Similar to other garbage plate places in the surrounding area. Consistency is important in that case. I always have a consistent positive experience when Vince is working. Always get a grilled cheese / cheeseburger plate and it is great. Not too greasy, home fries are cooked just right and the mac salad is not soupy.

Awesome people working there. Very friendly and fast. They almost always have Doordash orders ready to be picked up. It always feels like I'm old friends with the people working there whenever I stop by to pick up an order. I enjoy delivering their orders as long as the customer tips at least $1.50 a mile. Too bad not that many of their customers do this though. My wife loves their food, and I've sampled stuff she ordered from PH... delicious!!

Late night, I'm talking past midnight on 2/10/24. The entire staff here went above and beyond to get me my food. My 3rd party delivery service was glitching, it would only give the WRONG address. The amount of trouble it gave me. . .as a local late night cook myself, I don't think I would've had the patience. They did. And it was delicious. TY to the staff and management

I’ve ordered late night a few times for delivery. Always so freaking good. Delivery has been early each time I’ve ordered. Usually after 10pm. Food is solid as F. Especially after 420 when you don’t want to drive just consistently really good.

I just had their cheeseburger plate with mac and slaw. Oh my gosh, it was AMAZING! Living in Rochester almost my entire life I've had almost every plate there is. This has got to be the very best one ever. The cole slaw is sweet with pineapples-exactly what I was hoping for-I'm definitely ordering from here again. Great job!!! Ten thumbs up.

A typical hots with a very good staff. Have gone in twice. The first time the plates were cooked well and the only person on staff was kind enough. Second time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extremely kind and charismatic. I mentioned it was my birthday coming up and she gave both me and my brother two dollar off coupons. Food was just as good as well. I would highly recommend if you're a fan of burgers dogs or plates, they do their job well.

Honestly one of the best places to go late night. The food is awesome, and I love the vibe. Made a lot of memories with my friends here… worth the wait for the food! All the employees are wonderful as well

My delivery driver was Chris. Ordered at like 2 am on Halloween weekedm sans they got that shit to me at 3. Lil late by the food was good and the driver was super nice. Called the store and they gave me accurate timelines of when’s it was gonna get delivered. Hope that driver is doing good. That man deserves a raise for getting me my food at 3 am on a Saturday. It has been a comfort meal for me and every time its warm and so welcoming. I have never once had an issue with my food throughout the many years ive been ordering it. Good food (we got garbage plates) and made in a timely manner. There was one worker that was polite, quick to answer questions and make our food. The establishment is nothing fancy, has adequate seating and reasonably clean. We don’t live in the area and drove by it so make sure to keep eyes open when driving past the complex.

Ordered a cheeseburger plate and mozz sticks on the way home from work last night. Woman who answered was very nice, took the order, and told me 7 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later my order was bagged up and ready to go. Staff was in good spirits and friendly. When I got home 10 minutes later I was happy with the order. Mozz sticks were cooked through and not overdone. Cheeseburger plate was great! Plenty of home fries and mac salad to fill the bottom of the container. Burgers were cooked perfectly. And that hot sauce was awesome!! I just wish there had been more of it on the plate. But I find this with almost all "hots" places. I think globally we need to make plates with one scoop on the home fries/mac salad and one scoop on top of the meat with the other toppings. Cheers friends!

Ordered through grub hub. Food was good but late. Ordered late night on a Saturday though. They didn't update the grub hub app as they went so I had no idea when I would be getting my food. Girl from the store was very nice, 1 of the things I ordered was out so she called to see what I wanted to do instead. I wish they would have been better at communicating through the app but ultimately not a big deal

So, what sucks is how their reviews are damaged so much by people 1- starring them because of issues with their food delivery apps. Maybe give GrubHub one star instead of the restaurant....? Nah. That'd make too much sense. People make my brain hurt.

First time here, got a cheese burger and Red hot plate between the few of us. Seems pretty decent, nothing is bad at all. Although, the hot/meat sauce is pretty warm. I may have lost my spice tolerance as I like spicy food or this is just hot. Only thing I would complain about is that, maybe order on the side if you are on the fence about your spicy level.

