Since they opened their doors over 10 years ago in the Valley of the Sun, they've been a favorite of mine. So much so that ever since I discovered their gringas are made with Tía Rosa tortillas, I've continued to eat there.

I'd give the pastor a 4, but the red salsa (super spicy) is amazing! Inexpensive and a good portion. I'll be back soon.

Awesome! Delicious tacos and quesadillas. A delight to watch them made. The salsas are spicy but just right. Served as they should be, not overcooked. You pay more for other types of food, so I don't think they're expensive, but for other people they might be. Excellent service, definitely a return visit.

It's tasty, the prices are good, but sometimes, due to rushing or the crowds, the meat isn't cooked completely.
The tacos are delicious, and the service is very good. The only downside is that they have a mosquito-infested trash can right in front of the tables, and well, it's not as pleasant to eat in. Perfect for takeout or eating in your car. 👌✨
The tacos are good but I don't know but the pastor tasted salty to me and the salsas are delicious.
The al pastor meat is good, the tortillas aren't good. But the salsas are really bad. The service is terrible. I arrived and ordered a takeout order, but there was no one there, and some people came in to eat there and were served first. Then, when you pay, even if it's a takeout order, they ask for a tip.
The ones from the other branch seemed tastier to me because over there they cook in the trompo and not in the pancha.

I ordered some tacos al pastor through Didi for my partner and immediately threw up. The meat was so tender and tasted weird. Terrible quality and detrimental to your health. The worst.
I ordered through Uber Eats and they sent me almost all the sauces in bad condition. I won't buy them again.
As soon as I saw the trompo, I was excited because I like proper tacos al pastor, the way they're made in Mexico City and the south of the country, so I went with my family and what a surprise we got because they were disappointing. The cut of meat is as if they don't know how to use a trompo, and the flavor is awful. The best thing about the place is the guy (I think he's the owner's son), who is very attentive. June 2022
