Favela's Fushion Fairfield Reviews
Loved it. Someone put lots of effort into the interior. Warm cozy elegant really nice art beautiful bar area. Cassandra our server was sweet knowledgeable engaging. Really nice menu food came out fast and you'd think by the looks of the place it would be expensive but wow I've spent more at a taco truck for less. I got the super burrito enchilada style as I call it or wet as others say it was huge. I'm eating the half I brought home and I still might not finish it. My wife got the chile Verde tender flavorful the cilantro rice is a really nice touch. Oh ya and the chips were fresh crisp great with the green salsa nice chunks of chile's in it and the red sauce. Only thing I might suggest is a bit more flavor in the refried beans they were kind of bland but still great. This is the kind of place I'd be going to weekly if I lived nearby. Love the open kitchen space as well. Definitely go and give them a shot. Outside seating as well.
Outstanding Experience!! Our special order, "Fusion" drink of Sangria & Margarita, started the night. The salsa and chips were better than any starter I've ever had. Our entrees, Chile Verde, Enchiladas de Camaron and Camarones de Tequila, were thoroughly enjoyed by all. We all loved the cilantro-lime rice and black beans as our sides and the service was top notch!! This is definitely a hidden gem and wonderful find, in Fairfield, Ca. I highly recommend.
Food's always delicious, celebrating my retirement with a friend. We did happy hour and our tacos were delicious!Drinks are delicious too. Wait staff is on too of it.
Loved it! Finally a restaurant that makes Justice to Mexican food. First of all, presentation, the restaurant is clean and all dishes had a beautiful presentation. My Enchiladas Oaxaqueñas (photo attached) were made with tender chicken, the mole flavor and sweetness were spot on, wonderful! My tamarind margarita with Don Julio reposado had the perfect balance of tequila and tamarind flavor, delicious! Then we had fried banana with vanilla icecream for dessert. Congratulations and keep up the good work and putting Mexican food in the best place possible.
So fresh, great service, fantastic drinks, clean and nice atmosphere!!!

So fresh, great service, fantastic drinks, clean and nice atmosphere!!!
The waitress was really nice and the food was good. Overall a great experience.
Food was amazing, by the time we set down and ordered I already had my drink and food served to me in under four minutes! Waitress was back every three minutes to check on us! Overall experience was fantastic! Will be back every time I’m in the area!
One of my top 3 restaurants in solano county. Great food not typical Mexican faire more creative use of traditional ingredients. The sauces are exceptional. My faves the chile poppers yummy & street tacos . Staff is great too. I like sitting at bar visiting with locals sipping fab margaritas. Check out happy hour.
This place is the best! Great people and food, and drinks!
Tried this place yesterday for the 1st time. Best Mexican food in Fairfield. Big portions, lots of flavor! Had homemade quac, street tacos, jalapeño poppers and watermelon margarita. Great, decorative atmosphere. Owner and wait staff extremely friendly and provided great service. Recommend!
This place was fantastic! The service was incredible and the food was even better. The horchata was some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back here again.
We enjoyed it very much. We were meeting cousins from out of town and it was good food, and quiet enough that we could talk to each other. We will go back!
Very nice experience would eat here again

The molcajete is amazing. It's enough for two with leftovers. My wife had a strawberry lemonade and it was the best.

Very tasty mostly authentic Mexican food. Our server was super friendly and so was the manager. Place is also decently priced.
Food is always fresh and hot. The main reason I continue to go back is their service by far is in the Top 10% in Fairfield. The young ladies are attentive and sweet. I'm a lady, by the way, not a man. I appreciate their attentiveness & they have all been very pleasant.

The chili Colorado was not the real deal I was somewhat disappointed. I did enjoy the atmosphere though.
Hi Favela, I really enjoyed your food until today. Why is my cilantro rice nearly unbreakable? Please do better.

Food was good, bit pricey as usual. Sat at the bar, one tv playing some boring recap of Golf. Ordered couple drinks $10 for basic mix drink. Bartender was young female with makeup caked on with bartending skills indicative to family-hire vise a hiring based on merit. Made no effort to hide her phone-crazed habits..service was meh. Spot is much smaller than expected. No plans to return.
Had beef taco lunch option. Tacos was dry and very little cilantro. Refried beans and rice was average, though small portions. Service was very good.

Waaaaayyyy too much cheap black pepper in the salsa, not enough chilis. Prices are insane for the value. Wait staff is “interesting”. If being repeatedly called “friend”, “hey friend”, “is this okay friend”, “okay friend” isn’t incredibly patronizing, I don’t know what is. 99% of their ingredients are so obviously from a generic restaurant supply. Whatever happened to Chef Pride? House recipes? Salsa that defines a restaurant? It’s such a pity. We expected so much more from the reviews. Get it together, NorCal!

I would not return here for the food. We had the beef and carnitas tacos, I have never had such terrible tacos, how can something so basic be so bad. The meat had no flavor and the texture was soggy like the meat was boiled. To be fair we enjoyed the margaritas and chips and Salsa. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. But I would not recommend to eat here.
