The staff here was super friendly! They really had this place working like a clock! We got our food hot, fresh, & fast. We got a 6 piece meal with 4 sides and 4 biscuits for only 20$. The restaurant was clean; and, the guys working here had great teamwork and communication. If you got that humboldt munchies 😋 go here you won't be disappointed.

I went through the drive thru and Anthony was awesome! Very professional and friendly. Served me with fresh hot food. I have always received great customer service & fresh food from this location

I want to apologize to Miguel, the manager, for a phone call I made earlier. I was frustrated and thought a couple of items were missing from my order, but it turns out they had simply fallen out of the bag in my car. I’m sorry for my mistake and for being short with you, that was unfair. The food was great, everything was there after all. Thank you again, Miguel, for handling things professionally even when I was mistaken. You and your crew deserve credit for great food and service.

The chicken was juicy. My only complaint is the fact that mashed potatoes and gravy are now in One Bowl. If you order mashed potatoes separate from the gravy, it winds up being two sides. It's not really a restaurants problem more than it is a corporate problem.

When I had a chance to return w my receipt Showed them the recipiet explained that I had got a large order.. they expedited me a complete meal. Which the difference in today's money was about 25.00 so I was happy I didn't have to explain it over and barter w them. It was made new . I said thank you. I was very happy with there service and replacing my meal. As it was very expensive and had to come up with other food to complete the meal I had got.

The prices are crazy... 3 pieces of chicken only $9.50 +tx.... on Tuesdays 8 pieces legs and thighs $10.00 +tx.... The Employees were nice and the place looked pretty clean...

Gravy is a smear on top of the instant potatoes" that's a real joke " KFC use to send the customer home with a separate container of gravy!? Well, all in a nutshell the food still tastes good that hasn't changed!? " Greatful " In the long run I'd suggest Chester's chicken over KFC.. Chester's chicken has a great reputation!! Wow that was fast! I literally ordered a bucket of chicken and it was practically ready when I got the the window and there wasnt even a line that made it take 5 minutes to get to the window. I was the only car there so when the food was ready so quickly I saw red flags, thinking that they had to miss something or my chicken was cold but when I got home (about 7minutes away) it was still steaming hot! Hadn't eaten KFC in over 8 yrs so I was long overdue, good stuff frfr

I tried to go inside to get some gift cards, was told they are doing drive through only, then waited in the drive through for 10 minutes only to be told that I have to go inside to get gift cards. It's all good, though I don't know why they don't let people order inside for take-out; it could help to alleviate the long drive through line which likely turns some people away.

Food was GREAT. Accuracy of orders is hit and miss. Really would prefer giving order over speaker instead of in-person; although they wore masks they got way too close, sticking their heads in car windows, and asking to pet peoples dogs.

Quick service, food was what was expected. The 2 complaints that I have is, first that they no longer offer the gallon soda bag which was very convenient for my family. Secondly that you can only use the app deals when ordering and paying in app! Which ended up costing quite a bit more ordering and paying in person!

Inside was still cluttered with boxes and storage in the seating area. Gonna have to figure that out so you can have indoor dining. But what I'm wondering is if there's going to be adequate parking when that happens. Food was good. They didn't give me utensils tho. Luckily I was taking it home anyway. I never loved KFC but it's good to have another option.

Well. I give it three stars because twice I have gotten chicken that was really dry. But that is out of seven times I've gone there. So they have gotten a lot better than before. I get the 12 piece meal. Extra crispy. And they do not have BBQ chicken anymore. That was one of my favorites.

have to order due to late arrival , Staff did not ask 8 piece Chicken in original recipe or extra crispy, food not feel warm,medium size fry size is ridiculous ,all food extra salty , there is a reason KFC is closing stores everywhere against Canes and Pop eyes, this will be my last time visiting any KFC

I only gave it an extra star bc it was the cheapest food in town. You get what you pay for though. I guess promos don’t work bc I applied one to get an extra item and it was retracted from my order. I also got a raw nugget in my famous bowl.

I've been here twice and both times my order was wrong. The first time I ordered the $28 fill-up and didn't get the coleslaw. The food was good and hot. The 2nd time I ordered a 3 piece with breast and two wings ex crispy. Changed the potatoes and gravy for coleslaw and didn't get the 2 wings, regular recipe and no coleslaw. Won't be going back

I know it is fried chicken, but extra crispy should not be soggy and leaking through everything in sight with grease. Convenience store chicken I have had was better.

KFC they started out strong. Super happy to have them in Eureka finally. 100. dollars this trip to feed 4 adults and a toddler we get home get every body dished out. My food is not there I only eat white meat they shorted the order 6 breasts 3 pieces from each bucket. We called they made it right by the time i got mine everyone e else was done. Not okay

The mashed potatoes were " blah". It was my second time since they opened, and the first time it was really good all around. They weren't busy today. I can't understand why the food was too salty to even eat. I got it to go after a long day. If I had tried there, I'd returned the whole thing. Try again. Then ask for my money back. Hopefully, they can lay off the salt. Let it cook, and I would gladly go back as I've loved KFC for a long time. The service was great. Very clean bathrooms and eating area. Until then. I only recommend saving your money and getting just their desserts that I haven't tried. Hopefully, they're better than the rest of their items.

Oof kfc screwed me a bit by cutting their portion sizes used to get like 6 to 7 pieces of chicken in the super bowls and we bought 2 and between the both they only had 6 TINY pieces. Also I don't know how old those bowls have been sitting there but the corn was hard to bit into as if it was dehydrated and the mash potatoes we got with our chicken bucket where cold and the potatoes where congealed as if they where not cooked right or old. Spent about 50$ and the food was just bad.

Although we love KFC, this will be the last time we go to this one. This is the 4th time, in a row, they have screwed up my order, sides were wrong, meat choice wrong. I understand speed is important but I would rather wait and extra minute or 2 to make sure the order is right! IF we ever go back I will walk in and stand there checking the whole order before I leave. 4 thumbs down 👎 and they weren’t busy tonight. No excuse.

Waited in line 1st problem . Got cut off person jumped line. 2 employees outside and let him go. Not a big deal but the wait here is long. Employee came to car asking for our order. We were no where near menu and had no idea. They need menus. The icing on cake was we had to take food to go, no problem usually but we are 2 hours from home and there were no forks napkins nothing in bag. Ate the chicken which was done to perfection but eating potatoes not possible we threw them away.

Fries weren't ready so had me pull around to parking lot to wait even though there was no one behind me in the drive though and nobody came during the wait. Probably for their corporate drive though efficency rating at the expense of customer inconvenience.

If you don't get raw chicken you're going to get burned chicken never is right at this place it's too bad cuz it's one of the only chicken places in all of Humboldt county

I was so disappointed I went home to have my KFC the chicken was soaked in grease, I had to drain the coleslaw and I requested crispy chicken it wasn't. I attempted to contact them to give them feedback because most individuals just would never return. To the manager the fryers must be at temps. Before the chicken goes in . The coleslaw cannot be kept from the day before and reused the next day. Make sure your crew is on point with the temps. I E cold is cold and hot is hot. I'll come back in a couple months fingers crossed to see if they have figured thing's out.
