This is the spot. Dined in, got our usual. Waited a little for fresh food, nice and hot. Meat to lettuce ratio was excellent and everyone seemed nice. Will probably be coming to this location instead of the burnside one because that went way down hill. This was the best T bell I've had in a while.
Today this supervisor helped me with the app and showed me how to get the rewards. I have impairment to my speech he was very patient and considerate during the time it took to guide me through this. It's what customer service is all about. Thank You for your help. You guys are awesome 👍😎
only giving 5 stars just to let you guys know to never go there i recommend any other taco bell in the area other than this one i drive an extra mile just to AVOID this one! terrible customer service, shuts down the whole store when i workers need breaks, always missing items and they will never correct it even as simple as missing a whole item and not correcting it just overall terrible place i HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS TACO BELL
I visited through the drive through and asked about they're cravings boxes and availability. The lady said they have the nacho box and I asked if that came with the taco burrito and nacho fries, she said yes. I waited then was served. No nachos in my box at all. So needless to say I was disappointed. But the gal I received service from was so friendly and nice with a big smile and thank u to me for not only rounding my bill up for local charity but adding another 20 on top of that. I did not go back to complain about the nachos. I'm sure it was an over sight because of my extra donation and her needing help to figure out how-to add that 20 in. Over all it was a good experience.
I just stopped in to grab a snack and kill some time. The gal at the register who took my order was so nice. When no one was in line to order she started cleaning tables and tidying up. She stopped to check on me. I feel like at a fast food establishment this is not a common practice. She had a great sense of humor, excellent customer service skills, and just all-around fun and pleasant lady. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name Korean it seems as though she had been there for some time. She is an older African-American woman. She had a small build her big personality definitely made up for it. Thanks.
Other than the great service at the window, it seemed like the staff was a little "off". We could see the mild frustration from the MOD towards the crew, but it was appropriate. Food took longer than in should, but came out great. Props to the window girl for keeping her cool, and giving us a great visit. Y'all rock.
Quick efficient service even when the line is long in the drive-through. They couldn't given me more sausages but I think it was an excellent value. I always get a five buck box because you get a lot of food for not very much money. It seems pretty fresh and well-made
Always very clean inside the restaurant as well as clean outside the establishment. The workers are always polite and greet customers with a smile. Also they are very quick and error free. (for me at least so far.) I love that they are always open late. Because of my job, I have become a night owl.
Taco Bell 🔔 has been my family favorite restaurant ever since I was a child in the 80s. Delicious fast food is such an American dream. On my way back for another crunch wrap surpreme!!

The crew worked together very quickly and efficiently. I was the only one in the restaurant, so very quiet. Clean, clean, clean, everything was clean!!Thank you. The only thing that fell short was the food, the cheesy burrito was more like a soup wrapped in a tortilla so hard I could not bite through it. Maybe they heated it up for too long? I couldn't eat it. The beefy burrito was great though no problem with that.
We ordered online. What is the Taco Bell app. We ordered the cravings box for $7 what a fabulous deal. It's fantastic that we can order using the app and then just pick up the food add a time that is convenient for us. It seems like they get the orders right when we use the app as opposed to when we order at the drive-thru. I prefer doing that rather than going through the drive-thru.
The super awesome girl that was working drive thru speaker and register at the window tonight at like 11:30 (wish I would’ve got her name bc her bosses need to know how great of a worker she is) provided excellent customer service, she had a great attitude and still was able to keep it fast paced even when it seemed to get super busy out of nowhere. I’m pretty sure this is the first review I’ve ever left (for any company actually) and Taco Bell is lowkey my fav— and I’ve had plenty of good experiences, but I just feel like she deserves some recognition and honestly prolly a raise bc we all know it can be difficult to keep a wonderful attitude when working in customer service esp. when it’s super busy, late, and just dealing w people being …. people. If ya know what I mean. So I hope Taco Bell pls show some appreciation to this girl, & all your good employees bc they deserve it!

