The lady that helped me had a smile on her face the whole time and the food was delicious. They always try to inform you on the best deals when it comes to your meal. It will ask you over and over are you sure it's much cheaper if you get this or that even if you just want something single ala cart. It does tend to get a little bothersome while there sometimes when you know what you want and they try and bargain with you to get more to pay less but it still is really good of them that they try to to make their customers pay less for what there. however the food was good and delicious

As usual, my youngest son who was visiting, & I chose to get lunch to go from our favorite Asian -food place, Panda Express! It's always just what you enjoy, expect for a relaxing, delicious, satisfying, complete/nutritious meal. Thanks, again,& may God continue to bless you ALL! 🙏💚✝️😊

Service is always very quick. The drive thru line can be long & it is poorly designed for the property, but they are very prompt at getting customers orders filled. I've never had a bad experience.

I got the 5-flavor Shrimp, and a lot of food for my family. The person taking the order was particularly great - as I struggled to order different food. I give her a lot of credit! And the food is good and hot.

Maria was incredibly helpful. I ordered through uber eats and of course had the upmost satisfaction. My wife will be happy with me again and we can spend our anniversary with a culinary delicacy of our age.

What can I say about Panda Express ??? The only thing that can be said about Panda Express is Yummy....... Like always the food is Amazing and I enjoyed it very much it was fresh and hot and the service was fast and friendly.

We ordered 2 large orders ahead. I went inside to pick up and I could not have had a better experience!!! I purchased additional fortune cookies and rounded up my order for a donation to Rady Children's Hospital. My fortune cookie bag was filled very full!! The gal who gave me my orders assisted me out to my car and even helped load the bags into the seats. She was so friendly and helpful. I could not have managed all of that on my own. I was very thankful for the help!!

I have to say that I am only used to Panda express at the airports which is like fast food on the go. This experience was different. Extremely friendly personnel. Very forthcoming. Even their manager and the boss asked if everything is to my liking and when the empty soda cup fell on the floor while handing it over, the manager immediately gave me a new one. I was impressed.

If you like American Chinese food at a good price for the quantity you get, go to Panda. Eleanor, the manager, is super friendly and always greets me when I come in.

Great Panda Express in a very bad area of Escondido. There is a lot of gang violence , people getting arrested, and homeless around the restaurant so be careful. Staff is very friendly and nice, food is always great and a very clean restaurant. They are very busy with the door dash orders and long drive thru line .

Me and my boyfriend stopped by to get to get some food here and we had our 3 dogs with us. Eleanor was so kind and sweet to us. Her customer service was amazing. She even gave our dogs teriyaki chicken of their own for free!! The food was completely fresh and hot!!

This place is awesome!!!! My kids wanted Mcdonalds but I wanted Panda Express but the drive thru line was sooo long! So I thought I’ll go get my kids food and order online. I literally had just ordered the food, headed over to Panda, walked in and they asked my name for the order and the employee said oh I just made that for you! Here you go! They were fast, efficient, suuuuper nice! Great customer service and will be frequenting this place often because hat’s off to the management team for hiring and training a great staff!!!

The one eh thing is you can perfectly hear inside the guys room which means they can hear you too lol. Last there was a water leak on the cold side when washing hands. Let the manager know and she immediately went to check it out. Last bit some tiles are loose when leaving the store; could eventually turn into a hazard. Kudos to this kickass team!

I wanted to give Pablo some credit for how he handled a situation today. The customer in front of me got upset and stormed out, saying he gave her too much chow mein (which looked like a normal portion to me). Even after that, he stayed calm and professional. When it was my turn, he was cool, polite, and made my plate without any attitude or frustration carrying over. You could tell he didn’t let the situation affect how he treated the next customer. That kind of composure goes a long way, especially when things get awkward. Just wanted to say he handled it well.

