Always great service and fresh food at this location. The staff is friendly, orders are accurate, and the pizza is always hot and delicious. I especially love the thin crust and cheese bread—they never disappoint. Delivery is quick, and pickup is super smooth too. My low rating stems from 2 issues. The first alone, I can get over somewhat. Time. (I always pick-up, no delivery time involved) This Domino’s is not timely. Frequently takes 45 plus minutes for pizza, breads. The food however, is usually decent. The second issue *including today, my stuffed bread was soaked, **totally saturated in garlic butter? I had a roll of paper towels in my car, I soaked up what was floating on top, put some beneath as well. I did eat a small portion but I had to throw 3/4 away. My stomach is churning in grease. Only saw one person there, a female I’m not familiar with.

​I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of my recent order and the refusal of staff to process a refund. ​My order included a pizza and the stuffed cheesy bread. The food was horrible. The stuffed cheesy bread was completely flat—it was clearly prepared incorrectly and lacked any stuffing or lift. The pizza was just as bad; the sauce-to-cheese ratio was ridiculous, making it nearly inedible. ​Because the food was completely unacceptable, I immediately brought the full order back to the store and requested a full refund. To my astonishment, the staff refused to issue a refund and insisted the only resolution was to remake the items. ​When a customer returns food that is clearly defective and horrible quality, they should not be forced to wait for a remake. The store's refusal to simply refund the defective product is unacceptable customer service. I should not have to accept a replacement when the first attempt failed so completely. I expect a full refund for this order.

The tracker said the driver was 1 minute away, then suddenly changed to 19 minutes. It’s ridiculous, and I always seem to have issues with this store.

Ordered the 3 $6,99 Medium 2 topping pizza deal one of the Pies had one extra topping and originally charge $50. When I questioned it I was asked did I mentioned over the phone that I had a coupon. Made me confused being it's advertised on their site as a promotional deal Not a coupon. Anyhow I said prior to my order is I'm looking to oder for the $6.99 Medium two topping deal and getting 3 Medium Pies. I had to go over multiple times what I'm ordering as if the person wasn't writing or putting it in the system yet trying to memorize it and failed. Took about 15 minutes when picking up the pizza to haggle over how I figure 3 × $6.99 +one extra topping and tax doesn't come out to $50. Eventually much time passed and pizza cold and to say the least extra pepperoni was far from extra, I paid the correct price of $24. Won't experience that again .

I recently ordered a large pizza for delivery. and to say, I was extremely disappointed, is an understatement .Anyone who has read my reviews will know that I am very fair with my appraisal of any situation, but in this case, it is hard to be fair with anything that was so disappointing. .Most large pizzas in the area are 16 to 18 inches however, the one I was delivered was marked 14 inches (actually only 13.5 inches at its widest point) and was delivered with several problems…… it was not hot and not even warm (having not been delivered in one of those fancy heat retaining enclosures, that all pizza places use ) as well as not even being cut In to slices correctly.The pizza was mostly crust with very little sauce and very little cheese on it, ( for reference, I ordered a large cheese pizza ) and all in all was no tastier than a microwave pizza. On top of all this, I was told when I ordered my pizza that it was one price but when It got here it was a totally different price because no one seemed to think it was important to tell me that there was a delivery charge which had not been included in the total that was given to me .And speaking of a delivery charge …why is there a delivery charge if the person who is delivering the pizza is an employee of the store itself .And when you tell a person that their total comes to a certain amount, shouldn’t that amount include any possible delivery charge that might be added to it? Perhaps other people like to be treated like this when they order food from a food establishment, but I am not one of them. As I said, all in all a big disappointment. sorry Domino’s but I think on this one you missed the mark