This place is really nice. Every time I've been to it, it's been very clean. The service is friendly. The staff often speak Spanish to each other (which I also speak) and they seem to have great camaraderie and are always in a good mood. The food always comes out in a timely manner and is always well put together. They seem to be currently hiring and it looks like a good place to work because of the people. I'll definitely be returning to this location.
If I could give them 200999 stars I would! I ordered a decent size order.. about $35… anyways, I go there to pick up the order for my kids,husband, and myself.. get to the drive up and they say they don’t have my order or even see it.. but the guy working drive through (BRODY) came through and got me my food!!! Thank god! My kids were hungry and ready for bed! So thank you Brody for standing on business lol 🤣 KEEP IT UP

This Taco Bell consistently impresses me with how fast, efficient, and clean it is. The staff always seem to work together smoothly, and my order is ready in no time. The dining area and kitchen are spotless every time I visit, which really shows that they care about quality and customer experience.I’ve been going to Taco Bell for over 20 years, and this location is one of the best I’ve been to it’s nice to see that the great taste and reliable service I’ve loved for decades are still going strong.

Clean store, super friendly service; food was ready quickly; nice, clean, well stocked bathroom; ample parking with wide spaces; lobby was busy but not dirty; nice pick up with friendly welcoming service - he even gave us an extra mango fresca, which was new to me and they were on point. Yum! The managers and associates are doing an excellent job in a super busy area that can sometimes be challenging. Nice job! I'll definitely be back. You guys and gals just make it look easy and I know it's not. I worked a Taco Bell (assembling during peak hours), years ago and you all have much more grace than the team I was on. 😂
Quick, helpful, friendly. Order was right on and fast. Didn't have any problems with order, special requests or payment. Orders the deluxe pack and a meal deal (three Doritos locos). The mini crunch wraps are meh. But enjoyed the visit and will go again. Only reason for a hit on atmosphere is that I didn't go inside and really not much to comment on without an 'N/A' option.

Update: It seems that this Taco Bell either has a new owner or new management. They are once again open regular hours and have the food to make menu items. A new friendlier staff is making consistently better food with fewer mistakes on orders.
Took entirely too long for them to make my cravings box consisting of crunch wrap supreme, Fiesta potatoes & a 5layer burrito. There was only 1 car that was at the drive thru window when I walked inside so for it to take over 10mins to me is not okay

EDIT: 6 months later, I'm happy to say this location has turned it around. The store went through a renovation and after the renovation it seems to be managed much better. Orders are more accurate and the store seems much better staffed. .... Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. There have now been two times when I placed a mobile order for pick-up at this location, and upon arriving the store was closed. Both times, I didn't get my food and I wasn't able to get a refund. Another time, I ordered nachos and they forgot the cheese, but remembered all the other toppings?

All of taco bell has gone downhill. The last nachos I ordered came with rancid chips and they pretty much get something wrong with every order every time. I feel for the employees, you can tell they're trying. But the quality of the food just isn't good.
The folks working there always have a poor attitude towards customers. Simply just ordering something feels like you're disturbing them or being a burden. Also, I know the folks at the store are not responsible for how the app works, but whenever I have ordered thru it there has been an issue and the staff are incredibly unhelpful

Regular taco bell fare. I had a chicken burrito supreme, which I did not like at all. It was nothing but some kind of red sauce...and 4 crunchy tacos that were okay, but nothing like they used to make. They have eliminated most of the food out of them and upped the price. The whole thing was 13 bucks. I could have had good chinese food for that price. I guess this is why I go to Taco Bell maybe two times a year.
Indoor Order by Computer only. It’s a slow computer which has a bad dirty touch screen that adds on upgrades to increase the price. Not recommended. Use drive thru instead.
Good location newly renovated and very clean. I just wish they would pay attention to special requests. Every single time I get the box with the 5 layer burrito in it I ask for no meat swap with refried beans and every time they put beef on it including today! I hate that the only time I ever get my complete order here is when I physically go inside and order it. They have literally stolen over a hundred dollars from me in the past month by only delivering me HALF OF MY ORDER(S), a few times I literally only got three tacos from my order and it was a big order, like it was 6 combo meals SMH. Really? A quesadilla that isn't cut and is covered in unmeleted cheese? I understand that late night orders can be frustrating, but basic product quality should not be sacrificed for the sake of speed with service. Understand that the appeal of certain menu items is all about presentation and style of what one orders. Almost 7 dollars for a quesadilla demands some expectations

