Did drive thru. Line moved fast, food was good. I had 2 bad experiences in a McDonald's in another town in the last month, so the good experience at this location was especially welcomed.
Had an issue with the app payment not being approved in the drive thru, then tried both of my cards twice to have them both declined. So no food for us.😔 After getting home and checking with my bank, and getting verification that the original payment did indeed go thru, we headed back to the restaurant. I explained my issue and the manager kindly put in a reorder of our meal at no charge. We also received a few cookies as a bonus for our trouble. We decided to eat in the restaurant and saw the staff being helpful and gracious to all the customers. We've been loyal to our hometown McDonald's for years, and will continue to be. Today's experience was great and very appreciated.
I am so impressed with this location! I needed a lunch item and it was not lunchtime. They went above and beyond to help me! Excellent service!

I work about 4 minutes away from this McDonald’s and go here pretty often. I’ve ordered small stuff like just fries to big orders such as twenty McChickens and I have always had an very good experience with the orders and the customer services. Great place and one of the best McDonald’s I know of in the twin cities area. Sadly most people don’t give high ratings and only rate a place if they had a bad experience. If everyone rated this place I guarantee it would be at-least 4.5 stars.

I stop here often for my kids and the staff is always very friendly especially in the morning. They always are cranking food out. I’ve had excellent experiences here which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. On top of that the orders are always accurate.

I pick up breakfast for my work every Monday morning from this location. Never had a problem with my order, always quick and fast. Staff actually seems like they care and are always nice.
Ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins, without the muffins. I'm gluten sensitive and can eat these without any issues. So good. I wish they served them all day.
Not sure what all the hate is about. Guy told me he would give me 10 pc mcnuggets for $1 if I just used the app and he waited patiently while I downloaded it and signed up. And then he walked me through exactly where to go to tell him the code for the deal, all of which happened in the drive-thru no cap
Fast service , almost always accurate with my orders. Foods almost always fresh. Have had 4 out of 20 times of getting fries that were old. Love the cookies but can never order them on your computerized checkout kias. If the kids working there notice you at the counter standing at the tills...then you can order , employees need to smile, more and be trained, on what it means to work in customer service ,and how to interact with their customers. .
Great customer service tonight for our quick meal tonight! The lady that brought us our dine in meal to the table said the large fries we ordered were not hot. We said that's okay no problem. She came back over to our table and gave us another order of fresh hot fries.
I haven't been to a McDonald's in about 5 years. This location was very clean and now has large screens inside where you self order. All orders go through the screen. If you have a coupon or cash you can choose to pay at the register, otherwise you can pay at the terminal with a debit or credit card. It's easy to navigate and pretty slick as you can select add-on's such as pickles to your chicken sandwich without creating a complicated order communicating it to a person. They were busy last night and there was a wait for our order but the staff was very friendly, apologetic, and working hard to get orders done. We got the mango smoothies and my daughter thought it tasted just as good as more expensive competitors who just sell smoothies.
This is the first time, I have entered this facility since the new ownership took over. Let me say, it's literally 1000 x better than the old owners. the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, employees appeared to be clean and everyone was polite. I used to drive to Lakeville's McDonalds because Farmington's McDonalds was a Joke...the new owners i'm praying will keep this place clean, employed and strive to change the minds of the Farmington residence.
I usually stop here. I’m majority days out of the week Because I work nearby Every day I’ve had amazing service until today. I walked up to the counter because I did not get my receipt(Just to see what number I had )from Order a station And the person that I was greeted by was highly disrespectful and very rude usually it is amazing service. I just hope the lady was just having a bad day. And is usually not like that
The burritos we ordered were very old. The cheese was dark orange. It was actually kinda gross....service was great though.
We order the same happy meals for my kids each time we stop here - one with a cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece chicken nuggets. Only half of our orders over the last 4 visits have been correct.
Very hit or miss and has been for years. For the longest time they'd always get my order wrong but lately that aspect has been fine. Now though if I get a burger it ends up insanely greasy even for McDonald's.
This place gets orders wrong constantly
I wish they would put the iced tea and sweet tea back on the drink counters in most restaurants. Summer is here and it is a pain to have to wait to have someone make your drink when the customers should be able to just like soft drinks. Most times they don't put enough ice in the cup or they won't make it specific to how you want it. Sometimes it is just too sweet and I want to dilute it my way with either more water or unsweet tea. Also, when in the drive-thru, if an order isn't ready by the time they pull up to the window, they should pull the car ahead to the waiting zone instead of making someone that orders only a beverage wait 3-5 minutes in line because the staff doesn't want to deliver an order outside. Very frustrating!!
