Doggo’s Taco’s El Paso Reviews
Been coming here for years, I tell lots of people about this place! Great quesadillas and tacos. The guy with the glasses working there is by himself and he is doing a great job! He seems responsible and is friendly. Everyone here is but I wanted to single the guy out.
Amazing service great food!! However, there was an incident when we were waiting in line. The car in front of us was screaming and being very disrespectful to the young man. Although she was cussing him out he was very respectful. We need to learn how to have more respect to the service industry.
The wait is a bit long since its a small stall in the middle of a parking lot and i wish there was tables or something to enjoy there. But the food is DELICIOUS.
Even though you just drive through, nowadays for the quick experience, its a plus. But I had great service from Denise and the food is the best comfort eats around! I wish they had more locations around, the gals were so nice and best of all the combo taco plate is only 8$. Thank you!
As a traveling foodie always on the hunt for unique flavors, I stumbled upon Doggos, and let me tell you—what a gem! 🌭✨ Their Juarez-style hotdogs are an absolute revelation. Savory, perfectly grilled, and topped with fresh, bold flavors. Each bite was a delicious explosion of spices and textures that had me wanting more! 🤤 But wait, the Dorito nachos? 🤩 Game-changer! Crunchy Doritos smothered in cheesy goodness, jalapeños. Every bite was packed with a savory punch, and I couldn't stop snacking on them. 🧀🌶️ Highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking for a flavorful, satisfying experience. Whether you're passing through or a local, Doggos is a must-try! 😋👨🍳 #FoodieFinds #JuarezStyleHotdogs #NachoHeaven
I’ve been coming to Doggos for over 3 years and it’s been amazing every single time. The service has always been extremely quick, the food has always been spectacular, and the staff have always been kind. There’s a huge variety on the menu and everything is authentic, including the salsas, frijoles and aguas frescas!
Tonight was my first time stopping here. The young lady working the window was really was very nice. Order the mixtos tacos asada y Pastor , El Paso hot dog and the cup of corn. The tacos while I didn't order the combo came with a Verde salsa and Rojas salsa avocado crema chicharron y frijoles a baked potato with butter roasted jalapeno lime and cilantro. For the price 10 bucks that was more than a meal and enjoyable four small tacos. Lots of meat. Delightful. Well I shouldn't say small tacos. They were street tacos. The hot dog was overwhelming bacon, steak cheese, mayonnaise, mustard on a footlong with tomatoes and avocado. Again a meal in and of itself. Thank goodness I was hungry and it was delicious. The only low light was the elotes which may be a problem with me, not other people. It was a little watery otherwise. Good flavor too. I would say stick to milder not spicy if it's your first time. Overall, it was a very good experience. Do know that this is not a sit-down restaurant. This is a drive-thru pull up place your order, get what you want and then roll off. They do take credit cards which was a pleasant surprise for me. Definitely look forward to going back and trying all varieties of hot dogs there and maybe next time I'll get one of their horchatas
4 stars for effort, cleanliness and good customer service. I like the menu options, but, coming here from Tucson, home of the Sonoran hot dog, I have to deduct a star. Try getting some La Estrella Bakery buns and grill your tomato and onions and give it another whirl. The elotes was tasty and so were the papas.
I don't have pics of the asada tacos but they were really good the order had 4 or 5 don't remember but it has a side of charro beans super spicy 🥵 rice and a jalapeno stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon and 2 grilled chives onion . The sandwich 🥪 was not what I expected it was very greasy and the bread was not that good also since it's fried the smell is very strong and not much of a flavor, hot dogs are good if you like a mix of toppings 👍😬
Doggos offers an experience that leaves much to be desired upon first glance. The presentation lacks finesse, with the meats haphazardly spread across tortillas that seem insufficient. However, upon tasting, the tacos reveal themselves to be a delightful surprise. The flavors are exquisite, though marred by scant amounts of cilantro, onions, and lime, leaving much to be desired in terms of balance and depth. The mild green sauce contrasts sharply with the intensely hot red sauce, requiring careful consideration. Despite the tantalizing flavors, the overall experience falls short, likely deterring repeat visits.
Food was pretty good. But the corn. This was the reason we went. The corn was a lil hard, lots of butter but not much flavor. Maybe because the cup was full of water. Ordered: Señor hotdog and quesadilla with pork both were really good. It is located next to Dollar tree, easy to miss.
The food is good but either they take for ever or won't attend you wasted my lunch time going right now and np one there
The service is good, they pretty fast and the food looks good but it’s tasteless
Changed my review from positive to negative one. They sent a tiny cup via DoorDash but the cost was the same as the regular. Most the of cup is cream and cheese as a filler. Has happened more than once. They’re getting stingy with the corn. 4 spoons and the serving was done. :( dissatisfied and disappointed.
Got a torta and tacos al pastor off doordash and holy god I am not being dramatic, this was AWFUL. We didn’t even eat that trash. The torta’s meat was black because it was burnt, the bread was old, there as a single lettuce and tomato there, I don’t think there was any lettuce? One tiny piece of cheese. Just look at this and don’t waste your money.
First and Last time here. We ordered a Hotdog combo and 2 Torta combos, we also tried ordering a Chamango, but supposedly they didn't have any mangos( I think the lady just didn't want to make it to be honest ,bc she thought about it before she replied) Lady told us to to go to the other side to wait for our order, we waited about 15 mins. Finally we see the lady coming with our order, we asked her if everything was in the bag since the bag was tied up , she told us " Si" which is yes, then we hear the guy that was making the tortas tell her that the order isn't complete bc he still needed 1more torta. So we wait about 2more minutes then finally the lady gives us our torta. We ask the lady again if our order is complete, just to make sure, she tells us yes, and we drive off. We arrive home , untie the knot on the bag and we noticed that we're missing Dorinachos to one of our combos!! To top it off, it was not full, just us and another car in back of us. The food was lacking flavor, I think the only thing that only had flavor was the meat in one of the tortas, the 2 Dorinachos(Doritos w/cheese and beans) were soggy (we never went back for the other ones) the hotdog had waaaaay too much mayonnaise on it, the winnie on the hotdog was a bit burnt and hard. The drinks for our combos were a can of coke. Who ownes / manages this place?! Update: added picture and it's the Mesa location. Ohh and that day, I also remember the lady had said they didn't have change to give us back( we paid in cash) our $0.60 she owed us, but I bet if we didn't have $0.60 we would not have been able to purchase our order...
