My experience on this is that the female that was working today 11/9/25 at 8-9pm we got at the drive through and the girl was loud but I couldn't quite understand her fast forward we waited at least 5 or 3 minutes,it made me think about life for those minutes I was waiting,.....FAST FOWARD.....we get drive off I check the food though I couldn't really see since it was NIGHT....I get home check the bag and I looked and looked for the fries turns out the person who packed it could've been mad or annoyed because our fries were upside down scattered around the floor of the bag and it was a mess. The employee who gave me the bag was a female blonde hair....I recall, anyways I honestly don't know who packed our bag, it could've been the cook or the employee who gave us our bag.OVERRALL the food was good,service not that much,but that just annoyed me, I don't think I will be going to this place that much anymore.

The food is standard, Jack in the Box quality. Nothing more and nothing less. It is always fresh and up to par. I guess that's the best you can ask of fast food. My favorites are the tacos and the chicken egg roll, if you believe it. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The cashier was very polite and helpful despite being swarmed by several customers. The food was very warm but also had a few items missing which were sorted out accordingly. The manager was nowhere to be seen as the front cashier was being overwhelmed. Remarks were heard from the cashier that they could not handle being the only person to help customers. This is unacceptable because it drives the morale into the ground and makes the entire restaurant on edge. Various customers in line walked out because of how long it would take for them to be helped. This place seriously needs more employees to make sure things go smoothly, otherwise don't expect to be open for much longer.

Shrinkage is happening in this location. Pay full price but get less of it. The chicken teriyaki bowl looks a little bit over 1/2 full. The manager says the portions are measured. But this looks totally different in comparison to other jack in the box.

I was working in the area decided to eat here because I love Jack in the box. But we aet here and couldn't stop going to the restroom. I thought it was something else so I went a second time and same thing coming out ww couldn't stop using the restroom. Trust is just this location I tried the other 2 I was fine.

I went to this Jack In The Box this morning and there I never got helped. You need to do better..

I was just at this location and didn't got my order as order they gave me 3 tacos instead of a burger I try calling the restaurant cuz they didn't gave me a recipe

I have gone to your location on three occasions and every time you're always out of something the most recent occasion I ordered a fish sandwich and they said they didn't have tartar sauce from now on I'm just going to visit the location on Baldwin Park Boulevard they always have what I want their food is fresh and hot as a former restaurant owner I can't understand while a reputable place like yours is always lacking food items

Went in drive thru. They told me to park in the front. My food arrived ~10min later. My food was cold. Update: 3rd time going to this J.I.B and I was asked on all 3 occasions to park -__-

Service was subpar today May 30th 2024. One thing I don't understand is why have a drive thru If you are going to make patrons wait for there food in the parking lot. When asked to speak to a manager she would not come out and I had to walk in to speak with her. I didn't understand why my money was taken only for me to have to wait and not get my food in the drive through. Why not disclose that information first?! There was a language barrier which is so annoying especially when speaking with managment. My food wasn't even hot and fresh! Sucks!

Beware came here Friday night May 3rd, May 4th I woke up to multiple fraudulent charges. Staff may be using skimmers to steal card into.

don't understand why can't get the order right. I ordered a #10 which is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with a big piece of chicken and I did not get this. They put a small piece of chicken and it was not spicy. it they ran out then just say so.

If I could give a zero star review as this location deserves I would. Customer service is key in any business and makes you feel happy to go back but this Jack in the Box doesn’t know what customer service is. Staff needs to be retrained or stop working there if you don’t like your job. No wonder there’s a hiring now on receipt. Kimberly needs to learn how to take feedback and be positive and understand how customer service works. In the meantime I would not recommend this Jack in the Box. Go to another Jack in the Box or go to Carl’s Jr, Burger King or elsewhere!