My son and I really love Panda Express. One new change that bugs me is that they are hoarding there teriyaki sauce. One of there locations would not give me any unless I ordered the plat that came with it. This place when you ask in the drive through they often short change you on the packets and sometimes don't give you them at all (even though they said ok when I asked). My son and I like our noodle's and rice wet so we dump a packet of teriyaki on it (yummmm). If it was not for the hassle with the sauce packets its a 5 star place. Their drive through is scary fast, sometimes I wonder how it got the food bagged up so fast when I drove just 20 feet from the order station to the pay station.

This is a pretty regular place for my family. Late work day, stop in here and grab everyone favs and head home for dinner. Done! Easy! Food is good and they have something for all my picky eaters.

The food meets expectations. Service and staff great. Unfortunately not the best location for a drive thru . I like the convince of the drive thru but it sometimes backs up into the road. They need to redirect the line for the cars to better accommodate the traffic situation. Other than that good place for a meal.

All locations are good. At least this one has a drive thru which is nice. The only thing is angle of the drive thru. It’s really just meant for 2 cars at a time. When the line is long, cars block the others entering the parking lot. Other than that, we are good!

i ordered food through the drive thru. this was the 1st time ever, picking up (oriental)drive thru/fast food, that all 3 items in the combo were piping hot and fresh!!!!! the food was soooo excellent!!

Cahier/order taker was very pushy in giving extra change to children's hospital and short on the whole thing. I probably won't go there again. Receive small portions too.

Great food as always, the woman who helped us was a little rude though. Decent restrooms but you have to be buzzed in. There is no code despite the key pad. This area has a very large number of homeless people hanging about (probably why the bathrooms are locked) but they don’t bother anyone, just sort of dirty looking.

Food was very dry! My serving of noodles alone had so many onions and a burnt flavor! Orange Chicken was so dry n sticky not on my favorite list!

I usually don't ever complain about restaurants or leave reviews but this place messed up my order so bad it's ridiculous. Of course I didn't realize it until I got all the way home. If you go there don't wait in the long drive thru line. I would suggest going in so you could at least get what you asked for.

I was offered a sample.... then, the mgr. disappeared, the story below; While appearing friendly, the "show" was perfunctory.... the girl rushed me through ordering food even though I said I hadn't been there in awhile and was going through menu choices. The register girl couldn't be bothered to listen to me as I said I wanted a small beverage then, asked ME if I WANTED a small beverage..... not impressed and didn't feel welcomed. This place sucks.

Unfortunately they do not compromise or accommodate their customers even if they were allergic to a specific item like onions they will not accommodate you so therefore I find that to commercial And they are not concerned about their customers I even called the corporation and there were More adamant that they are not going to alter or minus any specific item for you so I guess I personally would not go there again And that's how I solved my problem the place hasn't changed much and I preserve my opinion in the same way this time I didn't go there to eat I went there with a friend of mine that wanted to eat from their menu and my friend let me know later that he got bloated after he ate the food so maybe there's something in the food that he cannot tolerate so I guess that makes two of us we won't be going back there good luck for the rest of you I guess if you want really good food best thing to do is cook at home or go to a mom and pop place and hopefully they are still cooking the old fashioned way without any preservatives or chemicals

Don't ask me what happened. I like Panda Express. It's a great restaurant. Today's food at this location was not up to par. I was not happy. I didn't complain because it wasn't necessary. The food just wasn't good that day. It was very bland and not palate friendly. Will I go again, no time soon but it was an experience none the less.

The food is perfectly serviceable. The drive thru is a neat option that many Panda locations don't have. But, and this is a huge "but", why has this location locked their doors well before closing time multiple times. The last time I went there, it was 8:20pm, there were still people on the inside eating their food, but the doors were locked as if it was closing time. Despite all websites and signs saying they close at 10:30pm. The only reference I found to their drive thru hours and in door dining hours also says they both are open until 10:30pm. Not a single employee inside even bothered to look in my direction. One customer inside gestured to me to use the drive thru....well that would work, except in the time I parked and walked up to the doors, 5 new cars went into the queue at the drive thru. I know how much it sucks to have people come in 5-10 minutes before closing...but this was literally over 2 hours before closing and someone takes it upon themselves to close the doors early and not post any sort of sign explaining why? Ridiculous.

