Driver went to the drove through, Friendly representatives that got the orders right. Awesome! The food was hot not warm nor cold another awesome everyone was happy with their order when each of us got home. Third awesome. Win, Win.

The chicken was delicious I have came before, today the chicken was don point! Vincent did a great job on the chicken me and my kiddos will definitely be back. Went through the drive through of this location at 6pm (dinnertime) and we got our food so fast! The fella working the drive through was so thoughtful and kind and funny! I never usually leave reviews, but his personality made me feel the need to. Great customer service! 10/10 will definitely be back again!

I went to 3 different kfcs today. Two of them, the people taking our order, had the worst attitudes ever as if they didn't want us ordering or didn't want to make the food, so we left. The 3rd time was this one. Alexis, the night manager, ended up taking our order. Let me say she was so sweet and happy. I was willing to wait for our order no matter how long it took. The guy in the front was super sweet, too. The other kfcs need to take lessons from them on how to treat customers. Thank you all for your amazing service.

Im a regular customer at this KFC. It was very busy. This group of workers were doing their best to take care of everyone. It took a little while to get our meal, but we understand. Some people do not!!! I commend them for giving good customer service.

Everything was just Amazing I had my order taken by a dude named Darvin very professional and fast. Ordered the 12 pc tenders they were fresh. I recently stopped by the KFC in Lubbock and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh—exactly what you'd hope for. I ordered the 3-piece combo and everything from the mashed potatoes to the biscuit hit the spot. The service was friendly, and the staff moved quickly even though it was a little busy during lunch hour. The dining area was clean.. Overall, great experience. If you're craving some fried chicken in Lubbock, this KFC gets the job done.

100/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS KFC , I will not be going to no other location anymore after coming here . I got off of work last night craving a famous bowl , went thru drive thru and got greeted by one of the best managers there (the transgender) , anyways she always has a smile on her face and always is able to get me to buy more than what I go for.! I seen she was doing everything by herself while the other workers were kinda just standing around . She informed me about the wait and that she just had to catch up on orders and she would make mine and get it out since she was doing it all. Well I ended up going inside so she didn’t have to run back and fourth. She was getting orders out like crazy ! What caught my attention was how the cashier inside was taking an order and messed up I believe and seemed real nervous to let someone know . Vicki (I believe it’s her name) noticed and went to go reassure her she was okay and helped her fix it . She didn’t get overwhelmed even tho she was alone , she didn’t yell , she didn’t stop taking orders . And still had a big smile on her face . That girl needs a promotion or a bonus forealz. One more person to shoutout would be Aliza or Alexis ( sorry if I’m. Wrong) she wears glasses . Her and Vicki are the best duo Together when working , both of them need some light shined down on them for the moment but yall get the idea, will definitely make this my Home store

Needed to get something quick to eat after a late practice on a Wednesday. Of course I stopped in for the wings that our recently back on the menu, they have always been a favorite and I was disappointed when they discontinued them. Anyway, I went through the drive-thru and as expected I was informed it would be a 12 minute wait, of course i’m waiting. After paying and waiting, exactly 12 minutes later I have my food in my hand and some dessert that I didn’t order but it sure was a nice treat for the “inconvenience” that didn’t exist. Great people, food was fresh and the same spicy wings I remember.

I eat kids nuggets for lunch every other day. Always good and fresh! Fast and friendly service.

Today, I received prompt services and the prices were fair. I ordered the new mac and cheese $5 fill up bowl. The macaroni was too mushy for my preferred texture; but it tasted good. The chicken was cooked thoroughly. Lastly, the customer service was pleasantly provided.

Went to this location right at noon it was extremely busy and honesty the service was kinda slow I expected them to be more prepared for the lunch hour but I waited for my famous bowl a good 20mins. I only had a hour lunch so wasn't to happy. But food was hot and fresh so that kinda made up for me having to rush back to work and eat in 15mins.

The chicken pot pie 🥧 was tasty, flaky, and fresh tasting. Hit out the oven goodness. Just what I needed to refuel after a day of pet sitting.😋

Please put more sauce on the nuggets 3 of them out of the whole deal had sauce drizzled on them. Not even covered

Big shout out to Vicky in the drive thru tonight. The crew accidentally got my order way wrong and Vicky was not only quick to fix it, but also made sure to sincerely apologize on their behalf and extended some free items to us for the prolonged wait. The food was then given to us got and fresh and smelling super yummy! Love when you get great service even if it's not perfect in the start💜

Stopped in to grab a bite, and the staff wasn't very friendly. Borderline rude. They forgot most of the food we ordered didn't go back to get it straightened out. Didn't want the headache.