I get it, the employees deal with a lot and aren't making a living wage, but I don't think I've ever had an order correctly made - something is always missing. Just don't leave the parking lot before checking your order.
This is one of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been at. There have been times, that it has taken more than 15mins to order and get food in the drive through. Often order mistakes. Most employees act like they don't care, and have terribl just saying have a good day, or addressing you at alla Many times when it rains, they only take cash, as their credit machines are not working. The call and comment line, goes directly to the store. Their manger claimed the delays are due to larger order averages, and old refurbished equipment. If there was another store less than 15 mins away, I would go there. I'm sure I could get three Subway foot long's quicker than the meal deals here.
Order a large drink(coke) and a small. Both drinks was only fill up and still have a 2 inch open clearance gap that can still be fill. Mostly ice was put in. After eating, i check and there were no napkins inside the bags.
Not a single person at this store understands what a double hamburger is. I tried for the 4th time today to order a double hamburger and once again they ring it up wrong. I tried to use the kiosk so that no one would mess it up but they were all closed. The MANAGER rings me up a mcdouble when I said a double hamburger. So once again I get cheese when I don't want cheese nor do I want to pay the extra cents for something I don't want. Previously I had a manager ring me up for the two cheeseburger meal when I said a double hamburger. I worked at McDonald's so idk how they all don't know what it is. Also it is very rare for their second drive thru lane to be open. I guess I will go back to avoiding this McDonald's.
Several people told me this location has been poorly run for years. Tried it twice in two days. First order, big mac wasnt even assembled correctly how hard is that and cold fries. Second order, did contactless curbside and after waiting 15 min, pulled to drive thru to ask why long wait, was told I have to go thru drive thru first. That's not how contactless curbside works. She was rude about it, so are somewhere else. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I don't go often, but when I do this particular location is the closest. Although the service is friendly, the wait tends to be long, and more often than not the order is wrong. Most of the issues happen in the drive through, but I can also say that on a couple of the occasions I ate inside there were people coming in from the drive through complaining about an order being wrong. The last time I went through I ended up behind a really nice mercedes with a custom plate that had something to do with McDonalds, so I'm guessing maybe franchise owner?? Anyway, the person ordered a drink of sorts and then sat there at the window talking to one of the workers for a good 7 or 8 minutes while a line of cars piled up behind her... seriously? I should have just laid on the horn, but waited cause I thought maybe there was more of an order coming, turns out there wasn't, just idle chit chat while the rest of us waited.
Too much Mayo, mustard and ketchup on my quarter pounder. Felt like a was eating soup with my hands, spilling out everywhere. That’s why I only ate half of it. Also got doordash from here once and ordered a bacon burger and got a basic cheeseburger. Was pretty disappointed and angered. I should’ve known better, it’s McDonald’s. They should change their slogan to “McDonald’s: the king of getting your order wrong and/or forgetting an item.” At least it would be honest and a more accurate reflection of their business.
We love McD coffee especially, however Sunday we had some chicken strips to share and when our order was delivered to our table there were no napkins on the tray so my wife went to get a couple but the dispenser was empty and told a staff person who responded that they didn't have any. Seemed to us to be so sad doing the Sunday lunch crowd without napkins. Wouldn't the supply be inventoried by the previous day manager? Looked like the kids were running it instead. Almost every table was in need of being cleaned. The cleanest table we found had ketchup on the wall. Once again shake machine was down and the newest food item, glazed tenders, we're not available. Restaurant was not busy. There were no cups for the ketchup, when an employee was informed, she brought out 4, which didn't matter due to the ketchup dispenser being empty. 2 stars due to our order being correct.
Went for coffee and a gift card at 5:30 am. No other customers were in the restaurant, except for one other man that walked in after me. However, it took over ten minutes before we walked out the door. While the 2 staff persons were very nice, neither seemed very confident on the register. I had similar problems with the early morning service here years ago, and it doesn't seem like they've figured it out yet.
I am personally not a huge fan of McDonald's but that's not the reason it's bad. McDonald's is a good quick food option if you need it. Cheap and easy but every time I go to this McDonald's they never get my order right.

I was picking an order up for DoorDash and it was around 9:30pm so the inside lobby was empty. The staff was extremely unprofessional yelling and cursing at each other. I waited at the front for over 5 minutes without being greeted until I finally asked for help. Staff was really unfriendly and unhelpful. I would avoid picking up orders from here just to avoid this...
