Nice little spot with super tasty sushi. I'm glad I called in advance and made a reservation because the place was full once we arrived, even though they said it wasnt busy when I called 15 minutes before arriving. Our server was great and the general aesthetic of the place was pleasing. Not very loud at all, comfortable temperature and good lighting from above and a small lamp at every table that can be adjusted to your liking. This location does not serve imitation crab, so if you're looking for generic California rolls, this may not be for you, but the quality of all the sushi was great!

Best and only sushi place in the IE I go to. It’s so fresh and clean and tasty! My favorite is the lemon roll and the momo roll is a close second.

This was the best sushi I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best roll was the Momo Shushi Roll. So refreshing with a little kick. We also got the Lemon Roll. Very light and delicious. I would highly reccommend this place!

Excuse my TikTok influencer wanna be video but I absolutely adore this place and wanted to share it online. This is my go to sushi bar in California now. I have purchased both the standard omakase ($80/person) and the premium omakase ($150/person) as well as some of their standard rolls and nigiri. I personally have decided the cost of the omakase is worth it for the freshness, flavor, and the location being here in Riverside rather than somewhere I have to use the 91 to get to! The head sushi chef is so excited about what he does. Most times we show equal excitement he gives us a little extra on our omakase. He tell us where he gets each of the omakase offerings (fresh uni delivered from Japan OMG). The quality and freshness is superb. The king salmon is the best salmon I have ever had, hands down. I also LOVE the toro neki (chopped green onions and toro topped with truffle). It is one of the best things I have EVER had. I have been to Japan but sadly that’s expensive to travel to and far away. This place consistent helps me get my sushi fix for a lot cheaper. Service also deserves 5 stars. I have always had great kind servers here. Highly highly recommend this spot. And no they do not offer all you can eat because the quality is much better than any place around Riverside offering all you can eat. There’s a time and place for AYCE, and a time and place for quality - this place is for good, quality sushi.

Not bad for a sushi place in Riverside. Enjoyed the meal and excellent service. Salmon belly was tasty. Would go back again.

A great sushi spot in Riverside! Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed how nice the decor was; modern without being too trendy. There are tables, booths and a bar in terms of seating options. The menu is very robust, offering some fantastic options. From sashimi, cut rolls, hand rolls and chirashi bowl to name a few. My wife and I started with the crispy rice with spicy tuna. The crispy rice was perfectly crispy. The tuna could have been spicier but it was still very delicious. Then we had the hamachi Kama which was the highlight of our dinner. It was absolutely perfect and melted in your mouth. We then shared a Chirashi bowl which had a variety of fish, shrimp, scallops all over rice. Every piece of fish was so damn good. The presentation was exquisite and the portion was perfect for two people. Lastly, we had the Momo special cut roll and a Black Dragon roll. Both were satisfying and again also delicious. The service was very efficient. It was somewhat busy but the servers made sure every table was getting the needed attention. All of the staff was friendly. Although this place is not “cheap”, the quality of food that’s being prepared here easily makes it worth the extra $$$. I definitely recommend this place. I think this is now our top spot for sushi in the area!!!

Have been on the hunt for "my" sushi spot.. I found it! Hubbs and I booked reservations for Valentine's Day and we loved it. We both had Omakase off the Valentine's Day Menu. The quality, presentation and taste of our dinner was amazing. My hubbs was in love right from start with the appetizers and the great Omakase sushi chef selection was it for me. It was a busy night but our server Damien kept his cool and took care of us. We will be coming back soon for their shooters.

My husband and I loved every single thing we ordered. We ordered the plum wine, garlic truffle edamame, deep fried roll, sunshine roll, baked salmon roll and the black dragon roll. The staff was very friendly and attentive and each roll was delicious and incredibly fresh. My personal favorite was the sunshine roll as it has a citrus sauce which I had never had with sushi before.

Nestled in the back of a small lot this sushi restaurant packs a ton of flavor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they have on hand and what sets them apart from others. The fish is fresh , flavors are balanced and I never had to pick up any soy sauce or add anything to a single roll or sushi.

This sushi restaurant opened a few weeks ago and prides itself in premium cuts of fresh fish. As promised, the sushi was quite fresh, delicate, and often creamy in texture. There were some nice options including toro (belly) cuts. By comparison, the cut roll was a bit small and expensive, though flavor was very good. The restaurant still didn’t have the liquor license so we couldn’t pair the sushi with beer. Service was attentive but with a lot of interruptions to ask how the food was. This seems to be one of the best local sushi restaurants. I hope they can stay open long term.

I'm very excited about this restaurant. The quality of their seafood stands out! They are bringing in some Grade A+ items from Japan. It's a little pricey compared to other places, but the quality absolutely justifies their prices. This is a gem for Riverside! The staff may be still trying to develop their "flow" because they have only been open a couple of weeks. I'm confident that they will figure it out and look forward to my next visit. I kept thinking about how good it was and I decided to come back and try the $80 omakase set. Right off the bat, I can say it's definitely worth it. Comparatively, for other places I will say you get more bang for the buck to fill you up. Also, not to just fill you up, but getting some great quality sashimi and sushi.

Best sushi place in Inland Empire if you ask me. I've gotten their premium omakase twice now and it's worth every penny. Everything they serve with their premium omakase is delicious. Servers are very friendly and will explain exactly what is being served to you. Kept very clean and good atmosphere. It feels like your traditional sushi restaurant but their food definitely sets this place apart.

Their premium omakase was worth it. On par if not better than some omakase in LA. Tried basically all of their sushi after a few visits. best sushi in Riverside. If you value the quality of the fish, there are no better options in IE. The main chef is from Japan so explains a lot

Amazing sushi, so fresh so delicious! Very high quality. Absolutely the best sushi you'll find in this area, a treat for your palate. High-quality fish totally worth the money, and you will spend a lot! I have tried so many places since my favorite sushi spot, "Ricky Sushi," closed some years back. This new spot is so special, master chef is super talented, all staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Hope they never leave. 5 stars!!!! 😍 For all of my picky sushi friends, this is your new favorite spot. Right here in the I.E.!!! We're so lucky ❤️

Tired for the first time today had the soft crab salad along with the garlic edamame for starters and a Kiren light beer. The salad with the soft crab was good and the edamame was real buttery. Also tried the rainbow roll and the sushi tuna, albacore, and octopus all were good. Small quiet place.

The food is really great here, it is a little pricey. Best calamari I've ever had and the rolls are delightful. The service is pretty bad though, just make sure you have plenty of time to eat there. Our server was super forgetful.

We loved the sushi. The pieces of fish are fresh and big. We frequently go to AYCE sushi with the family but for date night we started to go to non AYCE for better quality. We chose the omakase and the Momos special roll. While we didn't like most of the appetizers, it was nice to get to try it. Next time we go we plan on just ordering sushi and rolls. Look forward to going back.
