Service was good; food though--the saucy nuggets I ordered were ghost pepper. I've had it before a couple times at other locations; when i tasted it at home, swear to you they must have given me buffalo. The sourness/sharpness of the flavor... and it wasn't really spicy. The actual ghost pepper one burns more the more you eat. The Buffalo one was maaaad salty.

The person over the speaker was really nice. Took my order quickly. I got my food in a short amount of time. I really appreciated it because I started work pretty quick after picking up my food. Asked my sauce while taking my order which was also nice. Only thing is that they put a couple spicy nuggets in my order. I had ordered the regular. Thank you for taking my order so efficiently.

I thought the food was made to order. I ordered a breakfast burrito without potatoes. I was told 1) it's against the rules for the employees to take them out of the burritos and 2) the burritos come to the restaurant premade frozen. I know 1 customer won't affect their bottom line. I wanted the food the way I wanted it. Do not except it your way at Wendy's.

Service was extremely slow. Drive through was backed up l the way around a d they forgot my order of nuggets. Once I got the food it was good and prepared right at least

It’s a great restaurant and I’ve never had a bad experience with drive through. However, they paired up with DoorDash, making certain items exclusive to dash pass. That’s ridiculous, I haven’t eaten there since and I won’t until they end it.

I’m going to give you the truth. This is Slow Fast Food. If you get stuck in the drive through line I hope you have sun screen and a day of time. If you try and skip the drive through skin cancer you will be amazed at how 1,2 or 3 orders can take so long to make. But I guess Wendy’s makes your burgers when you walk in? I’m not buying it. Something about this Wendy’s is super Slow. The store itself is clean. I’m not going to lie whoever made the drive through is a moron. This young lady was good. I felt bad for her at the counter while the rest of the staff hides. In addition teach your cooks that the alarms that are going off aren’t for sound or dancing they are to tell you somethings done and then you reset the alarm. Bad Wendy’s and I waited for my tenth nightmare to write this.

Thursday June 5, 25 @ about 8:05 PM- I used the drive thru here on North Texas in Fairfield, Ca. I was treated rudely by an employee named Chris, he had remembered me from last week when we had a misunderstanding, he didn’t understand me nor I him for that matter when placing an order. He didn’t want to help me at the take out window and passed me to his supervisor. She in turn was very rude to me, giving me no eye contact, nor any pleasantries, it was as if she were angry with me. They were both very unprofessional and shouldn’t work with the public. I hope that this is read by corporate and that they make this review known.
