I ordered two Happy Meals and chicken nuggets in the drive-thru around noon. They were fast and the food was hot. They loaded me up with sauce, which was great. They did forget to give me an apple juice with one of the Happy Meals. I called about an hour later. The woman I spoke with on the phone was great. She offered to replace the whole HM, but I told her that wasn't necessary as everything else was perfect. She said she'd write my name on the schedule for when I return later today. She was very sincere and apologized a handful of times. It's been awhile since I've gotten treated well at other places when handling a small mistake. So, thank you for being awesome! I go to this location about once a week and it always appears clean and the service is pretty good considering it is still fast food. I really like this location, they're doing a great job.
Drive through is always fast
Coffee was cold , and asked the drive-through guy if he could make me a fresh cup of coffee. I waited for 5 minutes. The guy made a fresh coffee for me and it was delicious... thank you

The service was great, the gentleman who took our order was very kind and patient with my girls (they wanted to be big girls and order their own food). They brought our food out hot and fresh. They smiled and were very professional. Service like that is hard to find nowadays.

I went through the drive-thru, so I can't attest to the atmosphere. However, the employees were very friendly and cordial throughout the whole order process. Food is about the same, though the prices seem to have jumped a bit (a hot fudge sundae is almost 3 bucks now). They are, in fact, a 24-hour restaurant now.

This Micky Dee got it right! I don't eat McDonald's all the time... I even avoid it 😂 but when I get that craving for fast food burgers I like to get what I ordered.... This place go it on point 👉 they are the reason why I find myself going to McDonald's once in a red moon 🌙 😆 Hot & delicious! Everything was customized and they didn't miss one thing and it was quick and fresh, I love the fact that they cooked the fries the proper way and did not pull them out of the fryer soggy like some McDonald's do.... Not too often do I give a McDonald's 5 stars, but this facility was clean, the staff was nice, and the product we purchased looked like the pictures. That rarely happens. If we lived in KC, I'd make this my convenient fast food stop.
I eat McDonalds everyday. The fries are very fresh. The sandwich wasn't thrown around, it was put together very nicely. The only reason the atmosphere is not five star is because there is no playplace for children and because of its location you will see a few weirdos around... Maybe it's better there's no PlayPlace...Anyway I hope your experience matches mine!
I usually just get a breakfast. It's been $7. Probably 1:50 too much. Aside from that the food usually okay what I expect, and reasonably hot. Usually the personnel are friendly enough and capable of doing their job properly. There are the occasional times that they do not meet reasonable standards of how to deal with the customer, or get an order correct. That's about it.

McDonald's is very consistent in their quality and in their customer experience. This one is relatively quick, despite there being a lunch crowd. Only wish they didn't have to yell the ticket number so loud. Newly renovated McDonald's have staff bring your food to your table when it's ready.
I just didn’t like how they didn’t fill my orange juice up all the way and the cashier didn’t say thank you when she collected my money.. The breakfast burritos were good though.
I don't know if it was because I was very hungry, but I loved the Double Quarter Pounder burger with bacon and cheese. The ingredients were fresh, and the meat was well cooked. I placed the order online and went to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, I parked in the designated spot, entered the number of the parking space in the app, and within less than 2 minutes, they brought me my order. The latte coffee didn't convince me much, and what I didn't like were the apple pies; they neither taste nor look like I remembered.
This McDonald's is reasonably new, has a central location, is well maintained, is mostly well laid out, has attentive staff and does a good job of preparing and presenting the food in a timely fashion. The one negative aspect to this location is the parking situation. There is scarcely any parking on the side of the building with the main door. Making matters worse, I saw an employee who looked like an assistant manager park in one of the few prime parking spots. Not cool. They do not have the self service stations in the lobby, which is fine.

Lengthy wait for there not being anyone in front of me. My large fry container was barely half full, the Double QP I ordered only had one slice of cheese and looked like a seeing challenged person put it together. The young people working the windows were very nice though
Against my better judgment we decided to go through the drive-thru. Apparently they've turned that operation over to some type of artificial intelligence. It would have probably worked okay except the speaker system was so muffled that you couldn't hear it. We wound up placing the order at the pay window. That got confused so we wound up having to go in and get it all straightened out.

Coffee was good but please put the lids on completely. The lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled and burnt my thumb.
If you order on your app NEVER go inside. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Uggghhh. They need another mobile pick up space. Either that or station the register up front. It seems like nobody wants to man the front counter. If they are trying to phase out the front counter then rip the band aid quickly, close the lobby and just do drive through service only. I had ordered on the mobile app. Those folks should get preferential treatment since they are promoting the app.
