Absolutely terrible service, every single time we go. We live less than 5 minutes away but somehow end up waiting for 20-40 minutes each time we go, whether we order inside, drive thru or on the app. This is not a fast food restaurant. The staff is incompetent and does not value customer service at all. Ice cream or smoothie machines are always ‘broken’ because the staff doesn’t follow proper protocol. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not, the wait time is extremely long no matter what time of day you go. Readings through the reviews of this restaurant, there is obviously an issue with the management and staffing, clearly shown through the amount of negative reviews. Most successful businesses prioritize customer care and speedy service, especially in the fast food industry. Obviously, McDonald does not care about its customers or its quality of service. Obviously there is an issue and something needs to be done. This restaurant has been open for less than 5 years and already has a 2.5 star rating. McDonald’s y’all need to step up the service immediately.

LEAVE WHILE YOU STILL CAN! This is the worst run McDonalds ever. Whoever runs it is the most incompetent leader of any organization to exist in history, and that's saying something considering the US government exists. If they ask you to move to the online order parking spaces after going through the drive though, refuse for your own sake. Just straight up don't come here if you can help it. You will be forgotten and won't get your food until 30 minutes after when you go in and ask. They won't even apologize for the lateness. I've come here quite a few times since they opened and every time I've gone, which is both nighttime and daytime hours, I had hopes, each time that the next time I won't have to wait half a freaking hour to get my "fast food" from McDonalds. This is literally only the second time I've ever reviewed any fast food place because of how bad it is. I came to get 4 burgers today. 1 quarter-pounder, one double quarter-pounder, and a #7. I go through the drive through, it's going pretty fast, happy and hopeful that it might have changed since the last time, get to the window, they hand me my drinks and make me sit for a minute. They then ask me to go to online delivery spot #1. I really don't want to, but I assume it wont be so bad since the other cars that did it before me got out pretty quick and I only have a few burgers and fries before I can go home. I wait there for 15 extra minutes after being through the drive through, go inside, wait another 7 minutes because the employees clearly aren't taught how to treat customers and fix their problems. A lady finally comes up to me, I tell her my problem, she says "give me one second," proceeds to bring someone else their food in the restaurant (no biggie, I think), starts walking back and when she gets back starts taking the order of the single person at the line who had just walked up. I wait another 3 minutes after standing there for almost 10 minutes shocked that this employee doesn't know the freaking simple order of priorities that she created by telling me she would help me way before the other guy even walked up to the counter. Some other employees finally come ask my what I need, actually politely, (shocking, I know), and the guy I had seen walking other people's food out to their cars finally brings my food to me at the counter, hands it to me, he says absolutely nothing, and then he walked away. No "sorry, we forgot..." or "there was a miscommunication", no. No polite/correct form of human interaction that someone in my predicament is deserving of. I leave, get in my car, go home, frustrated as ever, finally open my cold food, and realize I have chicken nuggets instead of the #7 meal I actually asked for, for my brother. Am I surprised that my order wasn't put in correctly, too? I actually was... The last shred of hope that I possibly could have is that they put my order in correctly, but no, even that is too much to ask for at this, hopefully soon to be doomed to the fires of hell, "fast food" McDonalds location. 3 BASIC MEALS AND 3 DRINKS. That or the leadership changing would be good. Maybe robots taking over these jobs isn't that bad of a thing. They might actually give me good service. I'm absolutely livid. I genuinely have no clue how you can run a business this horrendously for as long as they have been, this bad, to get ME to Google review it. If you couldn't already tell, I will never be going to this McDonalds, again. If I were rich enough to buy the big posters along the highway I would dedicate a large sum of my money just for the sake of publically denigrating this location. LEAVE WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!

Placed a pickup order. 1 kids meal and 2 cheeseburgers. Showed up at the pickup parking spot at 2:00pm after waiting for 40 minutes went inside and asked what the delay was and waited for another 10 minutes and was finally given my food. I could have bought groceries and made it myself in less time.

Why I waited almost 30 minutes for a Double Quarter Pounder that never came, I cannot say. Fortunately, the asked for refund was the only fast part of this fast food experience. While waiting, I saw several people having issues with their mobile orders. I'm sorry these folks are having to work Christmas Eve, but it is not a very cohesive team they have at this location.

Dude. This is likely the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and on my first visit to this location. I had to repeat my order 3 times, no problem. The problem is she got an attitude with US while asking us to repeat the order. She was rude when we asked her to repeat herself because she was slurring. I don’t know if she was drunk to something but come on. I’m sorry you have a good job and are paid well but that requires customer service. Don’t take it out on the customer. Order was still wrong, by the way. Obviously.

Slowest McDonald's ever, service inside is horrible no one is ever in the front. Service through the drive thru is a nightmare, literally took 35 minutes for them to give you 2 chicken sandwiches.

Crew member Maria needs to get terminated arguing with customers because she can’t find their order due to her bumping off orders earlier to help drive through time. Didn’t even ask me for a receipt she rather say in my face I was lying all I had was water (second order) when I had placed a mobile order and had my receipt that she didn’t even bother to ask for. Manager could not control her at all she kept running her mouth kept slamming the window and talking shit in Spanish like if we couldn’t understand her. Corporate or the owner you all need to do better! Way too early in the morning to be dealing with disrespect.

I don’t normally eat this but my boy wanted a happy meal. We waited over an hour for a happy meal and four chicken strips. The kitchen looked like chaos. Several other people waiting on their FAST food. Awful. Will never return.

I have never met a router manager at a McDonald’s ever in my life. This staff got seven out of 10 orders wrong in the 20 minutes. I was there trying to get my own order. They need some serious supervision and staffing. There’s one in Royse city two minutes down the road. I would definitely go there.

Don’t go here if ur hungry late at night on the way home after a long drive and u don’t wana deal with a headache from the staff (mostly the old Hispanic male with glasses) they weren’t trying to give us our food , they kept telling us to cancel our order even though they didn’t know how to cancel it either , and wanted us to pay again. Like what ?? Pretty much wanted to give us a basket of fries for $22 even though we ordered more. We kept showing them our phone but they kept saying no they can’t give us our food just because our full order wouldn’t show on their screen and to order and pay again. But whatever the lady was kind enough to actually look at our phone & give us our complete order.

I never leave bad reviews unless it is extremely warranted. This is by far the worst ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life anywhere in the country. Every time I go I wait for a ridiculously long time. Last time I’ll ever go back. The negative reviews on here are 100% warranted.

Ordered a quarter pounder w/ bacon and 10 piece nugget among a couple other things once i was finally able to eat my food i ate my burger last the first bite was RAW. Looked down at it the whole thing was RAW. Went back up there to try and get my refund he only refunded me for the burger. i don’t know if that’s only weird to me. I wouldn’t be writing this review if he had just refunded my whole order cause now i have no idea if my whole order was raw.