I'm editing this post because the owner made sure to deliver a perfect meal. The owner is very kind and reached out to me personally. The food I received was exceptional. I ordered on a Friday as well and still received a fantastic meal.

People are so quick to complain about the delivery time when literally, the area for delivery is up to 25 minutes away from the shop so my suggestion, don't order far away if you want a nice hot plate and don't want to wait over an hour for your food. People also complain about the grumpy old woman, but don't understand that she works over 70 hours a week. And then yet again some people want to complain when a few workers are outside enjoying the weather for a few when there's ALWAYS an employee in the building. If you come in and Noone is at the counter, chances are the person is in the back prepping food or in the cooler getting food. So many people I see judgemental without knowing all the ins and outs

Typical hots restaurant for the area. Very skimpy on the hot sauce, I had ordered extra hot sauce and when I got the plate thought she forgot to put any on, let alone extra. For me, the hot sauce makes the plate. At $18 for a plate and a fountain soda, I would probably go to another place next time.

I like the food ... but the crew seems a bit absent minded. I walked in today to get a double cheeseburger ... walked by two women slumped in chairs outside, one on her phone, the other with her eyes closed. I waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes ... not a person in the place ... and I finally went out front and asked the ladies "do you know if anyone is working in there today?", They both jumped right up, ran inside, said they thought some guy was working ... the one lady took my order, and started cooking it. A delivery man arrived ("door dash"?) ... and the cooking lady firmly told him that he would have to wait, because they don't cook that food until the guy arrives. I received my food and went out to my car. I had gotten in my car, and the young lady came running out ... said the cook lady had forgotten to give me a double cheeseburger (she noticed an extra burger still on the grill). Sure enough ... when I went back inside, the cook lady opened my food, and there was only a single burger. She added the 2nd cheeseburger and I was on my way. Again, I enjoy their food but it seemed like I have to have extra patience to balance out their lack of organization or attention to what was going on. Maybe they were having a bad day ... hopefully this experience was a one off ...

Ordered a pizza from the parking lot for curbside pickup because my 5 year old was sleeping in the backseat. The female employee on the phone was a little snippy as she was taking my order but I specified where my vehicle was parked in front and that I couldn't come in because my child was sleeping. I paid over the phone with my card and was told 15-20 minutes for my order. 45 minutes go by and I carry my sleeping child into the building and my pizza is sitting on the counter and the young female employee is standing around talking to a couple guys at the counter. As I walk up to the counter she turns around and asks my name and hands me my half cold pizza. If I hadn't already paid for the food I would've left it there. & as I told her they really need to work on their customer service because 50 minutes of waiting on a curbside order to leave with a cold pizza is not a good business practice especially when your business is dependent on customers returning. Definitely cost them a customer, won't get my business again.

The food was pretty tasty. However the 2 employees that were working touched everything with their hands. We ate the food because it would have been a waste not to but we were definitely grossed out seeing them use their bare hands to make all of our food. Their hair was not pulled back either.

If I could pick 2.5 stars, I would. Honestly their garbage plates are tasty, their hot sauce is the best in the business. That being said, they seriously lack in customer service when the owner isn't there. The fact that they have very tasty plate and sauce is the only reason I have given them 5-7 chances. They consistantly mess up orders, telling them home fries well done, or extra hot sauce means nothing to them! No matter what you'll get one spoon of hot sauce and your home fries will be cooked to whatever level they decide. They will always put cheese on your burgers even when you over stress, NO CHEESE! last night we were the only two people in the place, it took them 32 minutes to make to garbage plates and two mushroom Swiss burgers. I ordered the food to go, this time I was smart enough to check the food prior to leaving.. guess what, barely any hot sauce on my plate, it was ordered with extra hot sauce and the home fries that were ordered well done we're hardly even browned. I brought my plate back up to the counter and asked if what was on my order was considered extra hot sauce? Without saying a word the employee took the plate, put more hot sauce on it and handed it back to me. Seriously they have a great product, they struggle in actually listening to your order and having the cook follow through with the correct order! I guess after all the chances I've given them, I'll be moving on to another joint for my garbage plates.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Ordered through Grubhub so we understand the wait times can vary depending on the driver. When I called the restaurant to check on the order an older woman answered, was so incredibly rude, yelling at me and hung up the phone on me. I called back 15 minutes later after still not receiving the food. A young girl who was so nice answered and offered to put me through to a manager. He was so nice and apologetic. The food was delicious warm/ fresh even after waiting so long.