They let a homeless man sleep laying down at a bench table. Management did nothing, I understand the that it was cold and he had nowhere to go but McDonald’s should have a game plan for these situations . Maybe be able to call for assistance for the man. Definitely change the atmosphere of the place 😗
We ordered ahead in the app, but got there and had to wait 10 minutes while they continued serving the drive through. Once we got our food, we were short a sandwich and both big Mac's had stale, hard buns.
Ordered a Double Fillet-O-Fish and a 10 piece chicken nugget. They tried to hand me a Mc Chicken. They corrected that.. Only when I got to my destination did I notice that it was a regular Fillet-O-Fish. I tried to call and no one picked up. Not the first time they screwed up my order. Quite possibly the last.
Did a mobile order here. Pulled into one of the pickup spots and then waited 13 minutes while I saw 10 cars in the drive thru come up order, and receive their orders all before us… seems impractical to use mobile orders if I can just order faster in the drive thru. I don’t plan to return to this location.
The cashier had trouble removing unwanted items the automated assistant put on the screen. The fries were room temperature and that's a big no for me. Also, the cashier was very pleasant but the lady handing us our drinks wasn't. Oh well. I won't be returning.
As any fast food chain it's always hit or miss. Either the fries 🍟 are cold and old or they left something out of my order. Always always ask for fresh fries or ask for fries with no salt if you want them fresh and you have time to wait. Check your food before leaving. I will say the employee's seem friendly and I haven't had any push back getting my order corrected.
They fired a friend of mine once after he came in on his day off, only one working the back, he was busting his rear end, decide to put in buds. Music helps us work faster you know. He knew he wasn't allowed, but only 3 workers in store, he's helping them. Manager fires him. Not every situation is the same, show humility and compassion, he wouldn't done it on a normal day.
Bought just hash browns at 5:40am. So cold I couldn't eat them. How can they be that cold that early. Threw them away.
I went through the drive thru and I was handed an orange juice, which I promptly stuck my straw into and took a sip while I waited for my food. The male employee went to hand me another orange juice then realized he handed a medium instead of a small, which I didnt even notice. I am told to give it back to him so I can get my small. I asked why, and he cant use it so instead of letting me keep it he says "yeah..." in the most lazy tone. I said "so youre just going to dump it out and waste it instead of just letting me have it." He just sat there and stared at me, then said "I dunno". So he took it, then dumped it out right in front of me, then handed me my orange juice. Like... what??? I've NEVER been told to return something I've started eating/drinking. I come here one or twice a week, and this whole experience just left a very nasty taste in my mouth. I'll go to a neighboring McDonalds, and I suggest you do too.

This location needs to be shut down. There’s always something wrong when I come to this McDonald’s. You sit in the drive through and no one answers. You get the food and the fries taste like they’ve been sitting for hours, and they never get my order right! They’re supposed to close on Mondays at 12:00, but I got there around 10:45 yesterday and no one even answered. After driving around the building, I could see them just standing around, talking and not doing their job. They all act like they don’t want to be at work, and if that’s the case, please hire new associates. I don’t know who management is, but this location clearly shows that the management must be poor.
