We were here early and I was the only one in line. I ordered a fish taco and fries. It took forever! I could see 4 workers wandering around inside but no one was cooking. The fries were actually very good. The taco wasn't so great. It neither tasted like fish nor looked much like it. Little flavor at all and the tortilla was tough as well as the fish. How you make fish tough, I can't imagine. Plus it was indecently over priced. What can you expect though, from an amusement park? I assume profits go to the animal causes and that's OK if such is the case.

Baja burger is flavorless almost to the point of being inedible. Not to mention its very expensive. The mawazo burrito bowl was okay. Judging by the picture of the food it looks better than it tastes. Unfortunately it doesnt look very good either. Definitely packing a lunch next time I come to the safari park.

Burger was bad with cold cheese, chicken tenders were tasteless and probably frozen, salad had rotten lettuce in it, fries were fine but they give you the smallest amount of sauce in the containers. Insanely overpriced.

Probably the worst nachos I’ve ever had in my life- stale chips, sour cheese, and slimy guac and jalapeños. Obviously, our standards were not high eating at the park to begin with but this was far worst than ever expected. I would not eat these again if I were paid the $15.

Big sign outside the start of the line advertising something. Get to the front of the line after waiting 25 minutes to be told they can't sell me that because they ran out of wristbands for it the day before. When I politely suggested they might want to ask for more wristbands, I was received with a large amount of attitude and told, basically, "oh well." Maybe also a good idea to remove that sign to avoid frustrating future customers. Or, not put it out in the first place, if you know that you can't sell the advertised item. But, thank you for snapping at me for your lack of preparation and guest service.

Moreover another employee said that it’s a 5 minute walk from the restroom and while I was talking she immediately interrupted me and not finished my sentences and asked if I need to order. I told her I was not done talking and not to interrupt me cuz I am not done talking. She immediately slammed the pager in front of me. I told her to stop being rude. She was arguing with me.She provided such a bad service I don’t think I will come back.

Don't even pass by this place. Burger meat looks disgusting. They don't even serve with hot melted cheese. Their burger came with guacamole, but I was served with a burger without guacamole. When I asked about it, all they could say they're out of it,and they're sorry about that.

The food was just mediocre and quite expensive; the customer service was awful! You would think in this type of FAMILY environment hiring staff who are cheerful and happy to come to work should be essential!

Each of the three tortillas had barely a tablespoon of carne asada. The pickled carrots, which came with the tacos were good. The atmosphere is nice because it overlooks the Safari Park. Overall, it wasn’t worth the wait or the price. Next time, I will dine elsewhere.
