The beef and chicken plate was good. The pink lemonade was good. I appreciate the service here 🙏. Clean place. There are a lot of tables to eat here. I really like the rice here. The only thing I noticed is that I can not finish the rice. I always eat half of the rice. I think it is too much rice. Next time, I will ask to only get half of the rice that they put on here. I would hate for food to go to waste 😔. I have tried to eat it after hours later, but it does not taste the same.
I usually have lunch here on a weekend. Not so many people at noon there. There Thai boba tea is great, I also like their combo which incudes beef and chicken and rice.

We get when you have a bad day, but that's no excuse to use a bad tone or attitude on the first interaction with a customer, ESPECIALLY when they haven't done anything to you. This being my 3rd interaction like this here, I'm sadly changing my service review to 1 star. Otherwise, fast service, full plates and calm atmosphere.

I have always enjoyed Yoshinoya food. Today I ordered from online Ap and dined in. I got a side of Tokyo Fried chicken(3pcs) and regular Terriyaki chicken bowl. Delicious!

The food is great but staff sometimes gets your order wrong. The fountain drink is VERY dirty and smells really disgusting next to it. I come here all the time and the fountain drink never seems to be cleaned. It always stinks and is dirty
Food was ok got a beef bowl with rice and noodles but not nothing to write home about but if you want something quick n cheap it isn't the worst option
Ordered a “XL Combo” with grilled steak and teriyaki chicken as proteins. ($11.39). It was my first time eating here and it was disappointing. Meat had a raw smell (like eggs)

The cook and customer service,well that particular establishment should be reviewed and food quantity and portions are very lil for the price.
They will give you your whole order with absolutely no condiments whatsoever. Shrimp tempura, spring rolls, and a beef bowl all should come with sauce. And I got none.
Honestly I used to love eating here but now the proportions aren’t even worth it I’m not sure if you can guess but this was 6$…. 6$. I won’t be coming back fortunately. 6$ for 4 peace’s of teriyaki chicken no rice no vegitables.
Ordered on Uber eats and the chicken was cold, no teriyaki sauce on my meat even tho it’s called teriyaki steak and the meat also had lots and lots of charcoal residue. The soda they gave us was super warm. The avocado that we paid extra for was disgusting. I advise not to order here period because as someone who also worked in a fast food environment I would not serve this period. Feel bad for the cashiers/order takers and front house people who hand out food like this putting trust into their cooks. They should also learn though to double check instead of trusting cooks who just set up the business for failure.

She was doing the same to a lady ordering in front of me and poor lady kept getting interrupted, desiree basically was like what do you want? Can u like tell me exactly and making us and other customers rush to order... Maybe she was having a bad day but made us feel unwanted here.

I bought a cup of pearl milk tea here on July 16th, and it was only packaged into a half serving and handed to me. Is this the right way to do it?
The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. Dining room closed early at 9:30 on Sunday 2/1/2026. Female employee kept yelling banging on the bathroom door for me to get out. Why are your dining room hours not posted? I'm a paying customer. Train your employees to be better!
Worst customer service ever! Maria the manager was overwhelmed. Only one person working the register. Turn off mic and assumed we can hear her. Definitely left a bad impression!

I asked about it politely and even responded to her explanation with “oh then the receipt just came out weird” and she still caught an attitude. Next time explain when something is an extra charge. That way you can keep your little attitude in check and I don’t need to question the extra $2 on my receipt.
Order was wrong and no manager or team lead or supervisor present to fix it. Just told, “it’s just us cashiers right now now”
Worst costume service ever girl at the drive thru had an attitude when I requested ginger call the store the manager told me the girl at the window has been alone for 40 minutes and that was the reason why she was upset.
