I would have given less if it was not for the food... The quality is much better than any other McDonald's and the meat is better cooked and a little bit more than in other restaurants from the same chain, but the facilities are hideous! The men's bathroom was dirty and one of the toilets was out of service and the other one was flushing every three seconds by itself. There were dead flies in every corner and even though there was a guy cleaning every single table, all the corners and windows were dirty. Another thing is that the kids games are inside the party room not allowing other kids to enter the games.

I've gone to this McDonald's on two separate occasions. The place seems horribly mismanaged. For instance, on both occasions, they were out of coke, diet coke, and coffee. On both occasions! They also had a list of items at the counter. Of the four items I attempted to order, the first three they told me they did not have. And, notably, that's in addition to the beverages they were out of.

Ate there 3 times two times the food was bad the last one gave me anxiety and hard to breath on my chest felt like I was high as well I went in there feeling fine also felt a prickling sensation on my mouth and tongue for quite a while

9:40 p.m. and the lady denied us to eat inside due to them closing at 10:00 p.m. We had to purchase our food to go plus no soap dispenser in the male restroom.

Used to be the nicest McDonald's in Ensenada. Now it's rundown and poorly maintained. Urinals are busted in the bathroom and the soda machine hasn't worked in years. Employees filling drinks with 2 liter bottles.

Feo. I remember when this was a beautiful new McDonald's. Too bad they don't take care of it. We stopped in around 8:30 am to grab a quick breakfast to go. We were the 4th in line that was ignored by the staff. The restrooms we're disgusting. The dining area is worn and partially clean. Food was decent. McDonald's in Rosarito and Tijuana are much better.

Place is falling appart. Cashier waited 15 minutes standing there to take the order asked for fresh fries, I got cold soggy ones.

One register open during the lunch time crowd. As the line continued to grow, the manager decided to switch out cashier's...so we all got to stand there for over ten minutes while THREE people counted the money in the drawer. This is a common thing at this Mc Donalds.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Had breakfast here today. As seen in the picture, I had a chunk missing from my sausage. We walked in over an hour after they were supposed to have opened and were told our breakfast would be a 15 minute wait. Why? Who knows. The tables and floor were filthy. French fries from the day before and napkins were wadded up on the floor. Didn't bother with using the bathroom. I won't come back to this location. Maybe the one in the tourist area takes better care of the restaurant and customers.
