Had a mobile order and forgot to order drinks. Went through the drive through and orders a large Coke and large ice water due to a friend not wanting a sugar drink and the charge me for a sweet tea for the water…that’s crazy. Won’t be coming to this location again

I ordered through mobile app, waited in line at drive thru. I also asked for a cup of water cashier said sure. I'm told go to stall 1 I'm waiting for my food. I believe a manager older Hispanic guy comes out to give me food. I asked, "where's my cup of water"? He replies, "oh, you need go back in line at drive thru", I'm like are you serious. I drive through line, there's a lot of cars so I go back to stall one. I walk inside all mad, like this so called manager in a vest couldn't come back with a cup of water.??? Isn't that your job, customer service??? Happen at 1:55pm sep 23, 2025

There is a schedule on the door that says this establishment is open until 11. I arrived at almost 10 (the doors were closed). But delivery for cars is working. Therefore, let the manager who receives a salary for his work, take 10 minutes and write a truthful schedule. Otherwise, there is no need for a manager there if he does not know how to do his job.

This McDonald’s it’s the absolute worst customer service! At least 75% of every time I’ve been there they have either charge me for multiple extra things or don't even give me half my order. Food is constantly missing or over charged. One time when I told them they over charged me they told me to pull up then proceeded to turn the lights off on me and lock the doors. The people who work here are rude and fail to do any part of their job correctly. Today all I wanted was a double cheeseburger, I got charged two quarter pounders in addition. If they cared to be competent they would’ve read the order or total before asking to take my card.

I just ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit made it to work which is down the street and they never put bacon on it just cheese and egg in so upset because I’m here alone and I can’t go back for them to fix it

Worst one ive been to yet , everytime i have came here and got an iced coffee i found bugs in my drink. Disgusting. Never came back after that. Don't recommend coming here AT ALL

If you like finding hair or other weird things in your food dont go here. First time i found a tooth object like thing. I told myself i wont write a review since i work in a restaurant myself. I got my daughter food there the other day she found hair inside her fries. Today we decided to give it another chance and we dined in. There was a hair inside my cheeseburger. I tried hard to not gag since my daughter was still enjoying her meal but this place is ridiculous. Used to be good back in the day