Didn’t actually care if your order was correct or not, only was worried about response time, vs accuracies. Had to ask for receipt, only ordered bottle of water and sundae and had to pull forward just to get the bottle of water and then the lady wouldn’t even walk outside to give it to me, I had to get out of my vehicle to grab the bottle of water... not an issue, but kinda of defeats the purpose of drive thru

No line and took over a min just for them to say anything over the speaker. At the windows 3-4 employees were standing there hanging out. Fry container was half full with old warm fries. Cheese on the burger was hard on the edges like it was sitting in the warmer too long. 2nd time I have had a slow and bad experience at this location.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. It appears because I am a white male over 65 years old (which shouldn’t matter) she (order taker) refuse to wait on me. She made eye contact service times and still ignore me. The woman (Hispanic which shouldn’t matter but ….) taking orders at the counter got into an argument with another man (white and again it shouldn’t matter) right before me and showed me that she refused to wait on anybody else. I am so tired of the bad service I and other people I had talked to have received. If a business cannot pay their employees a decent wage so that we can receive good service then they need to close! This McDonals need to shut down! It is not the first time I, and other people I had talked to at this McDonalds, received bad service. I doubt this would do any good until people start complaining, writing reviews about their experiences or even start staging sit ins to get the word out that “we are tired of bad service. “
I've been to this location before and never had a problem, but today will be my last visit due to customer service. I will be going out of my way to another location in the future. The lady taking my order in the drive-thru was very rude and rushing me. I came at 1:06pm (2/2/2020). I was told there is no double cheeseburger meal anymore when I've been getting that meal for years. So I ordered one cheeseburger and she said "Is that all?" in a very rude manner. I said no, I'll also need a medium fry and a small dr pepper and she again said rudely, "That all?" and I again said no, feeling very disrespected and rushed at this point (there was only 2 cars in front of me and 4 cars in the parking lot--you shouldn't work at a fast food chain if you can't handle high stress situations--and this was NOT one. Like I said, it was not busy enough to act like this towards me). I continued with my order for my two children and she then proceeded to yell "Is that ALL??" as if my order was an inconvenience to her. Once I got to pay, the boy that took my payment was VERY polite. However, when I got to the window, the woman didn't say ONE word to me. Because of the following, I decreased my review to one star: She opened the window and just started handing my order out without saying anything. I tried to say thank you for my drink and she gave me a dirty look. How hard is it to say you're welcome when someone says thank you? Who hired someone with absolutely no manners to work a customer service position like this? I didn't say anything else to her as she rudely tosses me the rest of my food. I was seeing if she would say ANYTHING. Nope. Not even a "Have a nice day" after she gave me everything. I work a second job as a restaurant manager and this is completely unacceptable in my opinion. This woman needs to go back through training. I do plan to call over this because she just ruined my whole day and should NOT be treating people like this! And on Sunday--God's day! Wish it could be zero stars but the polite boy that took my payment at least deserves the one star. I won't be back!

The staff I dealt with didn't speak English well... The order was completely wrong. When I tried to tell them that I ordered no tortillas... They continued to say "Cookies?... Cookies?" I was trying to get a quick bite to eat between appointments. Will never go back.
Just don’t go here. every time - especially after 10pm because I think the employees decide to shut down everything when the store closes only at 12. you go there at night time they will say their “system” is down so the wait is 10 to 15 minutes. it happened to me twice in row so the first time I waited it and then I got served after 20 minutes for my mobile order. However the second time it happened to me I’ve waited 25 minutes and no one decided to answer the drive-thru machine or even no one was at the window responded even I knocked the window. Worse McDonald’s experience ever!
Was looking forward for a quick pick up order, the apt has 2am closing time I arrived at 9pm stood in drive tru for 5mints finally someone open up the mic, but did not sed anything, all you could hear was someone taping the mic, is what it sounded like. My friend picked up her children and my daughter from Skate City tonight and took them to the McDonald's right across the street. This happened at 9:25pm. There was no speaker, but a sign on the ground that said drive to the window. They waited for 10 minutes before a worker opened the window to say they were closed (with an attitude). In the same breath, the worker asked what they wanted to order. After ordering, the worker had one hand on her head and held out her other hand for the money impatiently. My friend felt rushed as she was gathering the money. My daughter and her friends were scared to use their coupons since the worker was so frustrated. They waited 10-20 more minutes for their food. (They were the only car in the drive-thru). When they got their food it was cold and the fries were less than halfway filled in their large sized cartons. After eating the chicken nuggets, my daughter and her friends complained of nausea and pain in their stomach. My daughter fears she is going to throw up. I just sent an email to this McDonald's. If my daughter gets sick, I'm suing this location!
THE WORST LOCATION EVER. If you choose to go inside and retrieve your online order, be prepared to be IGNORED BY ALL STAFF and watch little kids run back and forth from lobby to food prep area freely. Rude staff once acknowledged. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER LATE LUNCH/EARLY DINNER AFTER 4PM. You will miss a good portion of your order and god forbid you have to ask about missing items and they roll their eyes towards you as if you are interrupting them conversing amongst themselves. You chose to do the job; FULFILL IT to the fullest. 25 min to prepare 5 items is ridiculously absurd.
Despite the A.I order having our order displayed right, they got our drinks wrong and shorted us food, didn't give us a receipt, when I went in to get the rest of the food and got back to the car I realized despite having payed for the deluxe versions of our sandwiches they didn't give us that either. Out of the 6 items we ordered they only managed to make 2 things right ( French fries) and stole about $15 worth of value from me. Trash location, absolutely never getting ripped of here again, I'd advise you do the same.
