One of the worst McDonald's out there. Restaurant needs some maintenance both inside and outside. They always have attitude in the drive thru and more than likely your order will be wrong. Terrible overall. Go to a different McDonald's.

I have ordered from this McDonald's twice in the same day because twice they have screwed up my order in the same way I got my refund but I never got my food. These guys don't know how to read instructions so I never got my food.

Extremely rude staff. Came into place an order and I was being looked at like I was crazy or something. Whoever was working in the front was making comments about people in the drive-through. And the person that took my order was short tempered and seemed irritated that he had to take my order. I live in the area and needed to stop at this McDonald’s because I was pressed for time. I would never stop here again. This is exactly why I go to other locations nearby.

Young lady who is African American named MIA saw me come in. I patiently waited to pick up a DoorDash order for ten minutes and we made eye contact twice. She proceeded to help a new dasher coming in (African American) before asking what she can help me with. Then she allowed someone else (another African American woman) who just came in to place an in-store order before asking if she can help me with anything. Being polite I let it be but knowing she acknowledged me waiting to ask her something she ignored me twice. :’) please do better I could’ve been in and out quicker if she didn’t want to attend to me.

Horrible I played some order it said come and get ready. I was there waiting on the 20 minutes to get my order I do not understand how this place is this disorganized and you guys do not have it together. So disappointed.

This place is horrible the 1st tine i went there i encountered a problem with a team member i dont know if he thought he was saucy santana or wat but he had a terrible attitude so i decided to try it again "dont know why " but i did and this time i ordered a quater pounder the meat wasnt hot the cheese wasnt melted and my burgee was chopped up in the middle like it fell apart and they tried to put it back together like a puzzle and the manager had the nerve to tell me she was refunding my money only for the burger and fries no u not u gonna refund all of my money yall messed up i didnt i will never go back here again #angrycustomer

Terrible service cars just kept leaving I waited for my food soooo long and for them to take my order and I wanted to add something else while I waited it was free anyways but the guy said no then took longer to get my food

I did for curbside pick up and after 15 minutes I went to the window and told them that I’ve been waiting for my food they told me to go back to the curbside and they would bring it right out five minutes later and employee comes out and asked to see the mobile order receipt to see what I ordered because they haven’t made it so I had to wait an additional 10 more minutes for my order to be made for a total of 30 minutes, that is INSANE! I had already paid for my food and there was no way for me to cancel it, and even after she brings my food she’s missing half the order. Keep in mind this entire time that I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes they’ve had a total of maybe 2 or 3 cars every 10 minutes so they weren’t busy

This location need to be closed. On Mat 4th my order was given to the car in front of me. The person opened the food and gave it back to the female worker. She tried to give me the same food. I requested new food, and the female worker with no unform and a knitted hat exposed on me and said I was not getting anything and closed the window. I went inside and requested a manager. The manager didn't appear and sent the gentleman from the first window to take care of the issue. The female continued to speak horrible to me and use terrible language. I will never visit this locate.

Went thru drive on a Thurs at 5:00pm. Placed order moved to 1st window and young man asked what was our order after going thru several that wasn't ours. When he found our order went to give him credit card, he then said I only take cash, when that should have been the first think he said. Got to next window young lady spoke Spanish she asked what our order was and she couldn't find. She was standing there looking all crazy so I asked for a manager. He came to the window I explained to him that she didn't understand me and he said she only speaks Spanish. I asked him why she wasn't working the first counter where someone could help her instead of drive thru, with a NASTY attitude he said I can't discriminate. I said that's not discrimination, she would still have a job. So after arguing with him for about 5 mins he said he didn't see our order. I ask could we place the order again and he said that's going to hold up my line. I left and of course went to a real McDonald's on Western and had a Spanish speaking young man take my order with no problem. So I guess if you don't speak SPANISH don't go to this McDonald's even though the main language in U.S. is English.

Some guy at the window just told me to wait I was already waiting somebody behind me was revving their engine which led me to honking. Now I get up to the window and the lady doesn’t even know my order. And you didn’t have to yell at me and say my name. Definitely felt attacked for just waiting

Terrible, Hairy Fries and old disgusting food pic is a double filet. this was a lunch time visit. I want my money back it was so bad, this was absolutely terrible. picture proof. stopped at this mcd which is not my normal mcd, costs 4 dollars higher from my normal meal and food was terrible. i will never ever visit this one again and i want my money back it was so bad

Workers always seem nice, however my orders always come out messed up even with DoorDash. This was the cake for me. If you don’t have the Mac sauce cups, then I’d put it in a cup or something.. but this? Cmon now.

As soon as I walked in I was ignored, then when I tried to sit down with my son all the tables were trashed, only ordered a happy meal, the order wasn't even complete, no salt on the fries, and the cherry on top of it all is there is a full staff. There is no reason why everyone is leaving there positions, don't they get paid (but for what) and have breaks. This is how this place is run.