If i could give a rating of zero i would. This is the last time we are eating here. We live 5 min away and have been here off and on the last couple years since they opened up shop here in farmington and the food is always horrible. Last night was the last straw. Nobody was in the drive through line it was about 945pm (close at 11p). Ordered 3 meals and they said they didn't have powerade. When in fact I know they do, so got Mello yellows instead. Total came to $21. They said they needed to throw down the chicken sandwich, so if we wanted something different or if we don't mind waiting 5 min. Said we didn't mind waiting. (Don't mind waiting at any point for good food and I don't expect the food to be done right away) So we got our drinks and pulled up to the waiting line. Waited for our food about 5 min and left for home. Got home (not even 5 min away) and started eating to find on both sandwiches buns hard as rocks cold burgers and the chicken that we were waiting for was burnt and dark. And my to top it off halfway through my burger I pull out with my mouth a finger sized plastic peice of some sort of wrapper!! I stopped eating after that. We didn't finish our meals..again. Also both of our drinks were crap, just carbination. Waste of time,gas and money. We called the store back to tell them of the situation. They said sorry and wanted to give us coupons!! Coupons....yeah no we are not going back ever again. This is not the first time the food has been discussing have found hair in my burger a couple months ago too. I know for a fact it wasn't mine. To top it off they have staff with uinforms on cutting the grass and weed whipping in the summer!! I totally want my food being handled by someone that has grass shreads all over them! Presentation, service, food,training and safety ( both staff and management need to know how to operate and handle food properly....all of it needs to change). Paying $10-$12hr for staff who are not knowlagable or trained properly who dont give a crap about their job is ridiculous. I have worked in the food industry for years and find all of this apawling, disrespectful and not to mention health violations. Especially after reading other customers experiences. Give a crap about your job people!! Corporate needs to step in and have an overhaul before we even consider about coming back again.
if ordering family amount of food I would double check your order if using drive thru. That last few weeks, every time we go they forget something. It used to be before we got home we'd realize and go back. Now we check and go inside to get our food. A lot of times our food will be wrong with the sticker saying no onions but indeed having onions. I got a quarter pounder once that had chicken on it instead. Since it's one of 3 fast food restaurants in town, it doesn't really matter.
If I could give zero stars I would. We have had good and horrible experiences here. But the icing on the cake was when I went there this past Saturday. The drive thru was packed and there a bunch of cars in the parking lot. There was a “Sorry We Are Closed” sign on the door yet people were coming out. So my daughter and I walked in (door was unlocked) and some girl looked at me and said “Our lobby is closed. I just don’t have enough staff. Can you go through the drive thru?”. First of all, why does the sign in your door say CLOSED when you are OPEN?? Shouldn’t it say that the lobby is closed but the drive thru is open?? And why was the door unlocked?? If you are not allowing customers to come into the lobby, then lock the door! I’m not sure how this store has remained open.
The Farmington, MN location should not be open or have hire new people. I went there to get a shake and the employee said we don't sell shakes anymore because there machine is "broken" which happens quite a bit. This has not been the first time we heard this. I think that they just dont want to make shakes after 8 p.m. We didn't order anything because of that and when we were pulling around to leave there was 5 vehicles waiting for food. I think their shake machine was working just fine and all the employees are just lazy and dont want to so there job. They have always been rude when you order too. I am not the only person to complains it is on our local Farmington Facebook page.
We are truck drivers and went in to get food. So we've dealt with rude people.. The lady at the register didn't know what she was doing because it seemed she was new, and that was ok, but when she asked for help everyone was rude and very short with her including the, im assuming manager named Amy and wouldn't help her. She finally got our order in. Next they over charged for our food so we got the manager Amy, and she had nothing but attitude towards us and rolled her eyes, and threw the money on the counter and stormed back to her office and slammed the door. We asked what her name was and she didn't give it. So we just asked someone else. Amy(the manager) was very rude to all of her employees, and was yelling at everyone and just not being a very good manager. I feel sorry for the people who work under her. We were there on 1/9/21 @ 4pm-415pm
Worst McDonalds restaurant. Serve cold food, orders are always wrong, fries are served half full, and their drink machine is set to fill your cups 2/3 of the way full. When you point out the low drink level they will tell you there is nothing they can do about it. When you call the Manager Amy argues on the phone with you that she does not have time to make sure her employees make the orders correctly. The managers will take your name and address to send coupons for future visits and never sends them. I honest do not know how this location is still in operation. Complete incompetence. If I could give negative stars I would as that is what this location deserves.
