Great food. I got the beef wrap and it was made with love. Come support this spot. It’s real Persian food. I didn’t expect to come into this spot but I’m so happy I did. Great service I taken care of the owners who was very kind. Come support them it’s hard owning a small business. Go here instead of kebab shop

I finally got the chance to eat here and it was 100% amazing. I'm an authentic Mediterranean food enthusiast and can say this was one of the most delicious, authentic Mediterranean restaurants in the North County area. The sauces and other ingredients are fresh and taste homemade. Also, the pickles are the same as the ones you'd find in the Northgate market or other international markets. I can tell the food is made with love and I appreciate the reasonable pricing of the items on their menu. My food was prepared quickly and came to me hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Authentic, fresh, and delicious! Healthy Persian food made with love and care. Friendly atmosphere and so flavorful. The chicken kebab sandwich was flavored perfectly with a balance of saffron and spices, and the pickles and fresh veggies really made it! Generous portion, enough for 2 meals! Persian tea and bamya (honey donut type dessert) was a lovely finish!

I was doubtful because I'm a big fan of Bandaar and Grill House Cafe, but this place rocks. The owner is a very nice guy - always very nice and even takes all my last minute orders. My fam is all obsessed with Beef Koobideh and can seriously eat it everyday. I would say I'm pretty picky when it comes to this dish and often am reluctant to try new places because they usually aren't to my liking. Well, my wife insisted on trying Healthy Grill and I absolutely loved it. We have been going there for maybe 3 or 4 months now and usually order at least once every two weeks. We usually call in the order for takeout and it takes around 20 minutes to prepare our 4 orders of 2-skewer beef koobideh plates. My entire experience there has been nothing but stellar. We thank you for the service you provide!

This place is delicious, affordable, fast, and friendly, dinging them a star for no inside seats, but there are some outside, also the chicken in Greek salad is so good

If you love Mediterranean food DO NOT STOP HERE. You’ll be disappointed. If you're on your lunch break looking for something under $10 then I understand why you end up here. Taste was not there, meat portions were very little with a large tortilla. We got an order of hummus and it was the Costco organic pre portion pods. That defiantly let us know what kind of place this was. I put Funyuns on my wrap to try and make it better.

For $12, it was absolutely not worth it.

Very disappointing. The falafel was so dry & tasteless. The dolmas was served warm. Not for me!

We picked up wraps for takeout. Overall the food was very mediocre. It was suggested we have the wraps over the pita and they were tasteless. The onions were very heavy, and there was very little other in the wrap by way of ingredients. Mediterranean food, however, would not recommend his spot.

I was so disappointed! The place didn't have a highchair so, I walked with my son outside then it was time for my husband to trade spots & take my son so I can eat. Well, my son who is 1 accidentally ripped a paper sign & the guy said this is why you should eat outside. We do to go orders. And you should watch your child! I have never been so upset by such a rude person in my life! I appologized & said I would pay. That's when the owner decided to take it in such a negative way! So, don't eat here if you have a family! They don't care & don't want people eating at their establishment either! They rather everyone just take it to go. So sad that any business would say such thing's! This place is a disappointment & I hope they don't treat any other family the way they treated us!

Just because of his stubbornness we decided to go next door, that is the place to go folks, check the door on the left (some pho place) instead of "Healthy" Grill, with unhealthy customer service.
