The restaurant is located in Erba, in the heart of the commercial district on the road between Como and Lecco, easily identifiable. The menu features typical grilled meats, with generous portions. The decor is in the chain's signature country style. The staff is very friendly. Prices are a bit higher than similar chains, and you can also pay by debit card, credit card, or restaurant voucher; please inquire in advance. There is ample parking in front of the entrance.

There was a long wait for everyone last night, both while taking the order and while waiting for the food. My girlfriend has been sick since last night because of a chicken wing that was a little cold. There's the dilemma of not having enough staff either in the dining room or in the kitchen. I know that staff costs need to be kept to a minimum, but to provide a complete service, the workforce should be increased. In my opinion, that's why the dining room doesn't fill up completely since customers come in, receive this service, and don't want to come back.

Frozen food, decent service, parking for 20 or 25 people, otherwise like all the others, the cutlet wasn't that big and was badly cooked, it should have been cooked a little more because it was a little raw.

There's not much to say. The worst roadhouse ever, of the many I've visited. The dining room is shabby, and the staff is kind but very unresponsive.
