Buffalo Wild Wings Elk Grove Reviews
So, we have been to this newer location a few times with good experiences. This day (Memorial Day 5/29/23) we stopped in for a few beers and something to snack on. Checked out the Happy Hour menu since we got there around 3pm :) and our beer was on sale Bud Light Tall's for $4. Anyway, when we were finished and asked for the bill, we noticed we were charged full price for our beers. I questioned the bartender, and he took the bill and said let me go talk to my manager. OK :) Thanks......he comes back and states that this menu should come out till June, so the price is not $4 today - WHAT? Ok, so I didn't make a big deal out of it, he was a nice young guy and I just decided to let it go. BUT they should have honored the price on the menu that he gave me to look at. It's just the right thing to do, and they failed. I am not saying I won't go back because I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I was just disappointed in this latest experience.
Oh my goodness it was amazing to walk in and be greeted by the General Manager and the Manager of Buffalo Wild Wings. They directed us to our seats. Our Server Sai had personality plus and was very attentive to our needs. We ordered the 30 piece Wings (naked) with the dipping sauce on the side and French Fries. For desert we ordered New York Style Cheese Cake and 2 Chocolate Fudge Cake. Our food was delivered piping hot and very tasty. We hardly had any wait time after ordering. They were outstanding in our book. The ambiance was great plenty of TV's with a variety of sports showing. Just pick and choose. We will be back again. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

We ordered a takeout from this location today and we were helped by Landon who was amazing. It was quite busy and there were people in and out, and he helped and greeted everyone that walked in and everyone that was leaving his assistance was amazing. In between helping customers in person, he was also answering the phone. Taking orders explaining the menu. So I had to leave this Review for Landon because it is rare to see this type of service nowadays. Thank you for your assistance today. I do hope that you do get recognized for the service that you provide your customers. Above and beyond! Thank you
My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings today. This was our first time eating at this location. First off I want to say even tho they were very busy our waitress Madison was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable , kind, and did an amazing job. She had multiple tables and was able to keep up. With our high demand lol Another table near us over heard us talking comment to us that they agreed she was great. Apparently they are regulars and said they always ask for her. We will be returning and asking for her as well. The food she recommended was good and the drinks were pretty good as well.
My son wanted buffalo wild wings for our holiday party! We had a variety of wings and appetizers. My favorite were the cauliflower wings with honey BBQ with extra carrots & celery. Those little bread knots dipped in beer cheese are also the bomb. The Asian zing sauce was also a favorite at the table! Can't wait to try more sauces on tgose cauliflower wings in the future!

Had a birthday event here during football Sunday. One of their busiest days of the year, yet Rudy, Seneca and the rest of the staff not only accommodated us but made us feel comfortable and welcome as if it were our own home. Can’t say enough by how happy and pleased everyone was with the service and food. I will be back multiple times as long as that staff is still here.
Came here for my sisters birthday. Overall it was a good experience. Our server was a delight. Food came out quickly. I was not a fan of the Salsa, tasted like marinara sauce to me. I got Chicken wings in Nashville Hot sauce and Desert Heat dry rub. Both good, the dry rub being my favorite. Buffalo chicken pizza was okay. Sister got boneless wings in Mango Habanero and Thai Curry. She really liked both flavors. Best part is all the TVs so you can watch the sport events!
(20 wings & apitizer sampler) The vibe here is always fun, live, and exciting. Especially on game days. Service is great entertainment is always going on and seems to be enjoyed by little kids as well. Alone, on a date or a group of friends, this is a pretty good selection. On a busy day, such as weekend afternoon parking is pretty full

