A pleasant surprise! Alice is a very friendly and down-to-earth woman. The view from up there is breathtaking. The trattoria is simple but clean and welcoming. We only had the sandwiches, which I must say were truly excellent, with pancetta, salami, and bresaola with cheese. To try Alice's cuisine, reservations are required, so I recommend contacting her by phone.

The people who work in the kitchen and service make you feel like family, despite being incredibly attentive and helpful. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there with my family. I wanted to feel like I was in a warm, family cocoon and enjoy authentic food, and I wanted to go to Alice's trattoria, so I always called her every time I came to Cesana Brianza for a few days' vacation. I must say we had a great time and, I repeat, we felt at home. The owner of the trattoria ordered a cake for the occasion: delicious and delicate. If I'd wanted a tart, she would have made it herself. The only problem: it was pouring with rain, and I couldn't let the whole family enjoy the fantastic view, but everyone promised to return soon, as soon as the weather warms up a bit. It's a place in the mountains, with good, authentic products that I'd happily recommend, and the price is very reasonable.

Fantastic location, excellent service, quality local food with locally sourced cured meats made with their own pork. The clientele is popular, speaking an impenetrable dialect, but extremely polite and friendly. If you don't feel like climbing up to Cornizzolo, the level barrier gives you an excuse to step back and sit in the restaurant.