Lady taking my order was very unprofessional and rude. Came to the window she took so long no one was in front of me. After taking 5 minutes she took my money and dropped my change. No even giving back my dollar or receipt. Not to mention my food was cold. Lol will gladly never be back at this location save your time and money.
I'm only putting a star because it doesn't give me the option not to. There is a robot vs a real person when you order. When you don't say what the robot has programmed, an employee comes on who has no idea what they're doing. Then we go to get our food. They give an extra shake, the drink we ordered with the meal, but no meal. Never offered to make it right. And they should be paid $15??! Zero good customer service. Avoid the mess and go elsewhere. Just a joke.
This has not been the first time going to this location and receiving bad service. Each time the drive thru time was horrendous. Waited by the second pickup window for over 10 minutes, finally got tired of waiting and watching many other cars pass so I decided to park the car and go in. Went in and told them I've been waiting over 10 minutes for my order and said they were still working on it. Even then it still took at least another 5 minutes to get my order complete. And all this for a chicken nugget happy meal for my kid. I don't know how it would take over 15 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal. Also, while waiting there was another customer waiting to be helped because their order was wrong. If you're looking for good and quick service stay away from this location. It has incompetent workers that don't seem to care about any customer service.
They had given my order to the wrong person, then when I asked about my food they proceeded to go over to the table they gave my food to, grabbed it, took it to the back for a second, then came right back out (same tray it was in view the entire time). To me that’s rather unsanitary, and when I asked if they given my food to the wrong table they lied and said no.
With how expensive prices have become for the same items that have been on the menu for years, they really need to do better about getting the order correct and the sandwiches correct. Wrong every time in some way, and it's really frustrating. Like, how do you forget to put anything on a Mcchicken? it only has two ingredients on it...
Worst McDonalds in the USA. Drive thru conversations with AI did not go well. Several minutes later finally showed me what I ordered. Moved to pay window to verify and has another couple minute conversation with no progress. Went to pick up window, waited a couple minutes and was told to pull into wait stall because they had to cook my food. Waited several minutes and got 3 orders that were not what I wanted and they were all just warm. Went inside and wasted several more minutes. Might as well talked to the shrub outside. Stay far away from this place they are all clueless on fast food.
Food wasn't hot and fresh due to drive thru volume even though I was the only person inside at the time. The dining area was filthy. Employees failed to clean what the saw. I say there trying to see if anyone was going to clean up but no one did. I was very disappointed coming from Texas to see this.
Don’t go here if you’re expecting fast service. Their drive-through workers don’t know how to go back-and-forth taking orders from both lanes. 7 cars that were behind me ordered ahead of me. I was stuck between cars so I couldn’t get out with a crying hungry toddler. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here and I won’t be going back. Don’t waste you’re time especially if you’re in a hurry. I gave 1 star just to leave a review but they don’t deserve even 1 star.
Service was horrible. Set in Lane one for five minutes in drive thru no one never answer. Had to go to window to place order. On Monday 9/21/2020 once I received my order fries where old and cold. Chicken nuggets was the spicy ones and I order regular on top of that they where overcooked. I usually get good service before work. But as a essential healthcare work. I will not be going back.
Ordered breakfast well before the cut off time on the app. Cancelled my order on me 10 minutes after i ordered and then wouldn’t allow me to get breakfast since it was 10:32 at the point of my complaint to them.
I like the breakfast so I go often but I've had multiple problems at this location. First if you use the app plan to wait because they act like it's a problem and let other customers from the other lane go first and then second they like to short you on your orders. Example I ordered a sausage biscuit and all I got was the biscuit. Do better guys.
Went through today and got kids meals, apparently they are out of apple slices so they decided to replace them with diced apples they normally put on oatmeal. But they didn’t ask or tell us they did this and the apples they gave us are expired and slimy. I tried to call but it just rings off the hook followed by a loud fax-type sound.

This is one of the few times I’ve been here and every time I’ve been there the attitude of the workers, the cleanliness of the store and quality of food has been worse. I don’t know if it’s the type of people they’re employing, management, or ownership but it was never like this a few years ago. On top of that, the door clearly states that the store is open till 1:00 am, but when I tried to go in at 11:45 pm the doors were locked. I guess whoever owns or manages just doesn’t know how to change that or how to properly run a store.
This was the worst. No menu on the wall had to order from kiosk. Ordered ice tea, and there was no tea at the beverage area. Waited at the front counter for 5 mins for someone to come over to get me some tea. They came over dropped off a take out order looked at me and started to walk off until I said excuse me. She looked at me with the 2 cups that I had like what? I said I bought 2 teas and you have none out here can you please fill these. She took them with no sorry or thank you. Very poor customer service. Absolutely will never come to this location again.