Beautiful location next to Olive Garden, dessert spots, and Costco. This is a preliminary review since it’s only been open a couple of months. Due to it being new with new staff, they’re still a work in progress across the board. However, there’s a lot of promise as I’ve only had amazing customer service and transparency when appropriate. The food my family and I did have tasted consistent to other locations we frequent. The ambiance and environment felt more open and bright compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings in the surrounding areas. The servers we’ve had were super nice and it seemed like we were constantly being checked on by multiple servers. I can’t wait to be present during UFC fights. Seems like a great place to get beers, food, and watch MMA with friends and family.
Since locally owned restaurants typically have more freedom to tweak their menus and provide a more personalized experience, my wife and I usually seek out these kind of establishments when looking to have a good cheat meal. However, when doing a local search for good burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) arrived at the top of our search results. The last time we had BWW was after arriving in Panama and it was surprisingly delicious. Being that we have a BWW located in close proximity to our home, we opted to have it delivered via DoorDash. Couples that have been together for 5+ years can probably attest to the fact that some of your preferences start aligning (definitely the case for my wife and I); therefore, we both opted for the Bacon-Smashed Hatch Chile Burger with regular fries + Desert Heat Dry Rub and cheese dipping sauce. Upon arrival, our orders were both fairly hot (no complaints). The Desert Heat Dry Rub paired perfectly with the large portion of fries. Unfortunately, our burger was ok, but not as delicious as anticipated. The burger patty was overcooked (well-done), lacked adequate sauce (moderately dry), and was overall much smaller than expected. I understand that the restaurant is titled Buffalo Wild Wings (not Buffalo Wild Burgers); therefore, maybe our expectations were a little too high. I can’t say that I will order another burger from BWW, but I may check them out for their happy hour (specifically their strawberry margarita) in the near future.

Have been here a couple times. Service is slow. Burgers not bad. This time had nachos and onion rings which were just awful. Tasted rancid. Had add on of guacamole which was simply a tablespoon sized chunk of hard avocado (2 bucks) for which had to request a knife to cut it up just to try to eat it. Not palatable. Food tasted as if it had sat for awhile waiting to come out. Onion rings were soggy. Nachos were soggy. Waitress was sweet but can't make up for the slowness or the failures of the kitchen. Would not recommend for more than watching sports and having a drink.

We ordered here Chicken tenders with nashville hot sauce and a side of potato wedges, I’d give it a 3/10 the chicken was tough as if it had been double fried. We also ordered a kids burger with chips and salsa and that was 2/10 no salsa was brought with chips and the burger was dry. Moving onto the Buffalo Tots these were a solid 5/10 wasn’t impressed with it at all. Then last but not least the chicken tacos with a side of mac and nd cheese, the tacos were 4/10 and the mac sucked 0/10. Our server had good attitude. Only thing I’d say to help improve service is to train staff on hospitality and service. Most servers would come around take your order and leave and you could see most of the staff were off to the side not checking if patrons needed refills or if the food was ok. (side note the chicken tenders does NOT come with sauce on it I did that to make up for the super crunchy and hard exterior)

Recently was in elkgrove and thought it would be fun to go have some drinks and food because I’ve had great food in Kansas at Buffalo wild wings .the noise feom TV was so loud you could not talk to others at the table. Service was slow but she was so sweet. Ordered nachos and onion rings. You could tell they had been sitting for some time due to temperature and very soggy. Paid the extra $2 for guacamole, and it was not guacamole. It was part of an avocado which was not even ripe and very hard. Had to ask for a knife and a fork to cut it to try to eat it and then it tasted terrible. There’s a big difference between guacamole and an avocado on nachos. We would’ve stayed longer and order a meal, but after the appetizer we got, we decided it was not worth it and I had a headache from the noise being so loud so we had to leave.
We sat at the High tops and the server was OK and her trainee was doing his best, but the service overall was subpar. We waited 20 minutes for water and after that it took an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. The food came out cold and we had to ask a couple times for napkins, utensils, and refills on water. It didn't look busy so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow. As a former server myself, the steps of service just did not seem to be met at this location. I will say that the order did come out mostly correct. The timing of everything was just not what it should have been.

Not sure why I decided to eat here! But it was the first and last time. The service was okay besides an employee (not our waitress) having an attitude when I asked her to help clean spilled water. The Food is just a waste!!! The fries are freezer burnt and reheated. The chicken sandwich looks worse than it tastes. The BLT took way too long for it to come out with the bacon burned black and hard to bite or chew. Maybe come here for the Bar and a scoop of ice cream. The atmosphere is okay.
I got takeout because my son really wanted to try wings here. They were absolutely over priced and not good at all! The fries were even worse. Paying $35 for wings and fries that were horrible made me very upset. The fries must have been sitting under a lamp they were not fresh and not crispy. Wings were mediocre no matter how much sauce we put on them. My 4year old loves chicken and she took one bite and said yeah, no! She gave it back…sad! I’ll never eat there again!

