The pizzas here are delicious. The tea also tastes delicious. All the games are included, and it's fun to come with the kids.

Great food and good games, still I think they need more games and fix a couple such as the electric chair.

We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday here and were immediately welcomed with accommodations. I went in early to finalize some things and get a better understanding of our package and management was sweet enough to set up our tables early and walk me through the process. Our hostess, Aissa, was on her GAME. Ya girl went above and beyond. I’m sure they’re prepared for running back and forth for parties, but I still have to give her credit because everything came out so quickly and there wasn’t a single issue. During ticket redemption, Vivika, went out of her way to make my daughter feel extra special which was incredible. She helped her navigate what toys she could get and together they picked one big prize. My daughter hasn’t let go of that toy since leaving. All in all a really wonderful experience and I’m overwhelmed with happiness that my kids first big birthday went so well!

I ordered two large pizzas for carry out. When I picked them up, there was some miscommunication between the online order and the location and one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. Not the fault of the staff yet an employee and the manager were quick and willing to make sure I was happy with the order and they corrected it by making a new pizza, even while hosting 5 parties and many more pizza eaters! They went above and beyond without any hesitation. Extremely pleased! The employees were Priscilla, Manager Richard, and Team Leader Rafa.

This location has its up and downs. I believe it’s the work ethics the young kids and management brings. Food was good as always hot and tasty. Customer service was on point especially the kids bussing the tables, AMAZING customer service. Clean as well, of course there’s always turn around of people but the bussers are cleaning tables. There wasn’t a dirty table left unclean. Picked up within a mint or so after the customer left. Great clean place 🖤🤘🏼

A takeout order. We placed an order through their website. We were told about 20 minutes. We drove there 20 minutes later, they were just finishing up boxing the pizza. It was a painless and easy experience. The place looked clean and well taken care of. We were just there to pick up our pizza. The X-Large pizza (16") was actually really good, and so were the garlic cheese bread. About $24 for all.

Clean and staff was very friendly. Food was good we were there during all you can eat lunch. The salad bar was missing items and did not get restocked quickly, but there was more than enough pizza.

This appears to be the exclusive PPP birthday party place, because there is ALWAYS a party there always.. and during the week it's always full since there is allot of Call Centers, a college and big stores. Those are the bad stuff, aside from the bussines trafic they deliver in time, the managers are nice and the employees are patient. Make sure to book your party with lots of time and specify on what you want in your party because I assumed everything was in the package but the very day of the party, since nothing was explained to me everything but the pizza was missing.

Came to this Westside location because we were on this side of town. So I will say we were a little disappointed with the way our pizza came out. We got the stuffed crust pepperoni with half olives. It had way more sauce than any cheese at all. Looking at other people's pizzas we felt shorted. The crust did taste good though but it was not appetizing or pleasing to the eyes. On top of that there was a carpeted floor tile that was sticking up at the corner which tripped my wife and she almost fell. We did let the manager know but he did not seem to go over right away and take a look at it. In my opinion that was something urgent that should have been taken action on immediately.

This place used to be my absolute favorite. Today the food was less than satisfactory. The pizza was okay but the wings were horrible. Under cooked and the sauce was cold and tasted like old refrigerated hot sauce. Very disappointing.

I'm only going to rate the food, it's sub par. Pizza is full of salt and greasy, no care taken to make it at least appetizing. For the price they charge, the quality is less than. Worst wings ever!!! I was born in El Paso and absolutely love Peter piper pizza and was looking forward to having the my favorite wings (after living in Austin for over 12 years). But I was totally disappointed when I got home to these burnt and dry a** wings!! Totally grossed out!! Will never go back to this location again! And will make sure to spread the news! If I could give them a half a star I would have!

Do not order online with the olo service. Despite selecting the restaurant location of your choice it sends the order to another location. A fifteen minute trip turns into a 45 minute trip.

Their morning shift-early afternoon staff are so rude. They really need to learn common customer service. The older gentlemen and all the girls need to request a different shift at this point because each time we’ve gone around their buffet hours, they’re SO rude. If you’re unhappy at your job simply look for another, instead of making your customers experience unpleasant.