It was just okay. It was my first time there and I was getting the food for free. I got a steak and mushroom bowl. I asked for chow mein and they told me I had to wait for the food to cook. I was okay with it since it would be fresh. Well, they brought it out after about 15 mins and it was on rice instead of noodles... I was disappointed. Then instead of making it again they just brought out a tub of noodles on the side. I won't be going there again.

They gave me the last old and of the rice and I asked repeatedly renew fried rice. She said they did they never did when I got home I was upset. Also I asked for the stakes I received the steak but it wasn't there then I only have three pieces in it and all that stuff. Everything to orange chicken with spine the broccoli and beef was okay I have more beef than the steak at least I had four or five pieces LOL. I always go there every 2-3 days and I'm very disappointed very. Also we ask for Chinese fortune cookies for a dollar something and she gives me 3 in the bag and that's it. I know it is as bad a year that we pay we should get the quality thank you for asking. Maybe me and my children my two twins will have a better time another day one day.

I didn't have a very good experience. At Panda Express, this time, the server wasn't listening. I wanted to wait until the fresh vegetables were cooked. Instead, he gave me the last bit of the old vegetables. And continue me down-the-line. I also ordered beef and broccoli. But the server again put more broccoli than beef. The server was not very friendly. I felt that he just did not want to be there.

Big let down as Panda Express was a place I really enjoyed. The best thing about this place was the service and cleanliness, which earns it two stars. The food however, needs work. Perhaps it was because I was there in the evening, but still it was pretty bad. I was craving the walnut shrimp for weeks. I was already irked that the server said there was a 7 shrimp count per serving (although not her fault I suppose, just following management orders). I ordered a double portion for my wife and I just to make sure there was enough. I counted them when I got home out of curiosity. They shorted me two and threw in a few broken walnuts. Considering they up charged me $1.75 extra for ordering shrimp I expect better. To top it off the shrimp batter was stale lacking glaze. Again, maybe it was the end of the day syndrome or just a bad location but I will unfortunately not be going to PE for a while. Too many options in the area.

Been here many times since it's just around the corner from my work, everytime I come here there is something wrong with my order. Whether it's ordering a chicken egg roll with NO sweet and sour, then getting sweet and sour and NO egg roll to opening my food and finding double orange chicken when I asked for half orange half Beijing beef. This is a fast food restaurant I don't expect much but can you atleast give us what we are PAYING/asking for?!? It's not like it's hard to LISTEN to an order.

Waited to be helped 15 minutes before I got any help I would recommend going to a different Panda Express the staff here is very slow very considerate and since they make you wait they don't even have the decency to give you a discount if I could I would give them zero Stars I don't think I will be ever coming to this Panda again

Avoid at all costs. The portions are tiny. They have been getting smaller and smaller and tonight was the last straw. Never coming to this location again.

I asked them if they had put the sauces in the bag, and they said yes, for 3 orders, they have put one sauce!! The worst customer service ever

Terrible service. Nick is not manager material and should not be running the store. Noodles comes out very bland and doughy tasting as if steps were skipped. DO NOT COME HERE. Drive the extra mile to visit any of the other location that will provide you better service.

So I ordered a two entree plate got instead a bowl I had to get out of the car to go and ask to get what I ordered. A manager came (was so tired didn't even ask her name) told her I wanted my 2 entree plate with an order of spring rolls as one of my entrees. She said it was the same thing getting a bowl with the spring rolls on the side. She didn't want to give me what I paid for everyone knows that the portion of a bowl to a plate is different as it reflects on the price... I didn't feel like arguing so I just let it go but I will go back and get what I paid for.

Skimping on portions! Too expensive for how little I get of my entree. Other Panda Express gives more the manager is very frugal with the portions.

ALL OF MY CREAM CHEESE RANGOONS HAD NO CREAM CHEESE IN THEM. IT WAS 8 AT NIGHT AND THIS COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT. 7 OUT OF THE 10 RANGOONS HAD NO FILLING. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Manager is really mean and treats her employees really bad. Harasses them and uses dirty water to clean the floors. Doesn’t respect your availability and all the workers don’t like her. Definitely don’t recommend coming here AND working her. The managers name is Maggie.