Since covid 19, Taco Bell has gone down the hill drastically! Nothing tastes the same! I used to manage multiple taco bell's, and we always cared about our portions and taught our employees the correct portions.. Nowadays, you're lucky if you get 5 strands of cheese on a taco, they have no idea how much meat lettuce cheese or any other ingredients to put on each item they just slap it on and send it out the door.
Why have a take out option in the app when you refuse to open your lobby. The brand new lobby doesn't even look like it's been used. Don't be afraid of opening your lobby and having to bust tables
Don't come here unless you drive. The staff are more focused on the drive thru than the counter. I placed a mobile order before I got something at the counter thru the kiosk, I am not impressed with the service.
This is my local Taco Bell and, unfortunately, they consistently mess up orders - even when using the Taco Bell App. I understand this location can get extremely busy, however, it is very inconvenient to have to take food back to the store due to orders being incorrect, paying for food that wasn't given to you, and flat drinks. On a good note, the staff has always been friendly when going through the drive-thru.

Every time I get food here, they forget something… it’s very frustrating because I’d have to sit in the drive thru verifying everything I ordered is in the bag. they're supposed to open at 7am, today they waited until 7:10 (with multiple cars in line) to finally tell us they weren't taking orders because there were boxes in the way (???). thanks to the 10 minute delay I was both late for work and will be going without breakfast and lunch today (usually order 2 items) if you're going to offer breakfast, you need to be reliable. people have jobs to get to :-/ won't be going back, can't afford to risk missing meals like this again
I've been to this Taco Bell location twice in the last week and the first time it took over 25 minutes to get my order of two tacos and nobody even bothered to inform me there would be such an unreasonable wait...I was just left waiting. And the 2nd time I showed up, the lobby was entirely closed and it took 20 minutes just to get through the drive through. They are obviously having some serious problems with employee turnover which usually means poor management. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes some changes because they are going to lose a lot of business over this, I know I'm done trying to get food here with three other "real fast food" options within a quarter mile. It's just not worth it!
30 minutes passed from the time I ordered until I received my food. At 6PM on a weekday, they had 1 register open, and the attendant was a trainee. There were people in the lobby that were there when I arrived that were still waiting for their food after my order was complete. Meanwhile, the entire time, there seemed to be 2 managers, wearing their Taco Bell Plaid, that were more concerned with applying signage to the windows that helping anyone at the location.
I hate Taco Bell but I started delivering food and this was the worst experience. I waited almost an hour in the drive thru line. The lobby was closed and the dude at the window ignored me 2 times when I asked why things were taking so long. I waisted so much valuable time I could have been delivering other food. I won't be accepting anymore orders from here.
Don't know if they fired everyone and hired a whole fresh batch, but the service here has gone way down in the last couple weeks. The last couple times there has been someone standing at the drive thru window waiting for stuff left out of their order, and then my order was missing items as well. Also not very professional for the manager (I assume) to be verbally berating and swearing at the kid for fixing my order!
Never open when their doors and website say they should be so don't even bother coming to this tacobell unless you want to have to drive to another location. Not sure what's going on here but this has been a consistent problem for 2 years. Get better staff or something.
Wow. What a terrible experience. The drive thru line was really long, so I went inside to order that way, but no one acknowledged me and they only had a computer screen to order from. I found the item I wanted, but I had a question about it and wanted to ask a real person. But again, no one was there to take orders. Super frustrating that some places are going automated and don't even have a person at the front counter. I left without ordering. Will never go back.
Came through The drive-thru last night, ordered the $10 cravings box, a quesadilla, and a crunchwrap. Spent $20. What I ended up with was six of those disgusting black bean burritos and a crunchy taco. They didn't give me a receipt, I'm still mad about it
