Café Italia El Paso Reviews
Always a great time! Service is great, atmosphere is welcoming and Pizza is Fantastic!!
Wonderful atmosphere and incredible food. One of our new favorite restaurants.
We had the house salad and the all meat pizza- both were delicious! It was nice to see everyone working together, smiling, and communicating, to provide a great guest experience. Will definitely go back.
Beautiful cozy place, perfect for a date night for sure or a good relaxing time with friends. The menu is not so variable but they have good dishes. The pastas are always good and I’ve been serve fairly quick. Also, the sitting outside is very nice and outstanding from the usual. I like to go here to disconnect and unwind! Cool thing, is BYOB.
Wonderful environment. On date night we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with an all meat pizza. It’s was so delicious. Perfect portions. We shared the pasta and pizza so it was a good portion. I highly recommend them. We are inside, next time we will be trying the patio;)
Do not let this gem pass you by!! Inlove this place. Tge inside was nice and cozy with aout eating area as well. They have BYOB at this location, but the drinks her are cold and inviting. The salad was perfect for a hot day, and the pizza was awesome piled with pepperoni. The staff was very nice and their recommendations were on point!!
Amazing fresh mozzarella in the caprese with the freshest tomatoes and basil I've had in a while. I do not say this lightly: truly inspired bread and dough. I love eating bread of all kinds and rarely enjoy the crust of most pizzas but this was just delightful. Do yourself a favor and come here to taste true Neopolitan pizza. We come as often as we can and am never disappointed. A true staple in the greater El Paso area.
The restaurant is a cozy place, it has a terrace that allows you to sit outside if you wish, the menu is little, according to other Italian cafes, this location does not have a variety of desserts or cappuccino/latte. Yes, the food is delicious, pizza super delicious pepperoni, well served house salad, we ordered the antipasti rustic bread as a starter, very little amount of cheese and fruit compared to the other location in Cimarron
Spaghetti was really good. They oven brick cook their pizza and bread and it's yummy! I really liked the bread loaf with the garlic butter. The atmosphere is nice and you can bring your own wine but be ready to pay a small fee for doing so. The menu is very minimal at the moment, not sure if it's a covid thing but that didn't affect my rating. The service was ok, our server seemed really distracted and aloof.
Cafe Italia is a small cozy pizzeria on the west side of El Paso. Stopped in just my daughter and I for a quick bite while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. Their menu is very small, literally one page. They offer authentic Italian style tomato pie one size only for 15-17 dollars, calzones, antipasto, salads and some plain pasta dishes. The gentleman running the tiny scratch kitchen looked to be of Italian descent and the waitresses are locals. We where greeted immediately and then virtually zero customer service the rest of our meal. The pie was ridiculously greasy. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine etc at a 6 dollar cost per bottle. They offer outside seating as well but there is no cover and it is to hot for that here in the summer. There is over 200 restaurants on Mesa street so with all that completion they need to step up their game. Bottom line... go somewhere else!
We had dinner there tonight and after we ate and they brought us the bill I didn’t have time to sign the receipt and they were asking me me to sign. I did and then they asked us to leave bcuz they needed the table for other customers. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant after I paid. We were still enjoying our wine that we brought and paid their bottle service. Will never go back there again!
