very good with lots of fries, order a small fry and there is enough to share. Had a coffee milk shake and it was great. Good burgers and sides.

The only place I genuinely enjoy a burger. I don’t know what it is, but I don’t like burgers. Unless it’s from here. Also, because if their Cajun fries, I put Cajun seasoning on my eggs, pierogies, potatos, steak... it’s soo good people, try it! 🤤

We came in with a huge bus group. The line was long with one cashier, but everyone who was working there didn’t display a bad attitude like some places, yet they got to work putting in and pushing out the orders as soon as possible. We were on a limited time schedule and received our food before our bus had to leave. Great service!

My fiancee always loves surprising me in coming here. They have Mellow Yellow, my all time favorite drink. The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are to die for. Yes, it's on the pricey side, which is why we only come rarely, but it's well worth the money.

I came in right at closing time, having just arrived in town after a long day of travel. As I realized it was closing time, my stomach would have grown an even bigger pit if possible. BUT, I was in luck! Matthew, Mikey, Jasmine, Joe, and Antoinette were all extremely accommodating and more than happy to serve up some Five Guys (3 guys 2 gals?) burger goodness. Thanks everyone! Came in on a snowy Tuesday. Was greeted by Santino ( very cordial, polite & welcoming ). Was taking the food to go but almost wanted to dine in. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to over the years. Will be coming back!! 10/10 would score this place higher

If you haven't been here and tried the burgers and fries , you're messing up ! Get here and try it. Freshest ingredients, they have all the toppings , the fries are handcut right there in the store and you can even buy potatoes 🥔 and make your own at home , very great experience 👍. Get your Significant other or Family there and try it out!

Excellent quality. Although notably expensive for a burger. However... I never get surprised with stuff on my burger that I didn't ask for and don't want..... Like cheese. You get what you ask for and that kind of makes up for the high prices.

Almost the perfect burger. I'd put it up against the gourmet burgers of the super expensive steakhouses anytime. And one very important thing, the cooks were super clean, changing gloves every time they started a new order. There is one better burger but it's limited locations make it a moot point. 1/31/21 was an amazing day to visit FIVE GUYS. Great staff. I did an online order and knew I was gonna be late to pick up. I called and everyone was super helpful. Staff waited to make my fries and shakes to be sure they were fresh when I arrived. Super friendly employees greeted me and had me packed and ready to go. Delicious food on top of excellent service.

It's your typical Five Guys restaurant. For those that have never been to any Five Guys...this is what you can expect... The French fries shoestring style and are fresh and they give you plenty! They come in two styles regular and seasoned. The burgers are fried and come with two patties and are also fresh. They are only cooked as well done (not even a hint of pink) and are cooked to order so you'll have to wait a little longer. Don't let the waiting a little longer get to you because they offer free, fresh, tasty, salted peanuts in the shell while you wait. The burgers are juicy and have a nice flavor even though they are well done. They have plenty of toppings to choose from and they also sell hot dogs as well. It's a great alternative to the other fast food burger joints, but don't expect to pay fast food prices. Quality comes at a price.

I finally took my boys to FIVE GUYS after many requests to go. I had heard it was greasy and not good. Well, I beg to differ!!! EXCELLENT burger, fresh bun and hot, non greasy fries-i(n abundance I might add.) AND... the service was excellent!!!! Everyone really seemed to be enjoying their job. Diana waited on our family starting us off with fresh samples of chocolate chip milkshake-which we ordered but didn't plan to :) She was hardworking and lovely. We were also served in a very timely manner and the place itself was very clean. We would definitely go back again.

Didn't eat there as I grabbed Chipotle which is attached. My father in-law did grab something from there and he was satisfied as always with five guys. I did eat outside and the temperature was good with nice views of the green hills.

Okay the food is always good but the service here is PHENOMENAL. First of it’s always so clean, so organized. They function as a team!! Sean is my favorite! He’s always so happy and doesn’t make me feel rushed. Keep it up guys!!

