Overall, a good experience. The food would get higher stars if they had mango salsa like the Arosio restaurant. Otherwise, it was good. There aren't many places. I recommend arriving early.

Guys, can you please stop forgetting things? Every time I order from the app and pick up the bag, something is always missing, like water, or if I customize the piadina, something is always missing. It's a bit frustrating because on my lunch break, I want what I ordered and paid for. I keep coming back just because the piadinas are good.

Second time I go in 10 days and they are always missing many ingredients, my favorites by chance: carpaccio, shrimp, tuna sauce and who knows how many others. The employee at the counter keeps disappearing into the kitchen without letting me finish the order. Obviously it will be my last experience in this shop also considering the cleanliness of the tables

I order a piadina: salmon, cheese, avocado, and salad; I pay at the self-service checkout. After 5 minutes, they tell me they're out of avocado. So I ask to completely change the piadina because I like the salmon and avocado combination. They tell me I can't change the piadina because the computer knows the ingredients I ordered and can't substitute them with others. So it knows the ingredients I ordered but doesn't know the avocado is out? Can the avocado be substituted with zucchini, for example, but not the salmon? Please. Lastly, the salad didn't arrive but I paid for it. I wanted to go back, but I'd ordered takeout and I didn't feel like arguing anymore. Terrible.

I wanted to give this place another chance after the last time I found a piadina that cost €7.30 half empty, and I have to tell the truth last Sunday it happened to me again..... I love the piadina Romagnola and eating it in the country of origin is well filled even when the ingredients are simpler..... well here I kindly asked for some slices of bresaola because it was very scarce and I was told that they have guidelines to put 30g of sliced ​​meat in each piadina..... the problem is that the cheese was also missing and there was a tiny slice of courgette..... well I paid €1.40 extra for two extra slices of bresaola..... for a total of €8.70 for a piadina ESTATE!!!! Well I'd say the facts speak for themselves..... I don't think they'll ever see me again..... what a misery! But I will continue to eat excellent piadinas.....made by me!!!!