The guy behind the count was somewhat rude when asking what we wanted. Loud and rude. Tables were not cleaned after customers left or the floors for the matter. Most of them just walked around. My guess is they were waiting on orders but even then they could've clean floors and tables. When customers did come in they would tell them they didn't have this or that. There was yelling in the cooking area like a fight was about to happen. The food was good, just the environment was not KFC.

When we showed we had to wait 15 minutes before our order was even taken. When we got our food, I had to wait 5 minutes to ask for a spoon. I had to get the manager who was sitting at a table working on reports to get up and get me a spoon. The best service appeared to be at the drive thru. I saw several other people have the same dine in experience.

Ordered a meal on line they forgot sauces, they only filled the fries halfway in the package and the nuggets are extremely small.

They need to get their shelves together. This is the third time. I got home and seen there was no biscuit.... Not that I would miss you very much most of them are like little bricks.

To manager: I have been here before several times and had no problems. Today chicken was rough and greasy on bottom side. I could tell it had been sitting there for hours. Went back to counter and ordered a third piece and when lady asked for original or crispy I told her I wanted the most fresh. I got a piece that was as bad as the first two. I usually have enough with two pieces but because I could not eat the bottom of chicken I ordered a third. Parking lot really needs attention. There are several pot holes. I’m not posting these comments to put you down but because I know a good manager wants to hear not so much the good but more of the bad so they can know how to improve. Will come back.

Ordered the Tuesday special since it seemed simple. Wrong. The special includes 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides (I got double mash potatoes), and 4 biscuits. Was missing 1 piece of chicken and there was no gravy for the mash potatoes. Also the breading was falling off the chicken and was very squishy...we had to strip off the skin and eat the meat. Strange.

Today I decided to use the KFC app and get a pick up order from 215 University Avenue KFC. Normally I have a decent experience going through their drive-thru. Well I arrived when my order said it was ready at around 1 PM. There was only one small family in front of me and I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my order that was already ready and getting cold. I finally got it and was missing an item and got the wrong drink. I got in my car to leave and decided to check and make sure my spicy chicken sandwich was correct, which it was, but there is MOLD on the sandwich bag!!!! I decided it wasn’t worth it to go back in as I was already annoyed by everything else that happened. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed and I really hope they see this because there is no way anyone should be served anything with MOLD ON IT.

Slowest service chain in lubbock, employees look and act like they don't even want to be employed here. standing at register with employee in front of me and I had to ask if I could place an order after standing in front of him for 7 min. Replied with a sigh and "sure" talk about hospitality and making you feel welcomed.... sad service... next time I'll just go to Church's or Popeyes.

I have eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken when the Mr Sanders open years and years ago and I have always LOVED IT, but today 9/23/25 was the WORST CHICKEN I EVER ATE!! It was AWFUL !!! It didn’t even take right or even CLOSE TO ORGINAL, glad my wife didn’t eat cause it was A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY! I will feed it to my dog! If she will eat it! Half the order wasn't put on the computer since he didn't repeat it back we had no clue until we got our receipt. The tables were dirty. Had to ask for butter. Chicken was not hot. Luke warm at best. While waiting for our order I was brought out of my trance by the employee yelling across the room asking if I had a problem. I didn't but kinda do now.

Placed an online order and I allowed extra time as it was a big order. I get there to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes before it works be ready. We wait. Come in to ask abt my order & another customer is getting a refund for 2 crispy legs that they couldn't produce. As I'm waiting my turn they send out a drive thru order who got there after we did! Then we ask for a refund & they can't give one since we ordered thru the app. We're told if no one claims the meal on 5 days we can get a refund. I look at the app & it says my order was completed. The manager then said he'd make our meal personally & did. Then forgot a side, good thing we looked at our order to check if we got everything. After an hour and 15 minutes we finally get ALL of our order. Never again will we visit that location!!!

I didn't actually go here in person but I ordered from this store on doordash. I ordered the 8pc chicken and 8 piece tender combo with a large side of macaroni and cheese. The bag was sealed when it arrived and we didn't get our Mac and cheese, sauces, or biscuits. I normally wouldn't bother writing a review on a doordash order but this was very disappointing as all three of my kids wanted the Mac and cheese and biscuits. Do better people.

My husband went to pick up our chicken dinner. We didn't get the variety we ordered, and we ordered the crispy chicken, it was the original. It tasted old like it was made for someone else. We're very unhappy with the order. We paid alot for this meal and I think we should get reimbursed for at least part of it. Oh and the biscuits were hard like hockey pucks. I feel like someone pulled a fast one on my husband

Didn’t get my food and the manager likes being a total tool, all in all not going again. I worked at a kfc and this is not what we did but hey if they want to lose customers by all means go ahead. Heck, by the looks of it you guys already have a bad rep smh.

