Ardeo El Paso Reviews
We went to this place to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and kids. From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was a very fancy place. It was clean, and the decorations were unique. The waitstaff was attentive from the start. As soon as we finished a drink or dish, someone would promptly clear the table. Multiple servers were checking on our table and making sure everything was perfect—definitely a 5-star service. We ordered the Carnivore platter for four people, and let me tell you, we loved it. The meat was juicy, delicious, and so tender it felt like it melted in your mouth. We also had mac and cheese and French fries, which were both amazing. For dessert, we tried the chocolate and pistachio options, and they were both excellent. It’s a bit pricey, but the experience was truly unique—perfect for special occasions. We’re already planning to go back.
The ambiance is truly exceptional, offering a warm, relaxed, and luxurious atmosphere. We began our meal with the ribeye chicharrón, which was expertly prepared and full of flavor. Our main course was equally delightful, and the service was impeccable throughout our visit. I had reservations here with my mom for New Year’s Eve. The atmosphere was great, they had adequate music, and the service was phenomenal. The food was delicious! Best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, and the steak was cooked and seasoned beautifully! The only reason I’m giving the food four stars instead of five was because the fish was not great, and neither my mom nor I ate it. Would definitely go back again.
Impeccable fine dining. We made a reservation about a week in advance through WhatsApp. Arrived and sat us quickly. The restaurant is beautiful and implemented distancing. Service was 8/10 only because we sat waiting for drinks for quite a while. The food is phenomenal and on par with a luxury dining experience. Appetizers were the chicharrón with guacamole (incredible) and charred bone marrow which was very flavorful. Steak was cooked absolutely perfectly and the seasoning/flavor made the meat juicy and tender. Lobster was pretty good though a bit dry though the citrus butter was delicious. Wine and cocktails were perfect. Would definitely come back. It is expensive and on par with American fine dining price wise.
Amazing experience. Service is amazing.,Food is well prepared and presented. We had the steak and salmon. The staff is very friendly and will answer your questions. Over 100 wines to choose from. After dinner ,the selection of cigars is well presented. Full bar and great selection of whiskey and Tequilas. As the server for the specials.
Food was awesome, the service throughout was pretty good too. There was only two things that really threw me off. The first was the wine recommendation, we explained what we like, and they brought out something that was bitter, not a wine, and did not add to the overall experience. So net negative there. The second issue i had was that we were with a pretty big party, over ten people in total. Most of those people, I had just met that day. I had made it a point to ask the waiter from the start to ensure we were put on our own ticket. Why, because we order a lot, I don't want our new acquaintances to have to deal with our tab. They brought out everything in one tab and the waiter offered to just manually provide a price for me. We did that instead. Overall, a weird experience at the end but really good food, maybe just have to go with a group you're okay paying all in yourself. Tbf the one tab, seems to be common practice in MX
Location was easy to find. Parking was limited. The interior is dark and poshy. Service was attentive with waitresses offering you great suggestions. The octopus was excellent. I would come back just for this delicacy. Grilled with the seasoning was awesome. They had various meat cuts but some were difficult to decipher unless you know them in Spanish. They were all out of New York strip for our visit. Ended up getting the sirloin. No complaints with the steaks. They were done right and tender. Nothing super special though. The potato gratin was good. The Mac and cheese with bacon was no good. You will be disappointed. The mineral lemonades were awesome. Overall it was a good experience.
Only 4 stars because our quite evening suddenly was disturbed with a very loud soccer match being display on many screens. The restaurant did not look like a sports bar and the patrons did not seem to came to say the match. The service was a bit above average ,maybe the loud noise made it seem worse then it was. The Merlot recommend by our waitress was served little below the standard level but tasted excellent. The center cut ribeye tasted good, juicy and soft. The 800gr is big enough to share with the persons. The potato au gratin tasted very good, but one order had clearly not been in the oven enough to form it's tasty crust. A dessert we took the recommended Ferrero and it did not disappoint. If you like chocolatey and crunchy almond then this is a feast. Also, the portion is large enough to share. The prices are what you would expect in an upscale restaurant. I will come back to try their cocktails and other interesting servings.
