La Quadriglia Exilles Reviews
I went for dinner on a Saturday evening. I didn't know it existed, and on my way back from the mountains, I looked for a convenient but unorganized place. I made a reservation a short time in advance, yet the staff was able to save a table for three. Inside, all seats were full. The courtesy and respect shown by the waiters and wait staff was thoughtful and much appreciated. The dishes range from Piedmontese to more home-style cuisine. Pan-fried pizza with some innovative flavors. The extreme kindness and hospitality made us feel "at home." At the end of the dinner, we even left a tip for this. Recommended!
A small restaurant hidden from view but easy to discover, you'll find a typical restaurant with stone vaults and traditional Piedmontese dishes. An entire page of the menu is dedicated to polenta. We opted for pasta with wild boar ragu and a house antipasto. The pesto del bambino was also very good, and I thought it was homemade. They also serve pizza in the evening. I'd like to point out that the atmosphere is very intimate and relaxed, and the staff is very friendly. In the evening, from what I've read, they also serve pan-fried pizza, which I'll save for another experience.
Amazing people will serve you!!! Piedmont Ravioli with the special sauce of meat bones was amazing!! I also suggest you to taste their traditional variety of cheese. Thank you Matteo and Martina for being so hospital. Also I'm sure that all the other dishes are good as well
The best restaurant we went to in Italy! An incredible authentic experience, with local Piedmontese food and wine at a very cheap price. Matteo and Martina the owners we so kind and generous, they gave us good advice about the region, and we will definitely come back again. I could’ve recommend enough!
Very sweet people. Nice food and wine. Good atmosphere.
Very nice place with local tasty food. Good service
Friendly hosts and delicious pizza!
Good, home cooked food served in a relaxed atmosphere.
Quite simply the best surprise lunch ever!
A very cute and quaint place, in the center of a charming village steeped in history. We loved the food. The cold cuts and cheeses on the platter were very flavorful, accompanied by local honey, an incredibly good fig jam, and an equally good pepper sauce. The first courses were not bad. The only negative: the service was a bit slow; it took them a while to take our order, more than anything else; the wait for our dishes was more or less normal. The place was a bit cramped. The prices were fair.
Lovely food. The service was OK.
Food was excellent, fresh local food and very tasty..