I ordered my food at the kiosk and it took 25 minutes before I realized it wasn't coming out. I spoke to the manager Rick, he found my order, and handed me a cold bag with my order. I simply just wanted my money back as I do not pay $6 for cold food. He didn't even have the motivation to refund me. Rick pawed it off on his very helpful employee who deserves Rick's position in my opinion. This was a terrible experience and I will never come back to this Taco Bell .
An experience like the one I just had here would leave me enraged, but honestly I'm just perplexed. I very clearly stated our dietary restrictions when I ordered our meals, and I know it makes the order complicated, so I have often had to take my meal back to get the correct item. We discovered the error immediately and didn't even leave the parking lot. This was the first time the server flat out REFUSED to replace the meal, insisting that she remembers what we ordered and that she made it right, despite us offering the food back for her to see it was wrong. She insisted she knew she screwed up one, and only replaced one box, which was made incorrectly AGAIN. When I gave up arguing and accepted that I just wasn't going to eat Taco Bell today, she then flat out refused to take the wasted food back, to make us deal with it in some weird power move. She also tried to start a fight with me for throwing the meal we couldn't eat away in their garbage can. I get people can be rude, but we didn't ask for anything wild, just the meal we paid for Update: Taco Bell had the audacity to send us a $5 coupon as a meager apology. We were quite underwhelmed, but hopefully the refurbishment of this location was money well spent.
I got super sick from eating here never again! This Taco Bell just hired a bunch of new workers first time going there since all the new hires and got my custom order in like 1 min they usually take at-least 5 mins + So I should have known something was up. I'll never eat at this location again.
Just another order gone massively wrong, like all the other one star reviews. Noticed they forgot our chips as soon as we left the drive thru, so we tried to go in and tell them they forgot the chips but the doors to the restaurant were locked. We gave up cause it was just missing chips - no big deal, right? Then on drive home we realized all the meatless tacos we ordered were, you guessed it, full of meat. And they forgot the sauces!! (Not like we had anything to put them on.) Someone needs to put a up a big sign for all the folks in the drive thru warning them to check their order before they drive away, especially if you order anything with beans replacing meat.
Worst Taco Bell ever. The dining room is closed while most are open. They got the order wrong then would not answer the phone or come to the door. They charged for an extra drink and would not refund. They gave me totally wrong food. When they finally gave me tacos with beans instead of meat I looked inside to see about a dozen beans underneath a sea of lettuce. They were rude and did not apologize for failing the order on every level even though I was polite the whole time. I worry about this location and wonder if they are following food safety rules if they cant even provide the most basic service or sincerely try to correct their mistakes.
The food isn’t really the issue at this location. The problem is the consistent 15 minute minimum wait time and for lack of a better term, god awful staff. This Taco Bell is close to my place so I used to go there frequently. Every single time I have (I’d say between 5-8 times) I’ve been stuck in the drive through for at least 15 minutes and when I pull up to the window the employees are always conversating. This isn’t one instance or one employee either this has been multiple occasions of both. Is it too much to ask for people to do their job?
My partner and I were delivering for Uber Eats. We waited about an hour or more in the drive thru and when we finally reached the window we were told the order was lost and they refused to make it. Saying that the system had a glitch and lost the order. Instead of telling all of us waiting what was going on or offering to put the order back in the cue. Some kind of plan, if they didn't know what to do, a supervisor could have been called in to help. The response or lack there of was unexeptable!
So the few times I have gone to this tacobell they have always been out of things like lettuce and there big 12 inch tortias for there cruchwraps as well as this last time when the woman was completely rude to us because we asked what was like something eles on the menu and she started yelling at us about boritos