I have tried to stop by a few times in the morning before work around 5:30 and they are never open.... either that or nobody wants to work the drive though.... looks like hours posted say that they open at 5:00 AM
I've been sold reheated french fries before, but the ones I got today are completely awful. McDonald's is publicly traded on the stock market, you are not losing money on unsold french fries. Please make them fresh for your customers because your food does not reheat well to begin with.
It's fast food. My expectations are never high. You get what you get sometimes. But this service had made my skin crawl. I ordered a simple McChicken with fries. Nothing fancy. The bottom bun was so incredibly stale that I couldn't bite into it. It was hard as a rock. And my fries were ice cold. I went in and asked politely to have it remade. The girl in the back remaking it had a staring problem accompanied by dirty looks at me. Then, when I got my bag back, they gave me my original fries, just refried. So they were super crunchy with no taste. It was revolting. And my chicken sandwich was completely smashed with love. Not only disgusting food but disgusting service. Their customer service is completely absent, and their food is repulsive, even for fast food. I 0/10 recommend. I would avoid this establishment at all costs possible.
I have had 3 too many bad experiences here, and I'm done risking it. I had to wait over 15 mins to pick up a mobile order I had placed 10 mins before I arrived. The fries were cold, and I was told our chicken sandwiches were what was being made fresh. One of the four was fresh. I am definitely not visiting this one again. The first experience was a very rude drive thru attendant, and the second was also an extremely long wait ending in cold food. Just go to 119th or 94th and Foster and get actual service.
Probably one of the more disappointing fast food trips, but you get what you pay for. Went in, ordered on the self-service machine, and waited 10 minutes for my food. There was no one in line before me, and the drive through was closed. Get my food, fries are cold and both of my McDoubles were cold. The first burger I had was alright, but the bun had some hardness to it. The second burger was much worse, to the point I asked for them to replace it. Mind you, I hadn’t even had my food 3 minutes by this point. They say they’ll remake it, but after about another 10 minutes of waiting, and discovering that whoever prepared the food was not wearing gloves, I decided to cut my losses and leave. Will not be returning. Making this review to let others know this McDonald’s is not worth the time, money, or yuckiness you’d exchange for both.
I have a couple complaints about my order tonight. I ordered a chicken Big Mac and I expected to get one. Of course what I got was the regular beef one. After already having a bad night and not feeling like cooking, I thought some comfort food would make me feel better. It did not. Oh and the app has no way to complain or get a refund or anything. They say to contact Doordash. Well Doordash didn't cook the food and put it in a bag, so there should be an option on the app to complain to McDonald's customer service.
Next time wrap my food all the way up not the half wrap BS I just experienced. Also, maybe some food without smashed buns would be nice. Sloppy work.
The worst McDonald's in the whole Joco area!! They must be extra slow in the head here. It doesn't take much to be a fast food worker but these people make it seem like it's rock science. I ordered 4 hotcake orders for my kids & they only put 2 orders in the bag but charged me for 4. Apparently they can't count either.
Ordered on the app, got to the store & nobody’s there. i went up to both windows & some lights turned off. somebody was in the parking lot as i was pulling in but the. drove off. my order is still up on the app even though im home now. i’ll be asking for a refund for my order obviously. hours say they are open everywhere ive checked.
On my way to work, stop it's about ( 10:30 pm) McDonald's to get something to eat. Got the cheeseburger meal. Cheeseburgers was dry and hard the fries was cold and old . Each time I stop there around this time the food is horrible. I know why stop well nothing else is open that close to my job. I would rate everything at a -1 that how bad it is!!
McDonald’s Metcalf near 435 McDonald’s Metcalf near 435 interior view -almost every surface and seating area not clean- including food, drink spills, condiments, smears on tables from dirty water in cleaning , build up of soils , bad mopping technique and more - this includes filthy high chairs. Windows dirty too. Parking and handicap parking is good. Lighting is good. Order plain cheeseburger, well done fried, 2 hot apple pies and water. - well done fries weren’t well done and apple pies were warm. The person who bagged my order was the same person that bagged my fries -he read my order and surely he knew the fries he put in the bag were not well done - he was dressed as part of the management team. In the restaurant business there is a term called QSC - quality service cleanliness. In many cases areas in this McDonald would be super low. I suggest you find one that actually meets McDonalds standards.
