Went to enjoy the usual and to receive below average service and food sucks. I told the thin young guy serving that i would wait for fresh Barbacoa, and fresh vegetables because it was at the bottom of both these. I got 2 bowls usually with everything and as people came in behind me the Hispanic chic decided to grab my bowl and get the items that I was patiently waiting for and saw that the guy was filling up the other Hispanics bowls behind me with full spoons of everything of the very stuff I requested and patiently waited for and giving them to other people and myself not even a spoon full made me feel some type of way after watching him display this treatment and not communicating to the Hispanic chic with the tattoo working with him that she's waiting for fresh meat and veggies, this girl thought it was ok to pick up my bowl only and go to her drive through section and get the nasty oily bottom of the barrel meat and disgusting wilted sad veggies and put them in the bowl. Mind you this particular bowl was for my senior mom who can't eat certain things and for obvious reasons fresh vegetables,and meat you can tell when its fresh which taste better ,and looks better or at least not the grease your staff decided to serve to me as a paying guests and watching these 2 people act completely different with your food verses the next patron which maybe was because I wasn't Hispanic watching them act like night and day. WHO does that? Im absolutely sure they wouldn't serve that to your own mother let alone a paying patron same amount wants the same service and treatment for the food the very next person receives. The chic didn't help after serving my bowl when there was a obvious line and felt as if I was being singled out because I watched them both. IT WAS OBVIOUS that I was watching them do this and wanted to let it be known.You both are a disgrace to service and treatment and this place will no longer have my business again. Sad what was enjoyed before these people and service dont deserve me returning and changed my mind completely about EVER going back in the future. YOU two PEOPLE who worked in the front today on a Wednesday afternoon at around 3:30pm. NEXT TIME SERVE THAT TO YOURSELVES AND YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR DOGS. IM SURE THEY WILL ENJOY IT BETTER. When you know your getting lower than standard service and food and watching them be selective with who and what they are serving doesn't deserve repeat business. They are thousands of competitors with better pricing,service,hospitality,knowledge, food even for the younger service industry people to know better to do better being more discrete with their selective portions to people that have the same spending money and watching them do this was more repulsive then the food itself. Unfortunately they don't know how to do their jobs sufficiently or with hospitality which will be sought elsewhere. No regrets GOODBYE. Because usually you can win business back with just people with outstanding customer service and not just a bad order but their hospitality and personalities killed it showing discretion on who ,what, and decided on their own who they were going to be polite or accommodating to. SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERYONE SINCE ITS THE SAME MONEY SPENT THE NEXT PERSON HAS. NOT EVEN WORTH TO GIVE PESOS TO LET ALONE A PAYCHECK. SORRY NOT SORRY.

Worst chipotle ever. Just walked in at 9:35pm and the staff just stared at me like they were the most depressed pissed off staff I’ve ever seen. Stood there for 5 mins and they just pretended to slowly out on gloves and ignore me. Not one word was said. Then tried calling as soon as I left, and all the phone said was “closing store”. I was in restaurant operations for 20 years. Every single one of the staff members wouldn’t make it 2 mins working for me. And I use the word working loosel. Absolutely HORRIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE

This has got to be the absolute worst food and worst staff Ive ever seen.. The steak , chicken was dry and tough. They said it was fresh and we couldn't get our money back. I have never written a review on any restaurant. The Chipotle on valley view and 35 charged us $80 for food that wasn't food. It was un eatable. I wouldn't serve it to my dogs. This place needs to be closed. It's an embarrassment to the neighborhood forsure. FORSURE !!! DONT EAT HERE. !!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!! Customer service is horrible, barely scraping leftover sofritos form the tin. When asked for more because the scoop was half way shaken off, the manager proceeded to charge for a double scoop and argued about it.

Very disappointed with this location. We arrived at 9:30 pm and they close at 10:00 pm, yet they were already out of most items. The staff had a very rude attitude and made us feel unwelcome instead of trying to help. If you’re closing early, update your hours. Poor service and bad experience overall.