Ordered an ALL FLATS got ALL TINY DRUMS. Ordered loaded potato wedges and got cheese-burnt bacon covered wedges. Don't come here. Will be making a complaint.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disappointed. The service was basically nonexistent, with long waits, no check-ins, and staff seemed uninterested in helping at all. The wings were extremely bland, barely seasoned, and definitely not worth the hype. Portions were surprisingly small for the price, leaving me still hungry. To make things worse, the place felt dirty, with sticky tables, messy floors, and an overall unclean environment that made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, terrible value and an unpleasant visit. I won’t be coming back.
incredibly rude staff, i had simply asked for a glass of water, as i was very dehydrated from the very long walk 🚶♂️ i was on. i thought, 'ok, it may be a few minutes past their closing time and yeah, I'm not actually ordering anything BUT! but, I would think that as fellow human beings they would have the empathy to give a seriously parched guy like myself a glass of water.' i was first told no by the receptionist/waitress until she finally gave in and went to ask her bartender for a glass of water. which was immediately then escalated up to what i assume was the manager, like I seriously have no idea why the decision to give some water to a dehydrated young man needed to be such a high up decision... anyways he also tells me no, and its only after i insist and explain how i have been walking many miles and have had no water that he decides to grant me a small room temperature paper cup of water, but get this, only after i go to the lobby area, in between the first and second door into the restaurant. I'm not sure how my need for hydration could have perhaps affected their comfort in having me in the restaurant, but I've been finding it a little difficult to not take it personally. i wasn't acting belligerently, i had not drank any alcohol that evening, i just needed water, with ice ideally? this was treated as an unreasonable expectation and i was nearly turned away. do not come here if you desire hospitality and pleasant interactions with staff as you will not find it here. 1/10
We went there today for a family lunch, we walked in and it took a good 5 minutes for anyone to come seat us or even acknowledge us. We should have left then. Got seated and it took another 10 for our waitress to come over. There were a few big parties but they were on the opposite side of the restaurant. Outside of that there was one family of 4-5 by us. The server told us it was going to be a little bit of a wait because there were only two cooks. The food came out quickly actually but everything was mediocre and room temp. The server only came around once, and there still wasn’t many people in our section with at least 3-4 other servers around. This was at 12 on Sunday. We spent more money on this place than having a sushi dinner the other night. I don’t understand how that’s possible and the food wasn’t good or worthy.
I placed my order through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 2:56 PM. I arrived at 2:55, went to the pickup window, and pressed the “push once for service” button like the sign says. Nobody came. I waited several minutes and pressed it again, and still no one showed up. I watched at least five or six cars go through the drive-thru while I stood there with zero acknowledgment. At 3:05 someone finally came to the window, which at least let me tell them I had an order ahead. After that, I had to wait another five minutes just for them to make the drinks. I didn’t leave until 3:10 for something that was supposed to be done before I even arrived. There is no point in offering a pickup window if nobody checks it. I don’t say this lightly. I come to Dutch Bros every single day, minus maybe one day a week. I genuinely enjoy Dutch Bros and I choose it over Starbucks on purpose. But this has been happening a lot recently, even when there is no line or rush. It has become a recurring issue and it is not worth this kind of wait. I understand being busy, but this is getting ridiculous. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was given two drinks that were literally only milk with no coffee in them. Mistakes happen, but the combination of long waits, no acknowledgment, and repeated errors is too much. I really enjoy Dutch Bros, but this location needs to do better. The pickup window service is consistently unreliable and extremely frustrating.
Very disappointed. We were seated right away but waited over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Servers walked by our table, and I even made eye contact with one, yet no one asked if we had been helped. The lack of attention was obvious. This was our first time here. Despite others warning us about the poor service, we decided to give it a try — unfortunately, they were right. We ended up leaving without being served. Management really needs to be more present and attentive.
