I had a great experience tonight ordering a fresh popsicle. I was impressed with the variety of flavors and options available. I had a strawberries n cream popsicle dipped in chocolate covered in peanuts. I will come back again soon.

Loved it! The gansito paleta is spot on in terms of flavor, and the mini paletas are perfect if you want to try a few different flavors or just need a small sweet fix! Employees were super friendly

The service quality, however, can vary greatly depending on the employee assisting you; some are incredibly sweet, while others are rather rude. Today, we ordered the mangoneada, a treat we consistently order because it's one of our favorites. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The portion seemed lacking, with only about one scoop of mango ice cream (which was unusually runny), and the rest consisted of mango chunks. This was a significant decrease from our previous experiences and left us with an unappetizing impression. I wish I had a picture of the previous ones we've gotten so that you could see the difference in quality. Again I believe this is based on who assists you, I just wish they were more consistent.

I usually don’t like coming here because they always have a non-welcoming attitude in this store. They should be grateful for people are buying their ice cream but this last time will be the last. I witnessed a small girl eating straight from the ice cream big gallons, dipping her spoon straight to her mouth. That was the last time I ate there.

Please make yourself a favor, save your money and don’t come here. We ordered a “large” elote (corn on a cup) and we were shocked to see the size of the large cup. I wouldn’t even call it a large cup. I’d call it a Small cup. What’s even more infuriating is that the elote was cold and expensive at $3.75 We also ordered Dorinachos ($3.25) because their picture on the menu showed it with “cueritos” (pork skins). To my surprise, that was an “extra topping”. The extra topping cost me .50 cents but the guy barely put any in it. I suggest going down Zaragoza and finding food trucks. They have better quality for a better price. The Michoacana is not was it used to be.

This place plays corridos/videos tumbados that include adult lyrics, profanity, doing drugs, and videos where people make out, while kids and family are trying to enjoy some nieve and paletas. I did ask them to please remove the videos because kids were present. The young male did remove it but he simply played even worse songs with adult lyrics which stated "parental advisory". We had to leave. This is a family place, not a place where you play your personal music style glorifying drugs and profanity. You lost me as a customer.

The gentleman and the older lady had such a bad attitude. The gentleman charged me Incorrectly and when asked to correct it it seem like a bother. Not only that but he got the order wrong and when asked again he closed the door on me. They young lady was nice enough to apologize for him and fixed my order. Never coming here again!!

If I could it would be a 0 very overpriced and they do not make the elotes well. Worst one I’ve ever had.

The lady attending the drive thru window has horrific customer service and talks bad about the clients to other employees, very unprofessional. The young man attending the window as well. Not coming back, do not recommend.
