It is a perfect mexican restaurant. With their large authentic menu. The staff is very friendly. I was promptly greeted. They answered all of my questions, and made me feel very welcomed. The food was outstanding. The nacho appetizer was divine. I didn't expect so many layers of ingredients, and such a large portion. The street tacos and green sauce was a perfect combo. I highly recommend Nachos grill to anyone.

Ohh man the Nacho Supreme is out of this world! Since the usual Mexican restaurant around the corner just closed I didn't want to go too far to eat. And what a great little gem this turned out to be. I went in. Wasn't busy & was greeted very fast. I knew what I wanted & ordered it. While waiting for my food I made small talk with the waitress... Turns out it's a small family owned cafe type place. The mother makes all her own tortillas from scratch & other things like the chalupa shells to the little dessert pastries. For $12.50(incl tax). I got about 3lbs of nacho supreme that had homemade guacamole, fresh chopped tomatoes & onions to freshly melted queso! I'll be back for more! I can't wait to see what else they have in store for me. This is a hidden gem on GRR! If you are in the mood for Mexican & the line for Hacienda is too long I'd jump across the street for some real authentic food & a lot better price!

First time here. Tried the empanda, haurara, and the sopas. Owner was friendly and helpful translating some of the menu for us. He even gave us a dish with cactus to try. My husband loved it! (He doesn't even care for Mexican). We will definitely be back.

The most AMAZING sit down moment with the family. The food was soo delicious, the service was also fantastic and quick. I would recommend this to anyone and all my family. I definitely am going again soon!

You all must try their torta sandwiches. I usually order the Steak or Pork kind. This is the best Mexican Restaurant here in Evansville, Indiana! You could taste the love in their food. I’ve been a lot of places. The quality of the food here is that of Restaurants in bigger cities

If you want to support a local family owned and operated restaurant, this would be the place. They have weekend specials where they serve more authentic Mexican dishes. Prices are reasonable and portion size is fair. Their homemade salsa has fresh cilantro, and I would recommend the tinga chicken (although it may be a little salty for some). I would say this restaurant gives off very casual vibes.

The food in of itself is great. I think it's the same family that runs the rockport location. It's a good size menu with all the basics and some not so common. Which is great. It's a cozy spot would be a nice date night. The only thing I didn't like from this last visit was the salsa soup that was salsa. Could just be an off day for that as I've had it before and it was the norm for this area.

This place is so good. One of the most comfortable meals I've had . The service is polite . The food comes out HOT. I had special recommendations for my food and it came out perfectly . Feels more authentic than most places . Only one star off because the outside presentation of the actual building needs a little work . Whether it's flowers or something as simple as a better sign . I understand that some of the design adds to the charm though (:.just a friendly suggestion , I just want this place to stay open !

They lady who took my take out order was very friendly and helpful! Prices weren't bad. But the food itself was very blah and bland unfortunately. This was my 2nd time here & the 1st visit (long ago) I can recall thinking the same of the food then. That'll be the last for me :-/

Not my kind off Mexican restaurant but to each it’s own. Service could have been better since my was a call a head and still end up waiting 20 minutes after getting there. The chicken quesadilla surely shock me because it only had one tortilla and shredded chicken meat in the middle. You could barely taste cheese and it didn’t come with any dipping sauces. In to sum it up their Beef nachos was trash and couldn’t taste the cheese in that one either. I would not return or send business here sorry but no. Price was decent though.

The food was good, but I cannot return. I wanted to wash my hands before eating & went to the women's restroom - No soap. So, since there were very few people in the restaurant, I tried the men's - No soap. The server looked around for about 5 minutes for a soap dispenser & could not find one, so they had me go into the kitchen to wash my hands & then they had to find paper towels for me to use. So, the staff are not washing their hands with soap after they go to the bathroom?!?!?! The restaurant is just run down & needs a good update & clean. There were only 4 tables in the restaurant while we were there & there were dishes piled up in the corner, as well as on another table. Definitely won't be back.

I've been here a few times the food was okay except for today I got a big disappointment with the pineapple empanadas they had mildew or mold growing inside don't think I will return I tried to download the picture but it's not letting me

I can’t even give a this place one star.Orderedtwo beef hard shell tacos, got two soggy chicken somethings. The rice was dry and cold with no seasoning or taste. the beans were ok, only because they come out of a can. The previous owners served delicious food, this is so gross, I’m asking them if they want to eat it.the cheese sauce is runny like milk. If you want to waste your money , go to this place. They laugh at Americans, they didn’t realize I speakSpanish. Will never go back.
