Friendly staff and good music in the speakers....but the place is terrible to eat in: it has become homeless central. Full of homeless, which hey, they need food. The problem is that they play videos on their phones full blast and get into arguments with each other, sleep at the tables, etc. You can't sit and enjoy your whopper because it is so loud.

Tried Burger King after work on Sunday night. There was plenty of workers but they still couldn’t get food out in a timely fashion. When I entered there was a line waiting to order so I sat down and ordered through the app. After waiting 10 minutes or so I decided to get in line to see if my order was ready. There was three people in front of me and they had to change out the register so nobody was helping us. Once the cashier started taking orders of people and the line moved I discovered my meal still wasn’t ready yet. So I sat back down at my table and then a couple minutes later my name was called finally. Best thing was the soda. I ordered the whopper combo and it was barely warm with a side of onion rings that were underdone. I also ordered a fish sandwich which was OK but the little squares of lettuce on it seemed wilted or old. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people even though there’s a saying that says no loitering. And there was a sign on the men’s room saying it was out of order, which I believe the last time I was there it was out of order also so I couldn’t wash my hands before eating and as soon I was done with my meal I exited. I guess next time I will have to go to a Burger King farther away that would be slightly better.

Employee handed me soda cup with soda leaking all over outside the cup,i asked him to wipe it off,he still left soda top of the lid and slammed the window on me,i dont see why i should have soda all over my hands

Everytime i have food delivered the dipping sauce is missing. That really sucks as a customer.

They operate differently than any other location that I have been to. Many people working like crazy but the order took forever. Also I post about bathrooms in my reviews, this one could use a bit more attention.

Food is good but the place does not feel safe - there was 5 tables of people loitering and sleeping. They may be homeless - not sanitary place to eat

Cashier yesterday at around noon was racist. He was complaining people were speaking Spanish instead of English. Lol this is Elgin, we ordered in English but was upset others speak Spanish. If it bothers you so much, learn how to speak Spanish then. We spoke to you in English and you had to complain about others speaking Spanish to you. Never coming to this place again if these are the type of people you hire. He was slow anyways on the register and can’t do simple register skills. Can’t even be friendly sooo, do better because he was not it lol

Again they don't have what I ordered and again they substituted and said nothing and again I drove back just for them to say we don't have that so gave you this... ok would have been nice to know also you didn't even give me sauce with the chicken fries you substituted. Chicken fries were cold burger was at least hot.

July 4 @1:06 am i came to the drive thru and they forgot a whopper jr with my order. I call it in and am told that I would get a meal for the inconvenience. I go July 5 and am told by a rude manager that didn't want to listen to me that she would only give me the sandwich. It's not even about the sandwich or the meal, it's that I was told that I would get a meal. I just left, thank you for all your years of disservice bk.

Lady in the front was with an attitude. Manager was nice and attentive but the meal I got was poorly made . My meat looked like a jr meat when I asked for a wopper . No sauce . Fries cup was poorly filled in ..

These fry’s and onion rings were like a days old !!! Literally the onion fries would snap that’s how hard they were ! Horrible don’t waist your time at this place !