I honestly love Chipotle, but the staff at this location is not good at all. The place was dirty even though it was a slow day. When they served the food, it was done very poorly and they barely added any vegetables. I understand the meat portions because I worked at Chipotle myself, and my dad also worked for Chipotle for 7 years, so I know how things are supposed to be done. This location was truly a disappointment.

Something needs to be done! Every time I come to this restaurant the line is never stocked. It’s always missing something and then they are quick to say I can’t grab from the Togo line which is bs!!!!! Keep the line stocked for the customers it’s not hard! Do YOUR JOB!!

The staff clearly doesn't care about their jobs. I pull up to the Chipotlane, expecting a quick and easy pickup, and instead, I have to honk just to get someone to notice me. When a worker finally comes to the window, she’s rude, dismissive, and acts like I’m the inconvenience. My food had been sitting there next to the window for 10 minutes and all she had to do was hand it to me but it’s obvious that customers don’t matter to them at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Inconsistent Hours This location has consistently provided a frustrating experience. We've ordered from here several times due to its proximity to the Dallas Stars facilities, but every time, we’re met with the same issue: the doors remain locked well past opening time. Despite their listed hours stating they open at 10:45 AM, the staff repeatedly refuses to let customers in—even when food is ready and waiting. Today was no different. Our pickup order was scheduled for 10:50 AM, but the employee didn’t unlock the doors until 11:10 AM. When asked why they open late or why they won’t hand over completed orders, we were completely ignored. To make matters worse, the employee admitted our order had been ready for 5 minutes but still chose not to open the doors. There was no apology, no explanation, and no sign of professionalism or concern for customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location. Until management steps in and enforces basic service standards, this will continue to be a waste of time.

My portion sizes are getting lower and lower. It was almost empty today. Not worth the money!! Please chipotle investigate this location! Don't go through the drive thru. You won't have nothing in your plate. My plate used to be filled to the top now there's big gaps of space and my quesadilla, practically just an empty tortilla, only a little cheese to seal it. I dislike this location and I don't recommend it since they don't give you your money worth.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the metroplex. After receiving bad customer service from the young main in the pickup line, he gave me two bowls that were cold. I don’t mean warm and not hot. I mean literally cold. In both bowls the rice and meat was cold as if it was never cooked. I don’t know if this was done on purpose but I have never had a problem like this at this location or any other location. No one appeared to care about the customers today. If I wasn’t down the street and had to get back to work I would’ve turned around. You can’t call the store, only the customer service line. They offer a free bowl for a $30+ order that included a tip.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever has at one of their restaurants. Ordered my food. The manager supposedly the one that was serving the food was very rude, and obnoxious. Didn't care to be polite or provide any nice courteous service at all. Asked for lime juice when I was getting ready to check out , just to be told by her employee that and I quote.. " we're not allowed to give out lime juice" I said really? And explained how all other Chipotle restaurants I have been to never had an issue giving a cup of lime juice. I politely told him he can keep his chicken bowl . That I would take my business elsewhere. He said ok and didn't seem to care. Also, the manager said okay sir... you can leave now... with a very rude and arrogant demeanor. No wonder this restaurant has such bad reviews. Corporate needs to investigate how's it been run immediately.

I really have to stop giving this place my money but my son plays hockey across the way and there’s really no other place to grab a quick meal and keep thinking, one day when I come in they’ll get their act together. Tonight I come in and there is no cheese, no veggies, no guacamole and no chips. Your commercials pride themselves on making guac fresh all day, how do you run out? I jokingly ask the woman who to her credit is working her butt of that if they charge for extra items, they should offer discounts when they don’t have core items. She was the ONLY one running the line making burritos and running the register all by herself and doing a great job but what kind of management does this to their staff? Not giving them the tools to do their job and running things under staffed? The place every visit is filthy. Below is a photo is the state of the beverage bar tonight. Inexcusable. I’ve tried this place several times thinking well, I caught them on a bad day. No, this place is just bad.
