If anybody from Chicago seen the Italian beef and wants to know if its legit, it is! Giardenera is mild and very good, reminds me home! Try it out!
We visited Arbys twice in the past several days. Once on Wednesday and once on Saturday. Both times food was great, service was fast and friendly, and the restrooms are clean. This is our stop every time we go to and from Reno.
As with most franchises like this, come as you are atmosphere. Fast and friendly service every time. Areas are always clean when I come in.

Love my Arby's classic roast beef 😋 👌 😍 I have been eating at every Arby's in California for the last 5 decades, just wish there was an Arby's in Contra Costa County like in Antioch. They are my go to place while doing road trips. I love to order get 2 orders of their 2 for 6.00 just the have more for later and possibly lunch the next day 😀 They have the beef.
I was really shocked to see how "not busy" this location was at 12:30pm on a Tuesday. No waiting at all. Normally I always get the Classic Roast Beef, but wanted something that comes with lettuce and tomato, so I had the Roast Beef Gyro with tons of added Arby Sauce. Fantastic! All three of the tables we tried sitting at were sticky, and walking across the floor sounded like a movie theater. They need to be using a better cleaning solution.
Haven't been to an Arby's in over 35 yrs! I ordered a fish burger meal with chicken nuggets, surprisingly big portions and cooked delicious for the price. Too bad not many Arby's here in the SF bayarea.
They triple double checked my drive thru order.. still missing one fry... However it was all delicious. Update Aug 2024 : we came in for dine in lunch and were super impressed with the service from Jose and Juana who were extremely welcoming. The place was super clean too, even the bathrooms were spotless and the baby changing table had sanitary liner sheets. Our food was great and we enjoyed our strawberry shake.
San Francisco Bay Area only has 3 Arby's. One is in the Mountain View area south of San Fran, the other is in Rohnert Park (headed toward Santa Rosa) and the 3rd is in Fairfield. The last 2 aren't technically in the Bay Area. But unlike other big restaurant fast food companies where you can find one on each of four corners everywhere, Arby's has wisely chosen locations. I found the one in Fairfield the other day and it did not disappoint. Super clean restaurant. Smoking hot water in the in the very clean restroom (I always look for that), and friendly staff. I ate 2 classic Roast Beefs and they were just like I remembered from years ago, so I went back to the counter and ordered a 3rd. So impressed that I downloaded the app and went back today to test it out, and ate 2 more classic Roast Beefs. Well worth the 25 mile ride on my motorcycle in this spring weather to get off and eat at Arby's. Probably be back tomorrow. There is a 2nd Fairfield Arby's a couple exits away on the Travis Air Force Base. I haven't tried that one yet because I'm not sure they will let me go on the base. I'll post some Arby Roast Beef pictures on my next visit! In the meantime, eat here with confidence. Only one downside...the restaurant is located in a super confusing switchback of dozens of restaurants off the same freeway exit and there is no Arby's sign showing they exist...either on the freeway or inside the labyrinth of restaurants. To find it the first time, use your GPS.
Stopped by to try Arby's. It's been several years since eating at one. Food and service was great but it was a little pricey. We will come back.
Come for the meats, leave because of the meat sweats! This is one of the nicer Arby's I've been in. It looks brand new!!! The place is super clean and the decor is on point. I came for their 5 meat stack, because why not challenge my cholesterol? It was good but I'll be sticking with the classics. The staff is super friendly and funny. I was actually the last person there before closing and you'll be damned right I rang the bell as I left.
The steak nuggets are delicious but idk about $5 for $7.50ish.
The food was pretty good but they definitely have to provide more variety in the menu, but the wait staff was very friendly, polite and nice.
First time here and first impressions where very strong, the brisket sandwich was juicy and the buffalo chicken sandwich made me cry with joy. Absolutely coming back especially for those curly fries and my god the staff were really nice, we must protect our latinas.
Ordered food through the app. While on my way home. I like using the app because it offers specials that aren't available in the restaurant. I placed my order about 5 minutes before arriving there and food was ready by the time I got to the drive-thru window. I like that they offer drive-thru pickup so I did not have to go inside the restaurant.

Just the food you expect at an Arby’s. So glad they brought back the potato cakes! The roast beef was off center and slid around a bit on reg cheddar and sauce, but was tasty. Shout out for the mint chocolate shake. Staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. And it’s one of the cleaner fast food places I’ve seen.
2 stars because they shorted me on my mozzarella sticks. It was a simple order. Classic roast beef and 4 mozzarella sticks. They weren’t busy either. No one in the drive thru and since I placed my order in the app I had to go inside to get it and no other customers in there. So now I’ll just find a different Arby’s or if there isn’t one I’ll just go to Burger King and get mozzarella fries. They got 2 stars because I usually love their mozzarella sticks and there isn’t an Arby’s near me so I go here every time I drive through. If I can’t get what I paid for I’ll go some place else. And I shouldn’t have to go back inside and ask them to give me what I paid for either so no I didn’t go back in.
I ordered Classic Beef &Cheddar. Asked her if they were still 2 for $8.00. She said yes. I said I'll take 2 orders. When I got home no Cheddar or sauce on them. Just a dry sandwich. Called the store and no satisfaction. Can't get an order right. I live 30 minutes not like I can go back and get the right sandwiches. Total lack of service or they just didn't care.
I was at this restaurant about 2 weeks ago, and I can't remember ever being more disappointed with the attitude of the server in the Drive-Thru. My order was messed up, I had to drive around again, and then a huge argument ensued. This woman should not be meeting the public because she has no tact and no talent to make the customer happy. Even after driving through the drive-thru twice, my order was still wrong. Another guy who worked there tried to be nice and apologize for the older woman who was helping us. But there's no fixing really really bad. I left unhappy with the food and how I had been treated. There's lots of other choices at this exit, and you don't have to do Arby's, and I advise against it in this one location.
Went to this Arby's for the first time and it was awful. The lady at the window was sparky and rude didn't catch her first name but her last name was Jimenez. Asked for beef and cheddar but only got the beef ones. Went inside to get corrected and they didn't even remake just gave us 2 little cheese to go cups and was told they didn't make those anymore even though they are clearly on the menu. They just seemed lazy and uninterest in making things right. Really disappointed in this Arby's and won't be back.
