Das Sortiment wurde in den letzten 2 Jahren extrem verkleinert..dafür aber die Preise erhöht...Personal hält sich gerne am Tresen fest, im Gegensatz zu den früheren Mitarbeitern, welche die Kunden gerne beratend durchs Geschäft begleitet haben...

Hier kann man zwar vieles für den Haushalt bekommen, das Personal ist eigentlich auch freundlich aber die Preise sind extrem zu hoch - hier wird eine Alleinstellung schamlos ausgenutzt. Habe eine WC-Hebeanlage bestellt für 509 €, die im Internet von verschiedenen Anbietern zwischen 300 und 350 € angeboten wird. Für 500 € erhält man im Internet die "Königsklasse der Hebeanlagen" - ich habe erhalten, gerade mal eine mittelklassige. Den Inhaber darauf angesprochen, zuckte dieser nur freundlich mit den Schultern. Hier kauft man zukünftig nur noch mit ausreichend Recherche vorher oder nur einmalig!!! Pedí un sistema de elevación para el inodoro por 509 €, que se ofrece en Internet por diferentes proveedores entre 300 y 350 €. Por 500 € se puede comprar en Internet el «mejor sistema de elevación», pero yo solo he recibido uno de gama media. Cuando se lo comenté al propietario, este se limitó a encogerse de hombros amablemente. En el futuro, solo compraré aquí si lo investigo bien antes o solo una vez. Tres veces he intentado solucionar algo y las tres veces no he podido. Primero iban a ponerme en contacto con un fontanero para un arreglo en casa, nunca llamó. Segundo, buscaba un tornillo, pero tuve que ir a un Bazar chino. Tercero, intenté devolver dos artículo de Amazon, pues son punto Celeritas, pero el sistema no les funcionaba... Lo dicho tres de tres fallidas. Al menos son amables, pero no sé si llegaré a intentarlo una vez más

Rude staff member, I walked in and he was stock taking at the counter, he acted as if he did not want to serve me. I asked in Spanish how much a bottle of gas was and he rudely replied the price in English. So you have missed out on my local custom.

Solo aceptan pago efectivo. Supongo que para defraudar a hacienda? Porque el cartel de que se admiten tarjetas lo tiene. Actualización: despues del comentario aqui citado he vuelto a la tienda he hablado con el comercial que me ha atendido muy amablemente pero me afirma que la situación sigue igual no se admite el pago con tarjeta.