My husband and I LOVE perinton hots, we have been ordering from here for 2 years since he works late nights and it’s yummy and convenient. But I don’t know if there was a turn over in the kitchen but the food hasn’t been as good as it normally is, and the last time I ordered my onion rings were so soggy I had to put them in the air fryer and I ordered the Mac and cheese bites and got Mac salad instead. Very disappointed. I really hope this was just a few bad luck orders for us.

My first time there and I ordered a hotdogs rubbish plate. The manager cashed me out and then without gloves grabbed two hits and put them on the grill. A real turn off. She later put a glove on but only to put the toppings on, probably so she wouldn't get her hands dirty? Just saying!

Called in an order for delivery. There were 4 of us ordering plates. They said on the phone 20 minutes for delivery. It took over an hour. Driver forgot drinkes. When I called back they said that they didn't charge is for them and that we would have to pay for them to be delivered. Food was ok....customer service needs improving

On 5/9/2022 we took our daughter with us and went to Perinton Hots for early dinner. All three of us ordered a hot dog,two of us ordered fries,one ordered deep fried mushrooms, two ordered fountain drinks and one ordered a bottle of water. All three hot dogs were burnt black on one side. The mushrooms were old and the fountain drinks tasted like mold. Later two of us got physically ill and vomited this food that we paid for. We paid a lot of money for this poor service and won’t be back.

Was there this evening, ordered a chili cheese dog with some slaw on it. Didn't see the cheese and I'm lucky if there was a tablespoon of chili. For the price I feel like it was pretty chintzy. Your hot sauce was kinda bland too folks on the hot dog trash plate. I'm sorry, don't mean to criticize but I honestly thought it all would have been better.

The food is great and tasty in a pinch but I’ll be honest their delivery is horrible. I have had 5 orders cancelled over the last 3 months. And these are orders placed before 2 Well before midnight (they’re open till 2). I have called hours after and they have said they can’t do my orders because “they’re swamped” and to call GrubHub and cancel because they didn’t have time to call me and cancel my order themselves. Honestly; I will not recommend this as a late night order spot, daytime for sure but I will never order late night from them again.

I keep being disappointed when I order Perinton Hots via GrubHub. But I keep giving them a chance, after a year break. And tonight I ordered at 6:30. Food got here at 7:30. Literally ice cold. Very very very disappointed. Never again. I have to assume it’s Grubhub as I have gotten food direct from Perinton Hots or via Uber before with no issues.

Used to LOVE this place. They had my favorite plate about 2-4 years ago. Went back because I recently moved back to this side of town and was extremely disappointed. The plate sauce changed recipe must be and is now AWFUL. Overwhelming taste of cinnamon and way hotter than it used to be. Not even edible. Maybe some people like that but the old recipe was much better:( had to throw my entire plate away.

I have ordered from them occasionally. Was really impressed that they always deliver, and usually decent food. Not great but.. decent. I dont mind waiting the usual 45 to an hour plus, however this time, food was not right and quite blankly looks unappetizing. I understand short staffed, I work too, however, long wait plus wrong food... no go. Probably done with using them for a good while. Solutions offered were excuses. I would appreciate a more professional way of making amends. Thankfully they didnt mess up my kids due to her allergies. And on a plus my kid likes the pizza.

My first time trying Perinton Hots and my last time. I got a 2 cheeseburger garbage plate, and it was horrible. Home fries had no salt on them or any type of flavor whatsoever, the patties were a lot smaller than expected and it looks like they just threw the cheese ontop and didn’t even let it melt. They skimped on the toppings. Definitely not worth the 25 min drive and the $15 price. I can get double the garbage plate for 10$ from a restaurant closer to home.

Stopped in one afternoon. Ordered hot dog and fries. The hot dog was not hot. I think it wasn't reheated long enough in the grill. Fries were fries Tables weren't cleaned off and all the chairs at each table looked dirty with what appeared to be dirty foot prints. Not sure what it was...but I didn't want to sit down on them!

