I had a wonderful experience. The customer service and hospitality were extraordinary which can be hard to find in today's world. The servers were very knowledgeable about ingredients, taste, and popular choices. They even let me try a sample before my purchase. The selection of fresh and healthy options were so broad which is a plus. I am a ice cream connoisseur and I have been on the hunt for a healthier option. I've tried all the alternatives and none gave my brain the "ice cream alert". And the ingredients used in those options made me feel like I was not too far from the regular, unhealthy option. But the freeze (ice cream alternative, specifically the vanilla freeze) here was ICONIC!!!! Only 4 ingredients, which blew my mind!!! And the ingredients were simple, something I could pronounce, and all items used in my own kitchen. My only complaint, is not having an option to take the goodness home (in a pint or quart option)! Also, thanks for the complimentary beauty shot for becoming a member! I'm sure I'll be seeing you all very soon. #NewRegular
Really yummy açaí bowls and juice! Happened to find this close to our hotel and happy we did. Hopefully we’re able to stop by again someday :)
Pressed Freeze has been my healthy alternative to ice cream ever since I got cut from the Varsity basketball team my junior year of high school and started watching what I put in my beautiful meatsuit. Turns out a diet of hot dogs, french fries, and vanilla ice cream was not very conducive to being an elite level athlete...... but I did still have some wiggle if we are being honest… I was like a Mexican Raymond Felton out there. I have been coming to this location for years after a meal at True Food, North Italia, Mendo, or Little Sister as it is a small stand in the middle of the Point. Yesterday, we came after going to Tocaya and I have never needed a palate cleanser more in my life. Idk what happened to Tocaya but they really fell off. They had such a crazy run from like 2016-2018 and then just lost their soul. Idk how else to explain it. Like a bubble TJ Warren. My order is always a large vanilla in a cup with strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, and the almond butter drizzle. The almond butter drizzle will actually change your life, let me inspire you. I honestly don't know if the Pressed Freezes are actually healthy though, I've never done the research. They are always suspiciously delicious. In my head, they just run their vanilla juice through a little soft serve machine and maybe add ice, possibly a little natural sweetner?At this point, ignorance is bliss. I really don't want to know. I’ve gone here 3 times in 2 days! Love the chocolate freeze and toppings. Also, got shots, which were all helpful as well. The service was great all 3 times. Thanks for providing these healthy and tasty alternatives on the go.
GREAT FOOD! Loved the cute little environment the store has created, the juices are pretty cheap only about 6$ a thing, really yummy! One thing I will say is I love how you can tell that the juice/ frozen yogurt is real cause the vanilla is not completely white you can see in my picture that it kinda looks brown cause that’s how vanilla plant are! Love this cutesy shop!!
I just left and the 2 gentlemen working on April 27, 2025 were helpful and gave me the bedt choices to drink.

Fantastic alternative to dairy ice cream made with fruit. I had the chocolate flavor marswith the following toppings: goji berries, corn flakes and marshmallows. I was too busy devouring it to take a photo 😂
I’m writing this review specifically for Socorro Villalobos , everytime I come into this location she’s amazing she takes her time with me to over what’s best for me and what I’m looking for her customer service is amazing I only visit this location from now on only because she’s so good with assisting me !!!! Her knowledge is so impressing she’s knows what to exactly get you , for whatever your looking for Socorro deserves a nice raise she’s supper friendly supper attentive and nice I love it here thanks again darling ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💋🌹

My first time coming here & I absolutely loved it! Alex took my order & was very friendly & nice, his service went above & beyond. The atmosphere was clean & presentation of products were aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely come here again!
I love getting good juices here! The freezes are also so good! The gummy candy and cookies they sell are so yummy too! I just love this place for treats! You can sample any drink.

Love the variety of fresh juices available! I order the cleanses regularly as well as the celery juice bundle (5 juices). I drink a celery juice in the morning, before anything else, and I feel great when doing this regularly! Cleanses the body, literally! My hubby does not like the taste, I've grown to love celery and don't mind the taste. I frequently separate the cleanse bundle into two (so, 2 half day cleanses). I feel great after doing a cleanse, the first day back to solids makes me feel somewhat queasy, always. My favorite juice is the Greens 2. Has lots of good greens, but tastes mostly like apples. Even the hubby is on board with that one.
Great juices. Nice employees!! Pressed corporate or whoever needs to let the employees keep the doors closed during colder seasons. It’s obvious the store is open because the lights are on. Whatever the reason is, It makes an unpleasant experience ordering and waiting for your açai bowls and the employees always look cold.

I'm not a huge fan of juices in general (lots of sugar in fruit) but I have tried a taste of their "Citrus 2" which is on the sweeter side but very refreshing and good! I actually prefer their creative non-dairy freeze. I tried the strawberry and chocolate flavors which were both excellent. It's not your typical frozen yogurt -- in fact it's not yogurt at all! Ingredients include beets, cacao and dates. Very interesting. I'd come here again for the freeze. Staff was super helpful and friendly both times I visited.

Like other reviews say, the food is fine but it’s the staff that’s an issue at this site. Morale seems low which leads to dissatisfactory customer service. The tall Caucasian lady mentioned in other reviews is on some strange power trip having too much control of what’s going on around her and micro managing the staff and even guests of what they’re able to do. I believe the problems with this site start with upper management. Otherwise I would’ve been a regular here along with several others I’m sure.

I wanted to order a juice so called them. BIG MISTAKE!! You get the robot of death. Circles and circles of robot 🤖 and you never get a person. Going somewhere else. I don't care if they make the best juices in the world. Until you learn how to take a call, I will take business elsewhere! Also just found out they don't make juices fresh. Lol!!! So pointless. Green juices lose over half of their living enzymes in the 1st 15 min of juicing... they are selling expensive dead juice. Do not support this!! And don't be ripped off!!