I wouldn't give them the one star!!! The manager was soo freaking rude.. we waited 30 minutes for 4 burritos. My husband and I, and one other customer. While they served ( no lie) 20-25 cars through the drive... and then got into a arguing match with my husband and I, refusing to give us our refund. It took all of my being to not through the food at windows, on the floor, at her 🤬.... I have never been treated that way by a manager. More worried about their window time then caring for their customers who have been waiting on their food for 30 minutes... women doesn't deserve the store!! I already contacted corporate. i have been waiting for my order for a solid 45 minutes. they are at the window with it closed not even looking at the direction of the window and there is lines of people waiting to get their order they have their drive through as their last priority. as someone who works in fast food it should never take this long to get orders out even in a rush.
this place is ridiculous. they screw up the orders every single time, and they're always out of something popular. i don't know who's running this place, but everyone there should be let go, and a whole new crew hired. for what they're paying fast food employees, this level of non-service and don't care attitude is nuts.
Taco Bell seems to be having serious issues chain wide with ticket times. This location is a top offender. Definitely takes longer than any 1000 car 1999 grand opening of an In n Out or Chick filet. It's become such a serious problem that I avoid Taco Bell at all costs, was a fool to come in for a coupon. And as a delivery driver, my top 3 longest order wait times were all Taco Bell lobby pickups. Of course end of the month too so you can't cancel the pickup or itl throw your driver status. I automatically just don't. As for this Taco Bell, just go to Tecos, 1.50 bean and cheese burritos are almost half the price.
Manager was a rude employee to the doordashers, whom he nor any employee acknowledged. They were in line... a long line. When one of them confronted the manager in asking a simple question, he proceeded with a rude comment about how he doesn't take any door dashers attitide...which he hadn't given an attitude. He kicked him out of the store and said if any of us had an issue, we could drop the dash order and kick rocks
Ordered a "cravings box" amongst other things. Did not receive the nacho cheese BLT at all. Chicken chalupa was somehow below room temperature, actually cold to the touch. Fries were definitely not fresh. Not hot, soft, etc. Called in to let them know. They said if I didn't come back right now, there was nothing they could do. :/ Probably not stopping back at this location on the way home again. Bummer.
Worst Taco Bell ever. I went and ordered four items. I made substitutions to substitute meat out and it took about five minutes for the person to get the order right on the screen. I sat in the drive-through for probably about 30 minutes total. When I got home the order was completely wrong. They all had meat. Went back and the lady was very sweet and redid the whole order. I again sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes and when I got home and order we’re still wrong and all the items had meat. Taco Bell is one of the easiest fast food to the vegetarian and vegan but this one isn’t.
I payed through the app to pick up my lunch. Got an email saying it would be ready at 3:22pm. When I get there no one answers the drive through window but I see an employee outside. She goes inside and I drive up to the window. They just stare at me and do nothing so I knock. And ask to speak to someone they say there closed and I asked for a refund. They do nothing and ignore me till I leave. All I wanted was my money back and a modicum of decency. I always have a problem with this location. I wish it were better since I work right next to it but they constantly treat customers like annoyances.
After 5 minutes of standing and waiting with no one asking me if I need any help I was told that taco Bell policy does not allow guests to take pictures of the menu. I was in asked to leave and chose not to order anything. Would not recommend. oh and obviously I still took a few photos just because :-)
Happy birthday to me! Came through drive thru around 2 am got food sat in parking lot to eat. Went to plaid down the street and realized I didn't get my debit card back from the guy working the window. I go back thinking easy fix I'll get my card back. Nope! They all the sudden don't speak English and didn't return my card. A gentleman comes from the back who I'm guessing is the shift manager he tells me to go park in front and he would come talk to me. Time goes by Manager is inside working sees me parked doesn't come outside. All I wanted was taco bell for my birthday instead I get card jacked I'll be calling corporate as well as filing a police report hope it was worth it.
Went here to sit while getting a service done at the u-haul across the street. The workers ignored me for a long time while I sat at the counter patiently waiting. They answered the doordashers and pickup orders but refused to even make eye contact with me at the counter and they got my order wrong. Tried to ask for the bathroom code and was completely ignored yet again. I just gave up and held it. Eventually was told to leave because we had been there too long and was forced to sit at the curb outside despite being paying customers and not causing a disturbance. There was 1 other customer in the lobby. I am not from here, I do not know the area, there was nowhere else to go. “Sorry” is not enough when being kicked out onto the curb when your service falls far below a 1 star. Just fire everyone and start over honestly.