If you choose to have the food you paid for delivered to your front door, either from grubhub or from calling. Expect it to arrived 3 hrs later and the food is gonna be ice cold. This happened to every person that I know who had ordered from this place. Me and all of my friends are never paying for anything from this place ever again. Quality of their food and their service is unacceptable.

Have had too many awful experiences. Food has been late. Food has never shown up or my refund. Usually pretty rude employees on the phone. Do your self a favor and order from Fairport Hots.

I was in Perinton hots earlier today. I have been a customer here for months and never had a problem always great staff great food. There was a lady screaming swearing while I was waiting for my plate. When she walked to the front me and my girlfriend both heard her say a racial slur under her breathe. I said nothing and got my food and walked out. Sad that people in this world are still like this. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering here for awhile.

Old lady was miserable. I turned my back to her and back around and she gave me 1 scoop of hot sauce and charged me for 2. Not approachable and NO GLOVES while handling food! Mac. salad sitting next to fryer and earlier reviews commented to cockroaches. Also, the fryer oil saturates into the food-it is old and needs to be changed!

I called at 1135pm didn't get my food till 117 am.i ordered a large pizza extra cheese and 2 2 liters of soda,the bill came to 44 dollars. Ordered on Grub hub food never came, called and said he was close waited out in my apartment lobby for 9ver 15 min and called back to hear 5h3 food hasn't been delivered. The owner was unapologetic and had a confrontation tone. Sloppy. Reading the other reviews on here I see a repeat pattern. I will be checking to make sure they refund me my $30 and will reach out to grub for a credit in addition to refund as they wasted my time. Do. NOT ORDER!

Dont expect anything, especially not good service. I ordered a "rubbish" plate on GrubHub only to find when it arrived there was no hot sauce on it. Scoured the grubhub listing to see if it was an extra I had to add, and there was no option for it besides ordering an "extra scoop". Called perinton hots and asked if there was a mistake, all they had to say was, "you get what you ordered" as I started to ask if I could order some extra or something and they hung up on me mid sentence. I've had a great experience with other hots restaurants (er hots, Henrietta hots) so I know I'm never ordering from perinton hots again.

The food isn't that good and the old lady that works there is extremely rude to everyone. If I acted like she does at any other restaurant or grocery store, I'd be fired in a heartbeat. Instead of going here, I would strongly recomend going to Fairport Hots, which is located roughly 3 miles away. The food is much better and the staff actually treat you like a decent human being.

Ordered through grubhub with an expected delivery time of 30 to40 minutes, then after that time it changes to 1 hour AFTER that. The delivery fee was already $9.00. On top of that it is in no way grubhubs fault because they use their own drivers! I had called grubhub and they called the restaurant asking the status, and was told the driver was on the way eta 30 to 40 minutes. I live 18 minutes away! If you advertise a delivery time with a crazy high delivery fee, stick to it. Screw you and being an hour late on top of the already specified 30 minutes. Also, did i seriously pay $6 or $7 for bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch stuck in bread? I thought there would be some chicken in there too lol

Ordered a fish fry from them around midnight on grub hub. Fry’s were burned and the fish tasted really rubbery. Best thing on my order was probably the cole slaw. Don’t waste your money....

I placed an order around 1:30 AM. It was not delivered until 3:40 AM. The fries were cold, soggy, and undercooked. The wings seemed more microwaved than fried and had almost no sauce at all. This was just an atrocious experience all around. Never again.

Absolutely horrific. Never even got my food, and the amount of times I have ordered from this place and have it come an hour to maybe even two hours PAST the expected delivery time. This place is not worth it and I am shocked it’s still in business. Average food.

Customer service was terrible. I was verifying my order from door dash and the lady on the phone was going off on the time frame and that was not my intention of the call. She finally gave me a chance to ask my question again and to verify there would be no ketchup on the plate (seeing as tho there was no “plain” option) she said yes and hung up on me. My food got to the company I work for and lo and behold there was ketchup on the plate. Disappointed.