Today 10/6/19 at around 2PM they where so short handed that they told me it would be a 20 minute delay. They had about 6 cars in the drive through.I was at the menu board with no one behind me and only one lane open. When is McDonalds going shut this place down or force in new management. It is always out of something. I'm sure one day I will pull up and they will be out of hamburgers. My last time I will go to Arby's
This specific location has terrible drive thru service. They mess up orders nearly every visit. My most recent time eating INSIDE at this location, very well may have deemed it my LAST. The workers behind the counter including the "manager" do not act professional whatsoever. Out of a lobby with sit down guests other than myself, my bf and the two children - The workers were the loudest ones talking rudely about other coworkers who were not there, gossiping, swearing, goofing off.and fooling around to such an extent... They TOO..failed to get peoples orders correct. I had to walk back up to the counter twice for things clearly indicated on the printed 'Dine- In' Receipt and i wasnt even the only one that day who had to do so. I dont recommend this location until they get their sh*t together at least!
The service, accuracy of the order, and the quality of the food has progressively gotten worse! When submitting a driveup window order, a well done fish should be hot and cooked to order, not barely warm and not cooked to order. A #4 with only cheese and Ketchup should be hot and with cheese and ketchup only. French fries should be fresh and hot, not barely warm and tasting like they have been sitting under a heat lamp. Napkins and straws should not have to be asked for. When driveup ordering the customer should not have to continually repeat themselves, and insist that any special order be reflected on the order screen. As a Farmington resident, in the beginning we were excited to have a fast food option available to us. Now we end up disappointed 9 out 10 times we get food from there. One star is generous!
Generally speaking, I don't think anyone has overly high expectations when it comes to McDonald's. This particular location, however, I try to avoid at all costs. The service is terrible, many of the employees are unprofessional and unkempt, and nine times out of ten you can bet your order will be either incorrect, incomplete, or cold. The unfortunate fact that Farmington has very few fast food options - and even less open late - to begin with is surely the only reason this place is still open for business. Tonight I'm writing a review (I've written one before) because I stopped here on my way home from a long Friday at work, and at 11:45 pm nobody answered at the drive thru- online it says they are open until midnight. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else!
I understand how some locations are better than others as far as accuracy goes, and this one is pretty bad- but what is inexcusable is not keeping your posted hours. If you're willing to either walk in or drive through depending on how they feel that day, you can reliably get food from about 9am, to about 8pm. I have NEVER been served during the first or last hour of the posted hours
We have always had slow service... But these last two times have been the cherry on top. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through - in a line of eight or nine cars - before we finally left. Now this morning, they are moving at less than a snails pace. We even tried dining in... Not any better. Can this McDonald's get some corporate help fixing it's service??
The girl working with the long braid was so absolutely rude. She told me to pull forward! I questioned my "white" chocolate shake. When she brought it out I told her i didn't receive my mellow yellow. She said ok. Never brought it out. Went through drive through to get it. Apparently now days they cannot fill a cup with pop. She told me my pop was at least 25 out. And that I would need to pull forward again. Unreal. This girl has much to learn about customer service. She even raised her voice at me. Please child.
This place is absolutely terrible. They always get orders wrong. Literally every single time. They barely put any ketchup or mustard on their burgers. The employees are young kids that just stand around and talk to each other, and take their sweet time to make your order. I used to work here and I quit after about 5 weeks. I couldn’t handle the way the managers and employees communicated, and they didn’t properly train me. I felt clueless and like I couldn’t help because I literally didn’t know what to do and had to ask everyone. Save yourself the trouble and don’t eat here or work here.
I don't even want to give them 1 star but in order to to say how much this place sucks!! We just had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for 2 pops, not coffee, not a frape, 2 flipping pops, sodas whatever ya call it. They don't listen to people's orders. Charge whatever they want and then get an attitude when you tell them they entered it wrong!! I would say they need an adult working there but pretty I sure I saw ONE and she was just as bad!! Try calling? Good luck, NO ONE ANSWERS!! This place is a joke!!
Yesterday was my last visit to this McDonalds. They consistently ( >50%) get the order wrong. On my most recent visit I waited over 25 minutes in the car delivery spot. When they finally brought my order it was missing a large fry. I then pulled through the driveway and told them what I was missing. Instead of offering to bring out the fry they asked me to pull back through the drive thru where I sat for another 10 minutes in line. 35-40 minutes for two value meals seems a little ridiculous.
Every time my family has ordered food from this location, there has always been a complication with the order. The items ordered will be incorrect, or we simply will not receive them at all. Each time it is incorrect, we will simply go back to the location and politely have our order corrected. Today, we were met by the GM at the window who accused my aunt of "continuously having issues with the food" and that she is "always extremely rude to the staff". My aunt previously worked at this location and every time we go there, she has positive conversations with the staff and expresses how proud she is of them for their work achievements. When my aunt argued her case, the GM told her that she is "no longer able to come to that location" and that she'll "be filing a police report against her", and slammed the window shut. Also,this time, I recieved a blue raspberry slushie and once I started drinking it, I noticed small green and brown bits mixed into the drink. I am absolutely disgusted and with the service of this location.
