A delicious encounter in a lovely setting. A little hard to reach by foot but worth the effort. The food was fabulous and the wines are a great value.

Gorgeous hilltop location with a view across the Valle de Guadalupe and the Sierra Blanca. The modern architecture is very appealing and upscale. There are some fine Arabian horses at a nearby stable. The cuisine was fabulous -- an interesting blend of traditional Michoacán and contemporary. The wines are very good and pair well with the food. We had the tasting menu and highly recommend it. Two of our party are vegetarians and they found many offerings. Don't skip the appetizers -- they are delicious with ample portions. The service was excellent. This place is not as well known as some in the Valle, but it deserves to be.

This is a beautiful and tranquil spot for dinner. 360 views. The staff greeted us at the door. We had a plantain appetizer and Samuel y Alejandro were fantastic!! I also had a shrimp dish and my husband had the steak. Highly recommended!

We first arrived to Once Pueblos as another place had closed early, and was our second option.. Thank God that other place did close early cause we discovered a hidden gem, since you walk up to the restaurant the view is marvelous! The kindest server we have ever met received us (Samuel) & accomodated us exactly where we wanted despite the distance to the kitchen with a great attitude. Gave us exquisite recommendations that were a experience in themselves, their wine is a bit dry in its taste if thats what you like. Topped off by a seasonal dessert, sealed the deal to a necessary visit when coming to Valle. Highly recommended, look for Samuel and you will have a guaranteed great experience!

One of my favorite places in Valle!!!! It has everything: wonderful views especially at sunset, amazing food and service. Perfect spot for romantic dinner (definitely try their seasonal tasting menu), or even casual dining with friends (suggest you do a la Carte and share). My boyfriend and I tried 6 course tasting menu, Chef Sandra came over to our table and said hi, she was super nice and presented part of the courses from the tasting menú herself. Previously I had been there with friends and we ordered a la Carte that time, we liked it a lot. One of the most satisfying meals we had in Valle, portions were very well sized and price was pretty good, especially for Valle. Oh and it is actually a vineyard too, they make their own wines and everything, wonderful wine by the way, wine tasting is a must here!!!

This is a stunning and modern restaurant with an expansive patio. It is perched on a hill overlooking vineyards and the Valley. The cuisine is elevated Michoacana and it was excellent. We were staying next door at Banyan Tree and the owner very graciously offered to provide us a ride back.

A hidden gem in the Valle. This restaurant has floor to ceiling windows that let you enjoy some gorgeous views. The service is impeccable, and everything we ate from the a la carte menu was delicious. I highly recommend going all out at this restaurant, try their wine, cocktails, creative appetizers, entrees, and dessert!

I don’t know why this place isn’t more popular. Everything I’ve ever tried here has been DELICIOUS! Once Pueblos is Valle’s best kept secret. This is my second time doing the six courses and the menu changes every few months. Everything is amazing and they will even make new cocktails for you if you ask.

Very nice little place in Valle Guadalupe with its cuisine being Michoacán food. Don't expect large plates, as it is more gourmet so if feeling too hungry you will not be full with just one plate. As of now they offer a six course tasting menu which you can try and house wine is delicious. Panoramic view of Valle Guadalupe and metallic sculptures of Monarch Butterflies.

Beautiful facility. Lovely gardens perched on a hilltop with fantastic views of the valle. Wonderful food. We ordered off the menu rather than the tasting menu and everything was amazing. The chile/garlic rib meat was very flavorful and tender. The fish was amazing. My friend was pleasantly surprised by the tongue and I loved my carnitas. It was a lovely end to a day of wine tasting.

An incredible experience! We were a group of 6 having lunch during day of the dead. The property is perched upon a large hill, slightly obscure from the main wine route but worth the drive. Everything we ordered was unique and our server walked us through the ingredients and the origins of each item. The restaurant overlooks the valley in a 180 degree dinning hall, paired with a tasting room on the side. Service was fast and informative, I will highly recommend a set meal either for dinner or lunch, it's an experience not to be missed.

Beautiful restaurant, we opted to eat outside and they provided a heater for our table. Service was excellent, our waitress Alejandra was very attentive and made our experience special. The only downside was a fixed menu, I would have appreciated a veggie or fish option.

Nice place with good food and great service. You have to get a 4 or 6-dish tasting menu. We tried the 6-dish one and everything was pretty good.

Staff is very friendly. The views from the restaurant are breath taking. Parking is down the hill, so you will have to do a little bit of walking, but once you reach the top, it's worth the workout 😉. Their drinks are good, their wine is very good. The menu changes throughout the year. My favorite part was the views from top of the hill.

Dinner for two on a Saturday at 7p. The options for tables were limited because the main dining hall was occupied with a bus group. We could either sit outside with a spectacular view but in chairs that were very rigid/rustic and too high compared to the table height, or we could sit in a covered patio setting. We chose the latter. The service was rough, and slow. They seemed overwhelmed by the main bus group and our service suffered because of it. First we ordered a couple of cocktails, a mango margarita and a sangria. For food we ordered the fried plantain stuffed with beans with crema and mole to start. My wife ordered the tamale with pork on top and I ordered the steak with rustic potatoes and mole. For the cocktails, the sangria was mediocre - no fruit. The mango margarita came with puréed mango which gave the cocktail a gelatinous texture that was really unappealing. The plantain was bland and basically a pile of mush, very little seasoning. The mole was good but it was an otherwise forgettable first bite. My wife’s tamale arrived and was about the size of a small coaster. Very small proportion and she reported that it felt underseasoned. My steak and potatoes were both underseasoned though the asparagus that came with was very good and the mole was a nice touch to bring some flavor to the dish. Once we were finished it took 25 minutes for the server to find the visa machine, only the Amex was available for some reason. With so many options in the valle I really wouldn’t recommend. Also for those with disabilities you have to walk up around 20 stairs and then a dirt hillside for 50 feet to get to the restaurant. The walk back to our car after our meal felt a bit uneasy and we both commented that we wouldn’t want our parents coming here because of the access issues.

This is a stunning spot for sure! Make sure you sit outside as the inside is a bit plain and drab (even with the million dollar view). The service was good but unfortunately the food was not (a 2/5 if it was just a food review). My beef rib was so over salted it was almost inedible (and I love well seasoned food). At the same time, the pork carnitas were desperately in need of salt and were surprisingly dry. Imagine a dry carnita! How do you even do that? The complimentary appetizer and the tamal were both delicious, but the mains really fell flat. I would go here for the view outside and just have a drink. Food is much better elsewhere. It’s too bad! As a visitor it sucks to waste a meal. Chef, please taste the food before it goes out!