Ordered through GrubHub, supposed to be delivered by the store. I ordered around 11:30 at night, they were one of the few places open. Original time said 12:30 delivery, that updated to 1:40. At 2 I called, they said it would be here in an hour to hour and a half and they were just really backed up. At 3:30 it still hadn't arrived. I tried calling again and they never picked up. It's 4am. I have no idea what happened to my food, but I'm done. A) hire more drivers. B) don't lie to your customers when they call. C) don't take orders when your delivery is at 4 hours.

Ordered a late dinner. Received email that my food was being prepared, then another follow up email that it would be arriving soon. Here I am at 4:30 AM waiting for food. I call the restaurant and I’m informed that the staff simply decided to cancel the order without notifying myself or notifying grubhub to in turn notify me about the cancellation. Spent two hours waiting for food that never came, only to get a passive apology from indifferent staff on the phone who clearly did not care about the miscommunication. Terrible customer service, awful way to run a business allowing managers to decide on late night cancellations without letting anybody know just so that they can get home 5 mins earlier. I’ve managed 2 pizza shops I understand the stress of making an order last minute but that is part of the job. Shameful service.

If I could give a place a zero I would. I wanted a plate, never ordered from there before so I thought I'd give them a try. MISTAKE! If you want a place that will scream at you because you don't know the menu, then this is the place for you. The woman there is so rude, I just wound up walking out. Went to Fairport Hots, the young lady was kind and helpful. My new go to place I would highly recommend the extra 6 minute drive there.

My friend ordered food for us at 2 am. They said they'd deliver personally, since Grubhub and other delivery services were already closed. The man on the phone was nice and friendly... but if you're oure waiting for your delivery for 2 1/2 hours and nothing is delivered, you start wondering. The food was far more expensive than on the menu. Even with a $15 delivery fee, a price like that would not be justified. Several calls to the restaurant turned into empty promises and hollow excuses. The food was never delivered. There was no explanation at all. Even a call to the restaurant the next day turned into nothing. There was no return call, no explanation, and no refund! It seems we weren't the only one treated like that. Other reviews show us, that this restaurant seems to try and pocket money for food that's never delivered. Very sad!

So last night I placed an order right before they close and they never delivered and I called the store. They say they’re gonna help me out and then the guy never calls me back. I will never eat from them again call them ever again worst service ever.

I’m clearly not satisfied with the service I’ve received tonight. It starts with ordering through DoorDash at 11:52 pm and never getting my food. This wasn’t the fault of Perington Hots. However, I was in communication with them the whole time up until 1:40 when DoorDash finally refunded me and I ordered directly through the restaurant itself. Trust me, they had spoken to me several times and knew my order and my name. 1:40 am my order is placed and was told less than an hour your order will be there. Nope no order. I called at 2:28 am. And was told my order left 5 minutes ago and it should be here in 20 minutes. Guess what. No order. I called back at 2:50 and then was told the driver was just leaving. Meaning the person I spoke to at 2:28 lied. And even then I was told 15 minutes. Needless to say it’s 3:24am and I still have not gotten my food. I’ve been trying to eat since 11:52pm. I’m not happy at all. I can’t even tell you how the food taste yet. They kept saying he left already and had other orders on my area. After waiting until 4 am and never getting my food I got a refund. My food was in the driver’s possession for well over an hour. It would be stone cold by the time I got it and no telling what would be done to it. Never again will I order from here

I would have given a ZERO rating but it wouldn't let me. I placed my order on a TUESDAY at 920pm and didn't receive it till 1205am. I had to call the restaurant at 1120pm to find out WHERE my order was to be told they were really busy. I ordered wings, barely any sauce, fried mushrooms with extra blue cheese on the side and there was NONE. I live 9 mins away and when arrived it was lukewarm at best. This was my 2nd and LAST time to order from this restaurant.

Wow!!! Never ordering from this place again! Placed an order at 11pm. Received order at 2am SMH was given a container of cold fries in place of a garbage plate that was supposed to have everything! Recieved a cold plate ch burgers plate with home fries not french fries! Recieved cold chicken fingers that were hard! Waste of almost $50.