The Kung Pao Chicken at this Panda Express is terrible. It is prepared with way too much Zucchini here compared to other Panda Expresses throughout California. The Zucchini was cut into massive chunks as well. This evening's group of workers didn't want to make more Kung Pao Chicken because it was just under 40 minutes until closing so they just added massive chunks of Zucchini to what they had. The young lady taking our drive thru order at approx. 9:50 p.m. on 7/11/22 was unpleasant, sarcastic and unprofessional.

The one star is for the Asian face short haired lady in black shirt. I guess she's supervisor or manager. I asked for a kids meal, she told me only 4 shrimps would be given. I said it was ok but she kept convincing me getting normal combo. Ok, i get it. So I switched shrimp to veggie mix and asked her just add another entree shrimp. And again she kept saying its not worth it cos it's only 7 shrimps would be given. I'm not first time shopper don't need your suggestions, which actually annoyed me a lot cos her unclear speaking and poor communication skill. Just give me one kids meal and one walnut shrimp entree. That's it! She still didn't follow and blah blah blah....until i asked her for just a kids meal no more shrimp. She was very unhappy and went in a corner nobody could see her to get the shrimps out from the box then came out to scooped the veggie mix. After i paid by my card, i found out i was overcharged 1.95 by one extra item which was spring roll. I never like nor ordered spring roll in my whole life here. I told cashier right away and she was confused too. She asked for the asian lady to come fix it, and the asian lady took my card away to her office for a while, then came back and told me she refunded me already. I asked her how? Where is receipt? She said i need trust her and no receipt for that. And she said it's only 2 dollars anyway with a very disgusting fake smile! No apology at all. she's the worst manager I've ever seen in Panda Express! I checked my bank no refund so far so I posted here. And i doubt if she did anything wrong on my credit card too as she kept it for quite a while in her secret spot! Don't let her serve you at any cost or you better watch out for the bill! Forgot to mention there was only one customer ahead of me, but both of us kept waiting for 10 mins cos no one came up to us at a not busy time. Bad management!

Last time I went here they were helping the people behind me and in front of me and never asked if they could help me. I finally just left. So today I decided to try it since it had been over a year and I was starving. I went inside and ordered two sides of entrees, one being Teriyaki Chicken. I asked the girl, because she never asked me if I wanted the sauce on the entrée or on the side, did she put the sauce on the chicken. She replied, "No on the side." So I get home and no sauce. I now have a side of chicken, no teriyaki. They asked if I wanted a drink, wanted to donate my change, wanted anything else. Maybe they should concentrate on what I did ask for and want, how hard is that? Never again at this location.

It is very annoying that they always ask you twice for donations. A “No” is a “NO”. If you, Panda, make donations to charities and take the credit for it, leave it at that. You do not need to bother your customers to get that donation money back. On top of that they are very stingy to the core at this location. Always missing sauce and utensils with food orders. Additionally you love to put extra ice on the drinks, a cup full of ice that is.

I ordered online and they didn’t have my food. I had to wait for an half hour in my car, I called and the manager hung up on me, I had to go in and yell at everyone. Then after 45 minutes I got my food. Never going back again. I complained to their corporate office and I got a refund two months later. Obviously they are a mismanaged company. Profits over customer service.

I ordered at 10am so I could make the most of my 1 hour lunch break. I showed up at 12:10 and there was no order under my name. They suggested waiting. I checked my Panda app and there was no record of my order. So then I checked my bank and it did charge me even though the Panda app deleted my order apparently. The staff just kept showing me they had no orders under my name. I could have ordered at the counter but was so annoyed by the whole situation that I just left. So I wasted my lunch break and still don't have food? I work at a food place and if that happened to a customer we would have just given them the food anyway. Super annoying.

