Terminal 2C gates M only has one place to get food from which is tiny and after patiently queuing with other customers for 20min with probably another 20min to go b4 reaching the till we are told the kitchen is closed. That's it. 8.30pm people unable to feed kids of themselves between now and home late. Absolutely disgusting and no duty of care taken for peoples welfare. What the hell do you do if diabetic or needing other facilities that serve food. Beyond disgusted at the airport and equally the retailer and easyjet. If you cant provide the service let someone else who can. Absolutely massive risk for patients that would require facilities

Very (very) expensive for microwaved burgers with crisps (not chips 👀) - €13.90. There are no hot options for vegetarians at all (or anything without cheese. Literally a captive market I suppose.

Expensive and not the best customer service, I understand at 5/6 am is not a fun time to work but both of the servers where more interested in talking about their last shift/life than serving, I ask for something and was cut off because they were talking to each other loudly. I’m bilingual but other customers that speak only English were spoke in Spanish, if you work in a in an Airport you should be able to communicate at least in English.

Dreadful- get food before going through passport control to M gates as this is the only place. Burgers were soggy, had clearly been microwaved and took ages. Super rude staff too.

Busy. So busy, waited like 40 mins? Got to the point where one staff member got up and started replacing water bottles in the fridge whilst the massive queue was on 😂 Pretty funny actually. But yeah, hope you’re also in this big queue reading this lol.

Horrendous. Burger contained gristle and bone for over 12 Euro’s. Do not be fooled by pictures on the wall.

Wow, nonsense prices with the worst quality of food. We had an order of fries and two baguettes. The amount of fries was ridiculously small and the baguettes had some mold... the only decent thing is the tap beer (poorly poured but at competitive price for an airport). The worst thing is that it's the only place to have something to eat / drink after passport check.

I wish I had a photo of the menu board to show you what the burgers are "meant" to look like, but these were 14euros each. The taste was like a burger you would get from a van outside a UK nightclub, colloquially a 'ratburger'. I was also overcharged 1.05 euros for a beer. Captive market. Get food before passport control as it cannot be worse.

Got a mocha with oat milk. The ladies at the counter are very nice and polite: 5 stars. The mocha though, €4.10, a total tasteless, overcharged, drink.

Total rip off. Disgraceful quality food at an extortionate price. Since this the only place you can eat at the gate they think they can charge what they like.

La peor hamburguesa que comí en mí vida. Pedimos la pulled pork y estaba fría como de heladera, con una hamburguesa como de supermercado, bastante fea. Vino con ingredientes no mencionados en la pizarra. Muy mala y a un precio alto. No suelo escribir reviews pero la sorpresa fue Tan grande que tengo que comentarlo. Fue tirar la plata, evitarlo porque seguro que la comida de avión, aunque tengas que pagarla, es más rica y más barata que este lugar.

Es mui caro y ciera mui pronto a las 22:00 y no hay nada mas en toda ma terminal

Innis and Gunn should be proud of this place at the easyJet terminal. It is the only place to get hot food after passport control. The place reminds me of an authentic Scottish restaurant; extortionately priced, staffed by people who hate their job and no chef at lunch time! Ordered 2 burgers only to be told no chef on. Went to get a sandwich €7.30 for my wife and a ham and cheese toastie €5.95. Then was asked if I wanted my toastie toasted by the woman at the counter who rolled her eyes when I said yes????? My wife said her sandwich was nice, mine was bland. Ate it whilst watching the woman count her tips in a beer glass at the counter (mainly 5 cent coins, wonder why?). Anyhoo, banquettes are €11 if you feel brave and maybe if you visit after 10pm they may have started serving food more complex than hitting a button on a microwave. Authentic Scottish atmosphere as rated by a Scotsman.

Wildly outrageous pricing at this well below-par food outlet. This place is the only food and drinks outlet in terminal M Barcelona airport. They have clearly taken advantage of this by exploiting passenger as there are no other options beyond security - there are plenty options before security which offer better value for money. Average price 15EUR for a burger which looks like a prepackaged microwave burger (pretty sure it was) - and that price is without a drink! Zero star rating from me!

We went for two coffees and a toasted bacon & egg sandwich. The coffee was burnt and tasted just awful… the sandwiches were really dry and had a cold egg in the middle had to ask for them to be heated up. The man that served us was extremely rude… not to mention the price for this embarrassment was extortionate. Get yourself something from the duty free rather than from this awful place….

Unfortunately I was really hungry and had the most disappointing hot dog ever. The cost was outrageous but even worse was the ice cold wiener and partly melted cheese. Thankfully the bun was soft. 0/5 for taste, 0/5 for warmth, but 4.5/5 for comedy.

Burgers are that bad they're offensive. Chicken nuggets that looked like they had the same ingredients inside as Ye Olde Oak hot dogs. Yet charging absolute top whack. Should have the bar stewards wearing masks and capes. Beer is fine though and reasonable price for an airport.

Is this place owned by some sort of organised crime gang? €2.50 for a small packet of crisps or small chocolate bar. €8.95 for a baguette or €6.60 for a sandwich. To add insult to injury we were given a pittance of a voucher to use after a 3 hour easyjet flight delay. My husband and I put our vouchers together in order to share a sandwich. Innis & Gunn gained €2.40 from the use of our vouchers so in theory that sandwich cost us €9 as there was nothing there that could be purchased with the remaining €2.40. There was no where else the vouchers could be used in this part of the airport. Both Innis &Gunn and easyjet should be ashamed of themselves.

BE AWARE OF SCAMS. I was scammed, being overcharged by this business in which no contact details on its page were provided. I believe they take advantage of customers about to board flights, knowing there's no time to return for refunds. It's crucial to check the card machine for the correct amount before making a contactless payment! I attempted to reach them by contacting Aena (Barcelona Airport Operator), but unfortunately, no action was taken. They also lack an email or website. The bank refused my dispute because I am paperless and usually don't take receipts! Cheers

Dai Rees, the karaoke king only does 1 and 5 star reviews. This is firmly a one. Child's chips, sub standard. Wife's foccacia, average. My jamon Serrano, middling. Hopes built up in T2B with the promise of the golden arches, left severely deflated. And hungry. At least the Estrella is okay.

Half the stuff we asked for was missing, ended up ordering a Mexicana burger... when it came, it was a patty with two wafer-thin slices of tomato in a bun, tell me what is Mexicana about that?! Still had to pay full price (€12.75) for something that looked like it came out of my dog. Recommend the vending machines round the corner instead...