I was very disappointed in the service. I know we ordered in the evening when all of the other drunk idiots are calling, but it was on a weeknight, how busy can it be. When we finally got our order 2 hours after it was supposed to arrive it was not only cold but it was also the wrong order. We called the company three more times, and waited another hour before getting our even colder food. I have to say the delivery guy was nice enough to return our tip but it was really frustrating to have to wait so long and deal with so much nonsense. Of all the hots in Rochester this was probably the most annoying and disappointing experience. Once they arrived the plates were extremely soggy and dripped all over the other things in our order, the bread that came with and my living room and dining room floors!

Let’s talk about price gouging. 4 trash plates for over $100! They were all plain except for one that had bacon. Not to mention we were charged $12 for the 2 pieces of bacon. The portions were so small I was still hungry afterwards. I will never eat here again. This same order is about $50-$60 any other place. Stay away!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I live in Marion and Perinton Hots is one of the few options I have to order food. Being pregnant and only wanting pizza logs 24/7 I figured this would be my go to. I was so excited to order. However, the first time I ordered the person who delivered from there said, “Just so you know, we don’t like delivering this far. It’s so far from us...” etc basically making me feel terrible for choosing them. Second time ordering my order was declined from them to deliver. My 9 month pregnant self wants to cry. At this point, whether it’s laziness from employees, or disconnect with what they allow with delivering apps, I’m extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional behavior.

If you order through GrubHub, they will randomly readjust your order total to include an extra $3 delivery fee even when you only live half a mile away from the restaurant and they're already 10 minutes behind the quoted delivery time. They'll also just not include the extra bacon that you ordered on the side of your sandwich. This is after giving them a second chance where the first time you directed them to leave the food at the door and not to knock because your family is sleeping, but they just pounded on the door and rang the doorbell repeatedly until your niece woke up terrified by the noise. Such transparent pricing, accurate order fulfillment, and thoughtful delivery (sarcasm, of course)

My friend and I walked in at around 9:20pm and we were immediately asked what we wanted to eat while the kid taking our order behind the counter was on his phone most of the time. The kid working the counter then gave us a water cup when we paid for a fountain drink, and when we asked for the fountain drink he snapped back at my friend and I and said they were the same size. And was very rude in the process. He then proceeded to go on his phone again while taking my order and acted very unprofessional. He sat with his friends while on the clock. The woman in the back made all the food and was very nice. A decent place overall but the service ruined the entire meal. It was disappointing overall.

extremely rude staff, very slow and distracted cooks, and an owner who will push your order back for 45+mins for the customers he knows. we waited for almost an hour while several people who had ordered after us had gotten their food. I kindly asked the worker and was met with an attitude immediately and she admitted that they give out orders to “family and friends” first. i get it.. but at the expense of a new customer who has been waiting for that long is ridiculous. seemed like since we were first timers we were the only ones who weren’t considered family&friends. there was at least 10 orders placed after ours that were done in under 5 minutes. this place is a joke. the food is disgusting too.

Ordered on Grubhub - they tried to alter my order to tack on an additional $5 fee (I didn’t even know stores could do this) which I had to call to have removed. After I had it removed, they never delivered the order. Stay away from this scam

I used to love this place. Love their food and the people and the service. Over the last year though they have gotten sloppy, RUDE, and just plain not what it used to be. The people are rude and have no manners/ customer service skills. And the last 4 times I’ve ordered it’s either messed up or it’s taken WELL over what they said it would to take for delivery. Tonight for example called at 10:08 got off the phone by 10:12 after being rudely talked to acting like they don’t have the time to be polite to the people they are supposed to be serving. Said 45 mins. At 11:53 at night I’m still waiting for my food. They said that the driver had left A bit ago and had other orders with him. You should never give a larger amount of orders to a driver then he can efficiently get to your customers. My food will be cold and I’m not happy. I used to love this place. And now they just don’t care about customer service and it sucks especially since I’ve worked customer service/ food service all my life. Disappointing is the only word I can find. Do better.

I ordered two plates at 11:00 PM. At midnight I called to see what was going on. They said they were catching up on orders from earlier in the day and couldn't promise an exact delivery time. At 1:00 AM I called again asking where the food was. This time not only could they not confirm a time, but they couldn't even confirm the order would be made at all. At 2:00 AM I called the last time. They said they just weren't going to deliver our order because it wasn't in the direction of any other orders. I'm still awaiting a refund and will definitely not be ordering again.

