The campus is clean of debris. The landscaping is well tended. The dining area is clean. The team working on the sandwiches clearly are working hard ensuring customers get their order quickly. They are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I requested mustard and didn't get it, but I didn't complain. The sandwich was good without it. I will be back.

The food, establishment and drive thru are fine. I get that costs have gone up but unfortunately $14.26 for a basic sandwich, chips and regular size drink is a hard no for me.

At this point i am literally eating a tomato, lettuce and mayo sandwich. It's a good thing I added cheese. 3 pieces of the saddest pieces of bacon I've ever seen. I'll never do this again.

Got home with my order and there are literally two pieces of turkey on the whole sandwich…. and a whole freaking salad. I’m only leaving two stars because they were nice.

I order from here often, and either they have some new hires here or someone is messing around cause I ordered a giant turkey tom and literally the first few inches of the sandwhich had absolutely no meat in it, so I checked the other end and its exactly the same no meat on both ends for a couple inches. So really, I have no meat on 4-6 inches of my sandwhich.

BAAAAAAAD customer service by that gal.who hung up on me 4 times! Lazy, incompetence !!

HORRIBLE service! I came through the drive thru mind you it’s lunch time. I waited a few seconds and no one greeted me so I said Hello? Cause I was quite confused why no one answered on the speaker and then the young man said yep! I said are you ready to take my order he then proceeded to say “YEP” mind you the store managers all have headsets on and they are allowing this gentleman to talk to a customer like I did something wrong. I go to the window they take forever to come and finally when they do I say are you the man that took my order he goes yuppppp I said you are really rude and then he has the audacity to stand there and yell at me over and over. I asked him to bring the manager the manager did NOT come. Then they proceeded to bring another employee to the window to say he was the manager his name was Luis or Lewis and then he also tried to say well we are busy. Mind you he could have greeted me and said hold on one second. How was I suppose to know what is going on inside? You guys forever lost a customer get it together. The store manager should be talked to for not even wanting to deal with this situation.

Worst place to dine. Very unprofessional and racist. The GM, Phil, is not qualified to be in his position. I was exposed to "racial comments" regarding my issue, and I'm the last person to use the race card. I was hung up on when I called them regarding my order. And was treated worse when I returned the order. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! To my fellow Hispanic, Asian and Tonga people, I would say avoid this place. Go to Subway. And, I will be emailing corporate and the city of Euless.

Ordered two sandwiches in the drive through. When we got home we found that the lettuce was all brown. Kind of gross. I mean they had to look right at it when they put it on there, right? Tried to complain on the JJ website, but after filling in all of the required information, the website crashed.

Very rude and nasty. This guy was digging in his ears and flicked something into the lettuce. Got extremely mad when I said ewww and yelled go somewhere else.
