Right away everyone welcomed us as we came in. Everyone was super friendly. The place is clean. All items ordered was fresh which is amazing! (Understandably some items can be older than others). It was nice to sit and watch the rain before driving back to Vegas. Pleasant atmosphere too. There’s music but not too loud, others talking is also to where you can still hear your own conversation. The only draw back is the bathrooms are inconvenient. There isn’t a code the employee needs to hit a button. The problem is it doesn’t last long and it took 2 attempts before she came and helped me lol. Not anything to be upset about but it did make me laugh. The one eh thing is you can perfectly hear inside the guys room which means they can hear you too lol. Last there was a water leak on the cold side when washing hands. Let the manager know and she immediately went to check it out. Last bit some tiles are loose when leaving the store; could eventually turn into a hazard. Kudos to this kickass team!

Came in for lunch on 6/20/25 and was given such a warm welcome. The food was so fresh and flavorful it was the best panda express I have ever had! The orange chicken had just been put out and the beef and broccoli was cooked perfectly!

The manager called to confirm the catering order and to inform me that the woks have been washed out before my order due to shrimp allergy - who does that?! Food was hot and fresh, completed on time. Delivered to my car. Greeted when walked in, everyone happy, smiles. Mission & Quince - location go to when in Escondido

Food is the same as always. Tried their new hot orange chicken and it was actually pretty good. It's on actual spicy side. However, there was homeless outside the business keep asking you to buy them Panda Express.

I ordered beef with broccoli and teriyaki chicken. All I got was beef and broccoli and 2 teriyaki sauce packs with no chicken. Is it my fault for not double checking that I’m getting what I paid for?

What is happening to this Panda Express?!? Giant pieces of chicken and a big slice of onion in my bowl isn't very appetizing. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant by two different employees, but the kid who helped me wasn't very friendly. I'll go to a different place from now on because their food actually looks and tastes better. I watched the cashier pick up little bits of trash from the flood and go stir the fried rice, without washing his hands! Gross!

If it's not rice or orange chicken they give you VERY little portions or you get more of the veggies. You pay almost $12 for a plate and they are still stingy. Smh

Asked for light broccoli in my Broccoli & Beef and got 90% broccoli.... Let me know if you need broccoli; I have a lot.

Never has the items they have posters up for. Will refuse to go e you any sauce unless explicitly asked for. Not sure how you serve teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki. There's a few good people at this location but management seems to be down the tubes. Slow service and rising prices make this not worth the time or money.

Nothing but horrible experiences at this location. From restaurant cleanlyness to staff being incompetent and food being completely undercooked. Thought I would come here first thing in the morning before the lunch crowd and despite being the only person in the restaurant staff was completely distracted with drive-thru related stuff even though there was no one in the drive-thru? Then they had to charge my card at the drive thru instead of the front of the restaurant which felt suspicious. On top of this the food was completely undercooked, staff was incapable of listening and needles to say I will be getting a refund.

It is incredible that the women's toilets are not in service in this restaurant with so much influx. It was one of my favorites so far. How sad that I have noticed how they want to leave only one bathroom for men and women. We don't do the same, sorry, but I do consider it very important to respect this part of the woman at least.

Today at 8:20pm. The customer service could use improvement. He greeted me with “How can I help you today” I began my order by saying I’d like two entrées and a side plate, and the response I received was, “How can I help you today?” It felt like the interaction was being restarted instead of simply continuing the order. A smoother response like, “What can I get for you?” would have made the experience less awkward. Small communication details make a big difference. Not sure if the boy over the intercom doesn’t like to ask that question but he made it so awkward I just left the like and went elsewhere. It’s simple things like this that will help AI take our jobs because people feel too above asking basic questions. Thank you.