Drive thru was really slow, took about 20 min for food. It's busy no big deal. But I order some nuggets and I even asked to make sure the sauce was in the bag. A very snobby lady Replied that it was upon looking in the bag when I got home found out that it definitely was not in the bag. A tip of advice if you don't like your job find a different one.
As a former Employee at McDonald's. This store did not meet the standards that it should... we went through the drive thru and my shake was not at all mixed and would not be servible at the place I went to. All the chocolate was at the bottom and it looked like it was in layers. The fries we got were slightly overcooked and not as good as they could've been. My younger sister ordered a regular cheeseburger and got it plain. I asked for a number 2 with no onions and pickles and instead got everything with bacon. Which I know is plenty more complicated then just taking off the lettuce and the onions. This is the second review I've ever written but I only do this when EVERYTHING is screwed up. Which is what happened today. I hope the store can improve from my feedback. Thank you.
What a joke, wait 30 min for food to have order messed up, I've tried to give this location a chance,. Think they've only gotten meal right one time. Management should be ashamed. Rude,no apologies for anything even with management there. I'm willing to drive to another location to avoid them.
I came in today around 610pm on 09/15/19. I ordered a fair amount of food. I was very specific with my order on what i wanted. I ordered a mcchicken and the cashier at the window said you want a caramel frappe? I said no i want a mcchicken Not sure how the two sound similar. Anyway i ordered a large double quarter pound meal plain no cheeseThey gave me a medium a drink and didn't even fill the a quarter of the fries in the large fries i got it was 1/4 full. They didn't offer a drink carrier and i had 5 drinks. Then instead of informing me at the 2nd window the apple pies would take 10 minutes they had me pull to the side. The crew member who came out to my car did inform me of this and offered something instead. On that he did a good job and good customer service. I get home amd the bag tears because they over filled the bag the icecream dripped and i had no napkins no my bag. So i ignored all that and was just happy to get my food. I get inside and they made my sandwhich wrong. I tried calling but the phone went to the busy tone. So i drive down explain the situation to the cashier who then goes go explain to the manager who is on the fry station. Instead of offering to fix the sandwhich. She said i should.of orderd it plain no cheese and i did order that way but it was not rung up that way. So i asked for a refund which they seemed reluctant to do. So It this point i just want my refund. I ask the manager what the number phone number is too the store she said she didnt know the number. The reason i asked was to see of the phones were working. And informed her the lines gave the busy tone. She gave me my refund and didn't acknowledge anything i said. The manager had poor customer service but the crew memebers did. How disappointing. I will not be stopping at this location this is a T&K franchise location. The lone oak locatiom in eagan does a fantastic job!. Thia location needs to be really.looked and at and retrained. I mean i. Not expexting 5 star treatment just my food made right and for the manager to not be so reluctant to resolve situations like this and too actually take a little.pride in thier work. Instead of the not caring attitude.
We got there at 7:30 - 7:45 pm. I walked into the restroom and the smell in there was aweful! Bad! Terrible! The seating are was really dirty. All the tables were dirty. They didn't have napkins in the dispenser at all and the pop counter was filthy. It was seriously gross.
This place used to be good and is getting better, but on two visits their credit card machine was down, they close the second "always open" drivethru lane at 8. They seem annoyed if you order from them past 8. Recently my wife went there for 20 cheese burgers (feeding the movers), she waited five minutes at the drive through no one responded and when she came in to order the cashier was rude and the fry cook kept on glaring at her. I called to complain no one answered and did one of those "We care" surveys and never received a call back. I know for certain this is a management problem, I honestly don't think they have a manager. If they do they definitely do not work nights and apparently don't care about complaints. On a brighter note, I have never had an issue their in the morning or afternoon and always receive great service during those times.
Wow, I can't believe the experience I just has with this restaurant. I didn't do anything but order my food and drive to the second window to pay instead of the first. The manager was rude and refuse to give me her name. Sad part about it, is that her general manager was standing right by her. He apologized for her behavior but does he feel that was enough. How could you allow your mangers to be rude to customer especially if they didn't do anything to deserve it.
