The counter staff greeted Me as I entered the store. He was very helpful with the menu and made a Great suggestion for My pizza choice, he also informed Me about the special for the sides. Everything was excellent and the food was fresh and very tasteful. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and I will also be back.
Walked in to pick up my online order for my pizza, staff was arguing with each other. Water bottles were thrown. Got my pizza, baked it. It was amazing. 5 stars.

The quality is back is back on up to what my family has come to expect from Papa Murphy's I have re-rated them to 5 stars The new ownership is doing a great job and please keep it up I had originally given this place 4 stars, but based on service over the last month I've had to downgrade 1. Online order is kind of a joke these days. Why put in a pick up time if you still have to wait 20 minutes or so for your order to be ready? Yesterday, my husband went in 45 minutes after his scheduled pick up time, and it WASN'T READY!! Seriously people? They did call him another 45 minutes later (now we're at 90 minutes) to ask if he still wanted the order, then after saying NO, was told it would be referred to the manager and it would take at least 10-14 days before being refunded. I wouldn't be bothered if this was a one off situation, I get that things happen, but this has been a thing for us over the past month. 2. Orders have been incorrect, however, since my husband orders and I go pick up, I have to trust that he put the order in the way he wanted it. 3. I know they have new ownership, but this really isn't the way to generate positive word of mouth I hope you guys get it together soon, as you are much closer to my home, but for right now, we're gonna have to change locations Update: we have returned to this location. The staffing issues seem to have been resolved and the quality is back in up to our expectations. Keep up the good work
Ordered online, got a super good discount. Pizza was ready by the time I picked it up. My whole family complimented on the taste of the pizza. Not sure who the cook was that day, but they sure did an excellent job.

Thus is the best Murphy's. Pizzas are better then other locations. We drive farther just to buy from them.

It's my preferred choice when going to Papa's. Friendly staff who do a good job. My only demerit is that they aren't properly staffed so when it gets busy it can take a while. But it's worth waiting for, keep up the good work y'all!

The place was like a ghost town. One worker and no one inside of the place. I went on Sunday and I figure there be a line. That was a surprise. Food was good but no customer service. I didn't get greated with a smile.
My review 3 years ago was 5 stars delicious pizza great staff clean store quick service . Unfortunately my recent visit 2 stars if that. Placed my order online and went to pick up my order . Pizzas not even close to what I remember . Missing items on pizza dry just disappointing.
I started going to this location in mid 2021 but am going to find another store. About 6-8 weeks ago there was a significant change in staff. My pizza at that time was murdered. The dough was tough and it just didn’t taste right. I waited and returned tonight hoping that staff have experience now. I think there are new new staff and again I am disappointed. The order was wrong and I had to have it corrected. The girl was beyond dispassionate and clearly didn’t want to be there. I might return in a couple of months but for now I will visit another location.

No hair nets or anything prepping food ordered two crustless pizza bowls. It took 95 minutes some how and the place was dead. Watching theses 3 young mean mare them was a struggle they moved so slow.
Waiting too long the computer didn’t work. I had to pay cash. The 3 teenage girls were new. Didn’t know how to operate. Customers were very angry. The pizza was not the same. The crust was very thin and the veg were not fresh.
Went for a walk thinking that our pizza would be done by the time we got back... When we got back, we found the pizza had not been started and the three employees instead were talking and laughing engaged in no work at all. They immediately 'jumped into action', working furiously as though somehow we wouldn't have noticed that they had done nothing to prepare our food. The only girl in the place (two males were behind the counter as well) as quickly as I imagine is humanly possibly threw together the worst looking pizza I've seen in a long time. Minimal toppings, slow service, no obvious changing of gloves worn by employees... And we had to wait for her to through together our pizza after having given them enough time to complete it to begin with. If I was the franchisee here, or the manager... I'd make some staffing changes. This lax approach in a restaurant invariably hints at other operational issues (ie cleanliness, food safety etc...). The most indellible impression made? I just paid 15 dollars for a pizza that took 45sec to make. I'll save that money in the future. If you are the owner, and you care... This took place between 6:30 and 7pm 03/30/18.
This particular Papa Murphy’s store has the worst menu. No prices and tiny writing above the registers making it difficult to read. I won’t even get started on the social distances in the lobby. J won’t be spending my money there because if the manager doesn’t feel it’s necessary to invest in legible menus than I will go some place else for pizza.
Worst customer service!! Messed our orders up numerous times and an employee actually had the audacity to blame me for their mess up's. Um im sorry that no onions or thin crust are too complicated for you!! Absurd this kid literally accused me of trying to swindle them out of pizza! I ended up walking out and not getting my order replaced. Not worth it!! The nerve! Im a small business owner myself and would never treat a customer with such disrespect. Save yourself the greif and choose another location.
Closes at 9pm (Saturday). Called at 8:00, 8:15, 8:22 and 8:30 attempting place an order but the phone rang non-stop, so I drive there to see what's going on. As I walk up, I see the schedule near the door matches the closing time listed online. I go in and ask the worker if they're still open, to which he replies that he just shut down the registers. I ask "aren't y'all supposed to be open until 9? I called and y'all just let the phone ring." He gave some excuse about a lady's order being wrong and that the POS system goes down when that issue happens. Mind you, my 1st call was at 8 pm, and on top of that your shutting down 20 minutes early??? Wasn't going to leave a review but that's just bad business.
I took my elderly mother here today (6/17/23) around 5:00 PM and was surprised by the complete lack of any service whatsoever. When we entered there were no other customers and a boy working the front gives me a look and says nothing. While we wait for any acknowledgment my mother asks the boy a question and he claims that he does not know the answer, and that perhaps his coworker behind him does. However, he never asks his coworker and she never acknowledges us. We continue to wait for any service for a few minutes before I convince my mother that this establishment is not worth our money and we leave. I highly recommend against going here. I believe automated machines would offer significantly better service compared to these mute employees.
Made a phone order and was told 30 minutes. Arrived on time and was put at the end of the queue because they didnt put the order in. When incquiring about phone orders they insisted that walk ins were a priority over phone and online orders. So what's the point in making an order ahead of time? Absolutely no point. They did nothing to make it right no discounts no expedited process no coupons or anything. Very unprofessional and unorganized. When we ordered a month ago and walked in they made online orders before us and made us sit there waiting for over 30 minutes. This location needs management and organization. I've ordered from many other Papa Murphy's and none are as unprofessional as this location. Stay away if you don't have a time to be on their leisure clock.
The service has gone downhill! You call, place in your order and you are told how long of a wait till its ready. I go in to pick up the pizza and it's was not even done. Waited pretty much 30 to 40 minutes before it was finally ready. Three times already. Not planning on going back.
Roaches!!! Last time I went they had a "new ownership" sign. My last order didn't have sauce on the pizza at all. Welp, gave it another chance and definitely shouldn't have. Called in advanced but they didn't have my phone order. Whatever, no biggie i guess, but after watching multiple upset customers come and go with a "(x)ish" quote and TikTok customer service i found a dead roach on the floor. NOT those EG Waterbugs, a legit roach. Asked for a refund and the chick seemed offended after immediately giving a Karen the managers number. This used to be a good location but avoid it now.
Not sure if the entire crew was new or if they started celebrating the holidays while on shift. It just looks like a 3yr old could have done a better job.