Food is always horrible at night order a cheesburger and it was old and stale and the apple pie was cold but the box stated caution hot smh
I went through the drive-thru at the store this morning and somehow a bottle of water ended up on my tab and I didn't realize it until I got to the order and realized that they charged me for it to. when I told them that I had not ordered this water the man at the window asked for assistance. Looks like probably a manager that came over and he proceeded to basically yell at me and said if it's on your tab you're responsible for it. Very rude. I will not use this location again
This was the worst place I've ever seen in my life. I was afraid I would get poisoned, so I threw the food I bought in the trash. The employees are not nice to people at all. It was the worst French fries I've ever eaten in my life. They tasted sour, but I can't describe how sour they were. The burger patty was burnt and there was nothing inside. Please don't go here and don't take your children there!!!!!
I politely pointed out their tea was very weak, then sat and listened to the manager argue that it was fresh tea and that it was fine. She never spoke to me or addressed me although I could hear every word. The tea was fresh, and poorly made. I am not paying for watered down tea. The whole interaction was abysmal.
Karesh(Karish?) the service member was awful. We recieved older fries and asked for more fresh. They said yes and brought us back hot, hard, and brown fries. We went inside just to ask for them to be remade again because of this and Karesh was so defensive- he stated that we don’t make any sense and that he served the same thing to everyone. They just made a fresh batch and when we asked he repeated the same thing and said if we don’t want what everyone else is getting, we could get a refund. We ended up getting a new batch of fries because we just asked if we could please try. Karesh snatched our bag of old fries off of the counter and slammed them in the trash. It was SUPER aggressive. In the end the new fries were fresh the normal light color of fries and good. Karesh still raised his voice and repeated that we didn’t make sense and we left
Service was fast but this family owned store will literally have under working age kids in the drive through and the quality is absolutely terrible. I got 4 double cheese burgers and all the buns were literally crunchy around the edges of the bottom buns and a couple patties were clearly past their times in the warming tray. I'm guessing buddy thought it was cool or funny to just give me burgers sitting in the warming zone. I've been burned enough now I'm not going back.
These employees messed up my whole order! I asked for 3 sweet teas and only got one! Absolutely unacceptable 😡😡😡😡
I run into the store to make an order the kiosks listed only large fries and nothing else so I went to the counter and placed my order. Waited almost 3 minutes for my order. While waiting a little girl came up with a cat in her arms, halfway behind counter and one of the workers reached over and started rubbing on the cat. I was about to cancel my order if she went back behind that counter to handle food. Another worker walked up to me and asked me what I was waiting on. I said my order and she looked to the right and said here it is. I don't know how long my order been sitting there but why didn't somebody say anything? Fry's were barely warm. No need to asking for a refund and letting them know how bad the fries was. I would have took them away from the socialization on the phones. Just going to have to start cooking at home. I sure hope the lady washed her hands
The quality at this McDonald’s were extremely poor based on my experience. The fries were oily, not crispy at all, and completely lacked freshness.
placed an order through the McDonald’s app and was charged, but the order never showed up in the system. When I went to the restaurant, I had to reorder everything again—this time without my discount. To make matters worse, the food I finally received was old and not fresh at all. I essentially paid twice and left disappointed. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with technical issues in the app and then be punished with no discount and poor quality food. Very frustrating experience.
I had walked in on 3 separate occasions only to walk right back out. Every single table was filthy! I can understand if it were busy with one or two tables not wiped down but the place was dead and gross every time. It’s a shame because I really liked this location and it is not being held to the same standards as it used to be. I’m choosing to go to a different location from now on.
Employee in the drive-thru could/would not sell me a combo on the menu for the actual listed price as shown. I ordered the 'Daily Double Meal' listed at $6. They tried to charge me almost double, because, as the employee stated 'the computer won't let me order the combo' and 'it's à la carte only'. I tried telling him it is literally showing $6 on the menu: 'can't do it'. Total price shown didn't even include the nuggets that should have come with the combo. I said ok and drove off. I drove on up to the McDonalds at 95th and Metcalf and ordered the same exact thing; got exactly what I ordered for the price on the menu. What a concept!!
Huge decline in the food and service. I ordered a filet of fish meal, and an apple pie. The filet was older than you and I put together. It was so old I had to spit the edges out, and the cheese was sweatie looking. The apple pie had squish marks in it where they had checked it, BY HAND and KNEW GOOD AND WELL it was old and cold. Nonetheless, they served it. I asked for an Arnold Palmer without ice. Guess what I got...ice. Quite disappointing.