Burnt chicken all of it asked for extra crispy never going back again, spent 22 dollars for nothing. Will not be going back. The 20 dollar big box was a waste. The whole family has trouble eating it, it either set out to long, or they had old grease. Either way it was burnt and not good. The maconrini and cheese was okay, try to call talk to a manager no one answered.

I went through the drive thru today Monday 10-11-21 and the food was disgusting. The biscuits were hard, they only had sweet or unsweetened tea and the chicken was the worst part of the meal. It was dry and tasted and smelled like it was cooked in old grease. After ordering a 3 piece, I only ate 1 bite of a biscuit and 1 bite of the chicken and I just threw it away. I don't know why at lunch time the food would be so horrible. The employees either need more training on how to be prepared for the lunch hour or they need new employees who actually care about the customers. If these things are fixed then they might actually have a line of cars willing to wait.

My daughter ordered an 8 piece mixed meal. She got 2 wings, 2 legs and 4 thighs. What happened to the breasts? The biscuits were so hard we couldn't eat them and the person who waited on her was rude. Won't go there anymore and will be sure to share our experience with anyone that will listen.

I saw the tv advertisement on honey/BBQ chicken nuggets. I headed to the nearest KFC location on university. Sadly to say this place has seen better days. The dining room was a hot dirty mess. Looked like the floor hadn’t been swept and mopped in years tables needed cleaning. The soda machine was out of order. I should have left but I went ahead and ordered the famous bowl. Potato and corn were cold. The nuggets tasted like rubber, they were harbor tasting. I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully there is another KFC location out there that will serve better food quality and cleanness.

My order was not ready, they were not busy, the floors were wet front and in the kitchen the trash was over flowing. The girl that helped me needs customer service training I ordered 3 extra sauces and dis not get them I asked about them she Sid they are in there and walked off. There were 4 gentlemen standing behind the counter doing nothing I will never use thus KFC again they are very unprofessional in NY opinion.

Waited over 30 mins in the lobby for a online order. The employees openly mocked every order that came through the drive thru. Lady stood at the counter for 15 mins before say " do I need to go through the drive thru to get service here!". Guy didn't even look at her and said "no I got u" 10 mins later he asked her name. The employees openly groning and complain about there job. The manager either is lazy or can't control his crew! This is disgraceful! Won't be coming back again !

I always hate to say something like this, but I was not the right demographic going in to this establishment. The fact that I did not speak Spanish cost quite a few issues when I went to order. They were very nice and they pointed at the menu to try and communicate with me but was very uncomfortable. I got my food super quick wife before. I could even get ice in my cup. The problem with that was my chicken sky was a little under and my chicken leg was way over cooked. My mashed potatoes were so Gray and grimy. Didn't actually taste it like really weird grits

Got a classic chicken sandwich last night on my brake was way over cooked could not hardly bite n to it fires were cooled when I got them off the line. Buns were steal as well I even got sick on the way home form work last night form it. Please watch ur food n act like u at least care

Waited in like for nearly 15 minutes. I was the only car in line at the time one patron inside. I don’t what the hold up was considering there was clearly chicken and other items out and in the hot food areas. I only know because I went in to get a refund since the drive thru was five car deep at this point with someone else waiting for food behind me also not at the window.

Absolutely worst establishment to exist! I waited 1 hour for my online take out order and after the hour wait they still didn’t know what I ordered. 🤣 It’s absolute joke and trash location.

Worse customer service ever, has been like this for many years. Thought I would give Thema try again, been 4 years since I been there, yep nothing has changed. Waited over 20 minutes for a wait that was supposed to be 5 to 9 minutes, so decided to go inside just in case they forgot me but not a single employee acknowledged me or even came up. I wasn't furious until then. Then they gVe me a drink that they had obviously prepped for .y order but sat St the window for over 20 minutes.

Not a very friendly establishment, no welcoming atmosphere, and the service was not excellent. I was treated like I was a bother and was RUSHED to order.I didn’t get all my food like I ordered. absolutely love KFC but I would really recommend a store visit form a RELIABLE district manager. The culture and the structure of this establishment need’s immediate attention.

The restaurant was dirty. The grease hasn’t been changed because our food had nasty brown grease. They messed up my wife’s order so bad she threw it in the trash. We won’t be going back to any of your locations.

Lady at the drive through .. was very rude.. I order the Nashville tenders and it tasted so burnt , , the seasoning so burnt, didn't feel hot just warm and probably was not fresh... no sauce, no pickles the biscuit is falling apart french fries were cold. This is worst. I should’ve thrown my food I ordered and gotten my money. After I ordered the young man told me to pull up by door. I did. Then another guy he looks feminine told me to park out front. I do. They forgot me. Food service is awful. Food looks dry, don’t go here. I should’ve have gone to the one on 50th I was given them a chance. This is isn’t the 1st time. Close this facility down.