Waste of time. My friends and I spent 40 minutes waiting on their online order they had marked as “ASAP”. The lobby is kiosk only so there are no cashiers helping or waiting on the customers. We stood at the counter waiting for a good 15 ish minutes, the workers kept looking at us but did not help us. They were handing out other orders and pick up orders, all the while ignoring us, who had been there first and waited 40 minutes. The lady calling out the orders could hardly be understood, I had no idea what she was saying and she was far too quiet. There were maybe three people working. We only got helped because a kind older gentleman who had also been waiting was helped, and he mentioned to the worker that we had been waiting for quite some time. My friends finally got their food and as it turns out the order had been completed and was sitting there the entire time and no one called it out or handed it out. The food was cold and soggy. My burrito was poorly made, I could’ve wrapped it better and it was downright disgusting. I never write reviews but this experience sucked majorly. The whole kiosk order only idea needs to be removed if they can’t even help people waiting at the counter for 40 minutes. Awful.
I came in today. I got 2 special quesadillas and a stacker. I showed the employee it was made wrong. He tore the quesadilla open and told me I was wrong not the food. Then told me he wouldn't remake it and expect me to eat it after he handled it with his hand. What happened to customer service
Cantina Chicken gave my best friend food poisoning and he has an iron stomach. I only had ground beef items and did not get sick so we presume it was the chicken.
My quesadilla was cut terribly. Hurry it worked for Taco Bell so I would know🙄 I think they tried to cut it with the spatula rather than using the actual tool.
I gave Taco Bell another try after a few months, and honestly, I regret it. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla combo, and not only was the quesadilla half the normal size, but it was also burnt on the outside and ice-cold on the inside. The chicken tasted off—rubbery and bland—and the cheese barely melted. I also ordered a Baja Blast, but they gave me a watered-down regular Mountain Dew instead. When I went back to the counter and explained the issue, I was told, ‘We don’t do replacements after you leave.’ I hadn’t even left the building yet. No offer to fix it, no refund, just a shrug and ‘sorry.’ The tables around me were sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. I’m seriously disappointed with how low the quality and customer service has dropped. It feels like they just don’t care anymore.”*
Order was wrong. They wanted to charge $10 to fix it. Insane
Pulled in tonight at 1:35am and the guy on the mic refused to serve me and my security partner because he ether doesn't know or doesn't want to take a second order. Why does this guy have a job here?
Trying to get food on the way to work. The guy that used the kiosk after me got his order and I ran out of time to catch my bus. I left with no food, thanks a lot.
If you actually want a fast meal, I highly suggest NOT coming here. The workers will flat out ignore you and all together avoid the front counter so they don’t have to talk to you. It takes shouting “excuse me” for them to actually talk to you. When you do finally get them to talk to you, they act annoyed, and like they’d rather be anywhere else. Every single time we’ve gotten food here it’s been wrong. And when you bring it to their attention, they’re short with you and act like it’s your fault, even though you did in fact order it correctly. Once your food is made, it’ll sit on the back counter for 15 minutes until your husband walks up to the counter and says “that’s my food, it’s just been sitting back there.” The workers are always screaming extremely loud and have loud music blasting from the kitchen at all times. save yourself the trouble and go to the one that’s a couple minutes further.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They are the literal WORST and unapologetically so. I ordered a delivery and they never even made my food, they never remade it, they refused to remake it, they literally hung up on me and refused to do their job. They tell me they "gave it to someone else and they picked up" but wont remake the order and wont take my calls. I can't believe how incredibly incompetent these people are. This is offensive how bad this is. Do NOT come to this location.
I've had multiple times where I have doordashed Taco Bell and received no sauce from this location.That is not right with the price of people are paying for doordash these days. Do better
I know Taco Bell is understaffed and overworked, but I hate being charged got extra shit I never get, like my pico de gallo, nacho cheese, and stop adding fries to my 5 layer burritos!!! It’s not on my door dash receipt so stop. If y’all weren’t closed right now, I would’ve brought this shit back.