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! I'm not writing this review after 1 incident! I'm writing this after multiple! They have been out of simple things the last 5 times I've been there such as coke, fries, ice and shakes! This is ridiculous. They are upfront about it so that is not what I am reviewing. What really makes me upset is the super slow service and the fact that they don't care, the quality of the food you get which is colder then room temp if you wait more than 5 minutes to eat it. They always forget something like your fries or your sandwich or multiple things in a kids meal. I've let it go since I hoped it was a one off situation, but it definitely is not. This whole McDonald's is a mistake and should be shut down. I will never go back and will tell everyone the same. Lakeville McDonald's off of cedar is a short distance and 100 times better than the idiots running and working at this place. And the lakeville McDonald's isn't even that great either so that should tell you something.
I went there today, this is how it went. I ordered a 10 piece chicken, only 7 were in there. The milk was expired and the fries were burnt. My grandma got a big mack and the meet was moldy/rotten. On the receipt it said a number, so I called it and asked for my money back and they hung up on me. 40 dollars gone off of 2 meals. Also they gave us the wrong drinks. I'm really upset
We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals with no drinks and the person taking our order was flustered with that. We then pulled up to pay and they had no idea who we are and had to wait so they could find our order. They then asked if we wanted a receipt and I said yes but she said that the machine broke and couldn't get one out. We then got up to the second window and they asked us to move up to the parking spots (which was unnecessary because no one drove past us). When they came out with the food the fries were wrong and instead of fixing it she told us we needed to go back around the drive thru again. I was so mad at this point and drove away just to find out I paid for 2 large fries and a double quarter pounder with cheese and got 2 medium fried and a single quarter pounder with cheese. This place just rips you off. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.
Why are they running out of chicken strips and nuggets? Twice in the last week who’s managing this!!!! Also don't you think it’s time to invest in a new ice cream machine? With all these issues it’s no wonder you’ve been closing the drive thru and restruant early. This is unfair to the employees who are put in this situation I try my best not to blow up at them knowing it’s the ownership putting them in this horrible situation..........
Spent almost 10 minutes at pickup window for 2 kids happy meals, mcchicken, med fry and a double smokehouse (no special requests). Received no explanation of why it took so long (it happens, I understand). When we got home I opened the box to the smokehouse and half of one patty was sitting on top of the wrapper that was on top of the bun. Neither happy meal had the yogurt in it either (nothing for the side). never coming back to this location.
Today is the second time I ordered one of the all day breakfast items at 11:30. I should've learned the first time. The Sausage McMuffin was hard, cold and absolutely not edible. I went took it to go and couldn't go back and complain. Take some pride in the food you're serving. I do NOT recommend eating at this McDonald's.
This is the worst place ever. Cold greasy fries,quarterpounder loaded with ketchup even requested no ketchup. Don't try and call they won't answer the phone. You can go back thru the drive thru if you want to sit and wait in line for another 30 minutes . Doors are always locked for inside. Just close the place,it has become a big joke.. zero stars would be the appropriate number.
Told to pull around in line been sitting here for 25 minutes. Had 19 cars go through without being told to pull around. Only order 4 sauasage, egg, sandwiches and 4 has browns. Any other time u can get the food in line. Saw people leaving eating sandwiches so guess they got my sandwiches. Very rude to make the people that pull around wait 25 minutes to get their food
Glad you asked. Ordered a Coke, got to the window and they said they didn't have any ice. Asked for my money back and evidently no one knew how to do a refund. Decided they would check in the back for ice. Surprise surprise some magically appeared. I guessing someone was too lazy to fill it. I'm sure the customer behind me was thrilled to wait for his food.
I see a lot of reviews on here but I doubt that they've ever been followed up on today I went to McDonald's in Farmington and I went through the drive-up when I pulled around I wanted to grab my fish sandwich and it was cold and it was like cardboard it was not fresh at all so I pulled around to parked went in and there was a sweet little older lady there and anyway I gave it to her while she gave it to the person that was at the window and they were not happy about having to remake that I said it's cold it's not fresh and for four bucks it better be. So anyway they took back the sandwich in the the older lady standing behind the cash register said yeah this group gets a little lazy and I looked around the corner to make sure that they're making a fresh sandwich and yeah the four that were back there I can understand what she's saying they need to be replaced.
This place has gone down hill. EVERY time you get the wrong food. When you order a large Coke you expect to get it filled, not half full. Then the rude teenage boy at the window says they're all the same price 😡. When I told him it doesn't matter, it's about customer service, he repeated that all drinks are the same price. If I was staying to eat in, I wouldn't mind filling or refilling myself. When you get the meals, completely wrong order. The owner needs to get involved because the manager made excuses too when I still had to go inside and get it fixed. Customer service people, customer service! If your rude teenager bought a new phone, he'd expect a battery to be in it - please tell him that!
