives you waterfront views and a beautiful covered patio both upstairs and down for relaxing and great conversations. Ask for Suzanna when you go. She is a great source of knowledge when it comes to the many wines and beers they have in store. The food menu is not huge but they have a good variety. The food offerings are definitely tasty and worth your time! Also they have a great steak night on Sundays. Definitely worth checking out! Oh and if you see the Red Velvet cake, trust me it's HUGE! Highly recommend this little hidden gem! You won't leave disappointed!

Steak so tender you can cut it with a spoon. I could tell it had been marinated overnight and slow roasted. I saw the cook pull it out of the oven and cut each piece. Greens were flavored with a red wine glaze. Mash potatoes seasoned with herbs and spices. For the sauce, a red wine vinaigrette....full bodied that outputs pepper and cedar flavors. I found myself dipping my potatoes in it more than the steak. The flavors of both, went well together. The tone of the venue was that of a upscale saloon. On the bottom floor, it was open, loft style with the bar on one end and piano on the other. The furniture was all wooden. Each member of the staff knew their wine and were very pleasant. Upstairs had a similar setup but without a piano and 2 soft couches. There is an outside patio area as well. Great for watching the sunsets. You can hear the piano and or band throughout the establishment so it just adds to the esthetic. Incase you were interested, Chelsea Wine Bar has a steak night every Sunday. Steak Dinner: $14 Wine flights: $15 Desserts: $6-$7 Amazing time with close friends: $$priceless$$

Wonderful time at this unique place. There is an extensive wine list by glass and by the bottle, and a nice selection of food, from small bites to more substantial small meals. Cute building with lots of character and nice staff. We very much enjoyed it!