Used to be one of my favorite spots to eat now it’s a 15 minute drive through wait because someone decided to close the dining room at 8pm….meanwhile everyone is just standing around inside doing nothing

I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I don’t really think it helps the situation typically but in this case I think it’s necessary. I went into this restaurant and my phone was dying and I was using Apple Pay so while we were checking out our cashier said “Your total is __, rounded up”. I was confused about what was being rounded but I didn’t ask immediately because EVERY single panda express I’ve ever been to ask’s if you want to donate before they round your order up. Apparently not this one, because when I checked my receipt later on I realized that I had donated to whatever foundation is under panda expresses roster without my consent. The money isn’t an issue at all the principal is, they took away my choice and right to be informed about the companies that I am donating to. What my earnings support matters to me, and when I brought this issue up with the manager she asked me if I would like my dollar back. No, I don’t need my dollar back but I would like to be asked next time BEFORE my money goes towards something I know nothing about. Food was yum

Sorry to be petty,but they switched out the good unsweetened iced tea for a nasty sweet tea,and I avoid sugar as much as I can I asked the lady that was in the area what was up with the sweet tea,she said that they had the unsweetened one behind the counter and go ask for it.The cashier told me no since she saw me put the sweet one in the cup and dump it out!!!After spending 42.00 for me and my son to order a family meal and 2 drinks,you gonna tell me no for .25 worth of tea???Whatever,I told my son to write them off the list.

Worse panda express ever.The service and food were bad, and I found a piece of plastic in my food. Also, ONLY men's bathroom was available to use. There was no sign in the woman's bathroom saying it was out of order. I mentioned to the manager at the time Juana and stated it had just stopped working. Also, the fountain drinks weren't working properly. I checked the reviews, and apparently, this same review about the bathroom was posted 2 months ago.

Short version : Very poor food quality(later hours at least) I went there at around 9:50 PM, got some orange chicken, mushroom chicken and Chow mein. Was so hungry that I had the entree of orange chicken in the parking lot. The smell, or should I say fumes, from it made me cough. After my coughing fit was done (not ashmatic) I ate a piece to find that it tasted a lot like McDonald's chicken mcnuggets. Chow mein was dry and flavorless. Would get my money back, but I already drove home, hoping the entree was just a fluke. It wasn't. Definitely do not recommend, at least not in the later hours. Can't say for mid day. (On a side note, when I got home, I opened the tray to find the spot for the mushroom chicken was completely empty, almost clean. The entree was just with the noodles... Panda Express, if you read this, I would very greatly appreciate a refund, or at the very least a replacement meal of decent quality. Thank you for reading.

Never has the items they have posters up for. Will refuse to go e you any sauce unless explicitly asked for. Not sure how you serve teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki. There's a few good people at this location but management seems to be down the tubes. Slow service and rising prices make this not worth the time or money.

Nothing but horrible experiences at this location. From restaurant cleanlyness to staff being incompetent and food being completely undercooked. Thought I would come here first thing in the morning before the lunch crowd and despite being the only person in the restaurant staff was completely distracted with drive-thru related stuff even though there was no one in the drive-thru? Then they had to charge my card at the drive thru instead of the front of the restaurant which felt suspicious. On top of this the food was completely undercooked, staff was incapable of listening and needles to say I will be getting a refund.

It is incredible that the women's toilets are not in service in this restaurant with so much influx. It was one of my favorites so far. How sad that I have noticed how they want to leave only one bathroom for men and women. We don't do the same, sorry, but I do consider it very important to respect this part of the woman at least.

Today at 8:20pm. The customer service could use improvement. He greeted me with “How can I help you today” I began my order by saying I’d like two entrées and a side plate, and the response I received was, “How can I help you today?” It felt like the interaction was being restarted instead of simply continuing the order. A smoother response like, “What can I get for you?” would have made the experience less awkward. Small communication details make a big difference. Not sure if the boy over the intercom doesn’t like to ask that question but he made it so awkward I just left the like and went elsewhere. It’s simple things like this that will help AI take our jobs because people feel too above asking basic questions. Thank you.