Gave me wrong happy meal. Luckily the person behind me got ours and we swapped without having to go inside. They also gave regular coke instead of diet. This location has mistakes on over 90% of my transactions with them. I ordered an egg mcmuffin and got only egg and cheese, ordered a suasauge egg mcmuffin, and was charged for it, and received the dollar menu version with no egg, the list continues. The new process where they bring the food directly to your table has made things worse, as I still need to go up to the counter to get the missing items they always forget.
I have had several bad experiences at this resturant, and I use the term loosely. Our strategy when we do go there is to make our order as easy as possible. We simply order 2 of whatever we decide to order. I have worked in the fast food industry myself, and I understand how you make it a successful place to work. Evidently the management would rather hire sub standard employees that could not care less about your order. The turn over of employees is astonishing. In short. This place stinks. Do yourself a favor and drive to Lakeville if you want McDonalds
I would give zeros but you cant on these ratings. I have ignored the long 10 - 15 mon regular wait periods to get through this fast food joint from the order to the grab and go. I know that the longest thing that takes to cook are the chiken tenders and those took 6 mins in 2005 when I worked at a McDonald's as a teenager. It should never take over 20 minutes for some one to be served food at a fast food restaurant. my wait time was 25 minutes and I lost my ahit and went in to ask for a refund. The excuse I got was an employee must of taken my food when they left and yet they still didnt bring me new made food. This place has been going under for a while and I dont see it changing. I could of drove to the next closest McDonald's and been served my food before they ever did anything about it.
Super frothy shakes, we wondered if they ran out of ice cream and mixed in a bunch of whipped cream instead. Not to mention poorly constructed sandwiches on all three orders. They stuck a quarter pounder on it's side in the bag which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't come in cardboard boxes all loose and moving around. :P Do yourself a favor and try another location, McDonald's are everywhere.
These savages always forget something in my order. Double check your order if you dare give them your business. 03/07/21 update: 25 minute trip through the drive thru. Employees were very rude.
Slow, slow .. I had to wait for 25mns to get food for doordash. They should know better that order must be done before driver arrive. Need better management soon. No more to this place until they fix the slowing problem! Or better yet fire them all!
I had heard the horrible stories about this McDonald's before but today I got to experience it. I don't think it was an employee issue as much as it is an management or ownership issue. Arrived at 10:07, finally able to place my order at 10:14, sat around waiting for my food until 10:39. Plus the ice coffee I ordered was not even full.
Everything I have been here I'm always disappointed!!! I always order the same thing and it's always wrong. I make sure to make ot clear that when I order a number 7 meal I'm ALLERGIC to onions, mustard, pickles and ketchup. And what gets out on every darn time? You guessed it. Every time I'm never offered a receipt. When I place my order its always right on the screen and always repeated back correct but yall can't do a simple job.
Ordered on app- said it had technical difficulties so we went in. Waited OVER 20 minutes for food. I politely went to the counter and the girl could barely explain herself was was so overwhelmed. Then received two happy meals without fries. The person leading today (I felt for her) was absolutely frazzled and couldn't keep up. I'm continually let down by this location but my kids love McDonald's and there isn't much in Farmington for fast food but this place is a real let down.
Never fails a McDonald’s can’t get an order correct. I more night I get no dinner, since I trusted them to put 6 sandwiches in a bag got home to find 5, wow not asking much and you charge 10 for a sandwich we didn’t get!!! NEVER EVER AGAIn!!!
Ordered two double cheeseburgers plain. Got all the way home in Lakeville. Realize that I only received two single cheeseburgers that were not plain. When I went back to the store to get my food corrected, they didn't even offer anything extra. Besides just fixing the order. You would think they would throw something extra in 🤷♂️. Oh yeah, and the ones they gave me the 2nd time were cold. Absolutely terrible service
This location is the worst I have ever been to. It has always had problems. Almost every-time I go in I get the wrong order or products, I get over charged and or pay for someone else’s bill, or even at one point a staff member told us to wait and told the cashier there is a really long line I was wondering if you felt like helping out here! That guy can wait. After I had been waiting sometime already just to get a refund. This was a while back I corrected her the gentleman was trying to refund yet another screw up and was helping a customer so no she could wait and maybe go check her attitude. Not sure that person still works there. But get it together guys. I am embarrassed for you. Food was freshly cold by the time I got home thanks to this last misunderstanding. Still waiting for my four dollars off! Other wise I think they do the best they can there….. really they do try don’t get me wrong.
