When I spoke to the supervisor, she said, “That’s cappuccino — the foam went down.” The foam does not go down in 20 seconds after removing the lid. Guys, you charge $7 for a coffee, but only fill half the cup. Why should I pay for a large size if I get the same amount of coffee as in a small one?