I ordered 12 wings, 4 blue cheese, 1 sweet and sour, mozzarella sticks and fries. Order was late for delivery so I was so excited just to be extremely disappointed WITH 8 wings and a garbage plate???????? Wings were ok and I had to throw away the plate. COMPLETE waste. I'm sure they gave me someone else's order so hopefully whoever got mine enjoyed it at least

Ordered for an online delivery. These wings were delivered in the wrong flavor. Called the owner and he refused to correct it. He told me it's all they had. If that is all you have you CANNOT DELIVER THE WRONG ITEM. Stingy on sauce. Wings had nothing on them. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRUBHUB. Update: This used to be my go to. With terrible ownership and bad orders left and right, this place should be avoided at all costs. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The owner has no idea how to run a business.

Each of these things individually are no problem. All of the things together are indicative of problems. As a food service professional of almost a decade, I can safely say that this place's management has given up. Called to order and they didn't even say anything when they picked up the phone. Asked for some extra hot sauce on the side (and paid for it) and they only gave me like 1oz of sauce on the plate, no side. Mac salad (the whole plate really) was bland af, no butter w the roll. They use junior hots instead of full size like other places. Employees were dressed in casual clothing. Kitchen was nasty and not in a charming Rochester area Hots joint way. If you're sober enough to remember the experience tomorrow, don't order here.

Over priced ($14!) for what I got. It was terrible! Fries were straight up grease. “Zwiegle” hot dog was about three inches long. Barely filled half the roll. It was split in half and shriveled up. Person at counter did not say hello, just pointed at my order on the counter when I came in and gave my name. Cross this place off my list. First and last visit.

I placed an order almost 2 hours ago via GrubHub( this location delivers it own meals). Called and was told my order would be delivered shortly. An hour passes by I called and was told I was better off canceling. Can't cancel because it says my order is in preparation. I was told that they will cancel it in there end when they have time they are going extremely busy. Although I understand that, I paid $40 for a meal I never knew I was not getting until I called back twice.

They allow teenage customers to run the show. Zero control over their dining area. The woman running the register takes her sweet time talking to teenagers instead of taking orders then insults you. Frozen patties. Bland food. They even skimp on the meat hot for a garbage plate in Rochester! Pathetic! 17$ down the drain.

We order from here alot and usally its a dumb mistake like a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. Tonight was a joke ordered 2 hamburgers ketchup and onions. Got 2 cheeseburgers with mustard and ketchup. Ordered trash plate with ff and hone fries got home fries and mac salsa. Then called the place and the girl argued that she checked it and she knows what she sent. Its amazing that people hire these kids who dont know how to handle people.

When you order through DoorDash or Grubhub - the restraunt delivers their own food. The food did not come within the estimated time so I messaged GrubHub who tried to call the restraunt and could not reach anyone either so THEY cancelled the order which I have screenshots of. the restaurant then texted me calling me names and harassing me at 1am about this order. Screenshots to be posted and charges to be pressed. I hope it was worth it. Disgusting company and customer service, calling customers name and insulting them.

2 years ago, I tried a garbage plate from here, and it was bland. How? I don't know, that's impressive. Watery mac, the fries were below average, amd patties had no substance. Trying again, I was on a long trip home from out of town and figured I'd pop in since they were the only place open. I just wanted an order of chicken wings, which I waited an hour after being told 20 minutes, and 20 minutes later after that, I was told they were cooking. They were not sauced well at all, two little pieces of celery, and there was no compensation or even an apology. Cooks are completely disorganized, people who just walked in got food before people who had been waiting, and online/DoorDash orders were flying out the door! I figured everyone deserves a second chance, and that's all these guys get from me. Expensive, long wait, low-quality. Perinton Hots is not good! Avoid all the way.

The meat hot is trash. Made the plate inedible. Tasted like cinnamon and the gates of hell. Staff was yelling at each other about non sense. Should have licked the pavement, it would have been better. Food quality is absolute trash.