Literally the worst food I've ever gotten from a McDonald's. I rarely go to McDonald's to eat but it was all that was open, so I got a bacon deluxe with fries. First off, there was no bacon... Whatever, I'll live. But both the fries AND the burger tasted like they emptied a whole salt shaker onto them. To the point literally all I could taste was salt. Thanks for reminding me why I never go to this chain. Absolutely disgusting. There's a reason there's a huge sign on the window with a number to call about comments or issues. -5 stars.
Messed our order up three times .. Ending up getting three bags brought out to us . Third bag was the right order . I understand it is a busy place at lunchtime . But the Manager needs to get their act together . If the younger employees keep messing up orders, get your butt outside yourself and hand out the right order with an apology . That's business and your customers will remember that! On a positive note always fresh fries and freshly made food !
If I could give a negative star I would. I went in tonight with my 3 kids for dinner. My daughter wanted a 1 cheeseburger meal, the young girl behind the counter said they had that. After bunching a bunch of buttons she asked what size, I said normal, I don’t want up charges, she said I had to pick a size. Ok, fine, medium. Then she said they don’t have a 1 cheeseburger meal. We started the order over, my son ordered a quarter pounder meal, that was a struggle but a little easier on her. When I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal she said they didn’t have that. I asked when they got rid of it because McDonald’s has had the 2 cheeseburger meal for at least 30 years. She walked away from me, went up to the manager and as loud as she probably could told her manager to "go help that rude, disrespectful person" the manager shushed her but didn't say anything to me. Last I checked, asking questions about a menu YOU SERVE is not rude and disrespectful. I was quite patient with the incompetence they have working the front counter. I can absolutely understand the low ratings at this dump. It doesn't deserve 2.8 stars, it should be closed.
I've rarely gone there and had an easy visit. One of my more recent visits I bought a Big Mac, fries, and a couple chicken sandwiches. My fries were cold and I arrived home to find no Mac. Called them up and was promised some coupons in the mail... still waiting 2 weeks later. What's going on? Should I be expecting less?
Always check your to go orders before leaving as there will be mistakes. It's sad because this location is very closer to our home but the orders take forever and are always wrong or missing items. If/when you call about your order a rude manager will give excuses and hang up on you, I've had this happen multiple times. The last few times we've gone in to order our to go order because it's easier to double check and get it fixed that way. We're starting to drive to a further location to avoid the hassle even though we can walk to this one in two minutes! Really sad, would love to see changes/improvement!
We’ve ordered from here twice in less than a week. Both times they have forgot a 20 piece chicken nugget. I get it, you are busy. At the same time, being a busy location you should get orders right in order to keep your business. The best part, we had to pull ahead to wait, she said “everything is in there” when we tried to check our bags. Everything was NOT there. Granted, we live extremely close but come on! They don’t even offer any kind of credits at all, they just say, stop in and we can get you the other portion. Okay, so I will enjoy all the cold food and just enjoy the hot food you forgot. I’ve read reviews of this McDonald’s and by the looks of it and what I’ve seen of Farmington in the last 5 years, it won’t last long in this location if they don’t get their orders right!
Very slow service. Could waste your lunch break waiting for your order using the app better off going through drive-through. You won’t be sitting for 15-20 minutes waiting for your food.
I just got a mocha frappe, after a couple drinks i noticed that it tasted off. After further inspection I found it was the chocolate syrup that has gone rancid. The fries were also very stale and obviously old. Wait times have been horrendous. I did talk with some of the employees and understand that they are severely understaffed and are working doubles due to no workers. At least untill they have the staffing issue solved, I would avoid. This place used to be decent.
Quite frequently gets orders wrong, forgets sauces, and more. Overall, one of the worst McDonald's in the area.
He tried to pull up after work on me bc I was asking for the xxl fry and he only gave me a normal fry and when I said that he got really irritated and wanted to fight. On top of that My fries were cold and all the other employees were just sitting around. I hate McDonalds
We went to Mcdonalds and the building was closed due to getting renovations inside so we ordered through the app and we're curbside pickup. We tried 3 times and it We would pay and then get a notification saying there was an error on their side and the purchase didn't go through. We ended up going home and said forget it. The moment we get home we get a notification the order is being processed and made. We get back in the car and go the moment we get there and put were there it says something happened in their side and the order was canceled. Super annoying!!
Very disappointed. I came in for breakfast. Had to wait 20 minutes for a big breakfast... Other people waiting for their food are getting upset... Roughly 20 people in the restaurant, I would say half waiting for food... I also see a person doing garbage, Then going into the kitchen, And back to garbage... Then walking food out to waiting cars. But yet, no clean tables, the family next to me had to use wet wipes from their diaper bag to clean the table, and a high chair...
