The atmosphere is classy, ​​charming, clean, and intimate. Excellent service, and the dishes—which I wish I'd ordered all of them—were beautifully plated and the portions were average. Fresh fish, a friendly owner, and incredibly helpful staff. The orange tart with its piping hot orange cream inside was something I'd have to film ten times... Plus, having a camera above the kitchen stove is a truly brilliant idea. Kudos to everyone.

Fano-style fish broth and chitarrine pasta with broth sauce. It's hard to describe a dish that's truly poetic. In the Marche region, brodetto is a wonderful dish, but this time the Fano version is a marvel for the palate. The owner, a proud guardian of Fano's tradition, explains the differences between the Fano brodetto and the one from Pesaro, just a few kilometers away. The explanations by the owner, who proudly preserves the Fano tradition, immerse you in the diversity of a region as small as the Marche but truly diverse. It's truly an excellent experience.

Family lunch at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant is located along the Adriatica highway and is very easy to find. Greeted with a smile that betrayed a calm and serene atmosphere, we sat down at our table, which—we noticed—was just the right distance apart so we could converse without disturbing or being disturbed by other customers. We immediately focused on the first courses: the absolutely excellent three-tuna carbonara, tagliolini with razor clams and cannellini beans, delicately flavored like the passatelli but equally excellent. Finally, two excellent grilled dishes prepared with equally excellent fish, sea bass fillet with artichokes, and desserts that combined tradition with innovation ("Vado al Sud," if I remember the name correctly, was like tasting a sort of deconstructed cannoli). What can I say other than: excellent, and we'll definitely be back!!

A restaurant with a capital R, featuring the freshest fish, cooked to perfection. I find it natural to eat here with my eyes closed to fully appreciate the flavor and taste of the catch. Enrico is a surefire choice when it comes to pairing the right wine, Flavio is the maitre d' everyone dreams of meeting, and finally, the wonderful Elide, the chef who can literally drive you crazy. In short, if you want to eat good fish at La Lanterna, you have to go.

Lunch alone. The entrée was complimentary, featuring Cantabrian anchovies with a mousse of what I can't remember. A mixed fried fish platter (excellent ingredients) cost €20; I may have paid for the first dish prepared in-house; it wasn't crispy and greasy, but it was good overall. A dip with vegetables that weren't very firm and fresh cost €6. A half-bottle of Bianchello from Cantine Guerrieri, I don't know the price. Coffee, no water, cost €38. A restaurant with the potential and prices of La Lanterna shouldn't have the small shortcomings I've highlighted. It was probably a bad day, so much so that I'll be back next time.