I don't eat burgers, but they have a great vegetarian option and the banana shake is fantastic

Just came back from grabbing dinner. I have to say I was so impressed. I remember coming to five guys over the summer and it was crazy… young teenagers working they didn’t seem to care and the restaurant itself looked like a mess.. but today… Wow! Friendly workers at the front counter and even at the back counter to pick up my food. The cooks looked like they were working like a well oiled machine.. minimal conversations amongst themselves they were just so focused on getting the orders out. I don’t know if there’s a new manager or what could have changed but I am so happy. I now feel more inclined to come here more often. Thanks five guys !! Great location

I've gone to a few different 5 guys and this was by far the best. Service was great, workers were so kind and wow they made my burger perfect ! They added a bunch of jalapeños to my burger & bacon. The one I go to the most in Lancaster, NY, they add maybe 2-3 slices of jalapeño & a slice or two of bacon, lol, so that was cool. My hubby's burger was amazing he said as well ! Next time in the area, we will def be back 🍔🌶🥓

The website glitched and changed my pickup location without me noticing (it said this location doesn't do little cheeseburgers which isn't accurate, so it changed my location to one that includes this option automatically). When I called the wrong location they switched my order over to the correct location no problem. The manager (Nick) was so nice and efficient. Great service! Always great food!

Although I do not always eat at a Five Guys, it is always my pleasure to dine at one when I find one. Also, I rarely go to chain restaurants when traveling, for business or pleasure, but I happily make an exception for Five Guys. The quality I receive is always well worth the price, and I was happy to see the soda fountain that offered so many varieties of refreshments, as well as so many flavors. I look forward to returning to this Five Guys, the first chance I get.

I was able to place my order online and it was ready as soon as I arrived. I would give it 5 stars but as I was eating I noticed that they didn't put bacon on my burger as I had requested and paid for. It was already too late to say anything so I didn't go back. Otherwise the food was great.

I really like this restaurant a lot. I've been eating Five Guy's food for years. This is the first time I've eaten at this location. My food was good but not great and how I remember it from other locations. Perhaps it's because of the rush to get people in and out cuz of COVID. I understand that part. The reason i also can't give a full 5 stars, and I would have, is because it's confusing getting to this specific location. I was driving around looking for the entry longer than I would have liked. But otherwise it's ok.

I enjoy eating the food at Five Guys in Wappingers Falls and Fishkill too. They make delicious hamburgers, French 🍟 fries, shakes and more. They have beverages such as soda, shakes, etc.. Another good thing about this chain restaurant is that they serve you peanuts 🥜 at no additional cost. This is a nice bonus but those who may have peanut allergies need to be aware of this.

We've been stopping by here while traveling for several years, and it's pretty basic Five Guys. The staff has always been quite friendly. I wouldn't mind seeing some of the faded decor updated, and while it is clean, it could use a really good deep cleaning, as the years are starting to show.

I've gone to other Five Guys, and is always awesome. Today the burger had a little off taste, but not a big deal. The best close to me is White Plains, NY

Didn't like the previous location no parking but this 10 Westage Drive is nice and parking is wonderful. Service is on the money and the Hamburgers are great!! it's a Hamburger you can taste and not be overwhelmed by bread like some of the other hamburger restaurants The french fries taste great and are second to none. Let us not forget the free peanuts that's a nice touch and the menu is open.

Had a late night snack with my wife. Her hot dog looked like it had day on the grill for awhile. Otherwise good and shake were good. Prices seem to have really skyrocketed. No longer s reasonable fast food option.

The hamburgers were really good and fries. However, they don't offer combo meals and each item is rang up separately. Prices are very high and to bring your family there to eat will be outrageously expensive.

Ordered a milkshake done black and white, came out real chocolatey so I asked if he could add some vanilla. He took it back with a smile and made me a whole new one and nailed it on his second try. Excellent friendly service and same quality food.

My favorite burgers when I cant go to my local greek spot. Juicy and yummy. The fries are super flavorful and high quality. The service is great at this location.

Good food! Mobile app order is useless - they don’t out the order through until you’ve followed up twice from within the store, even tho the app gives you a specific time that the food is supposedly ready.

Great food, nice people, an online order will never ever be on time. Order for it to be done five or ten minutes before you’d actually be there and there’s a 50% chance it’ll be there.

As soon as I hit the no tip button there was no longer a friendly attitude. Burger was squished in the foil wrapper. Fries were dumped on top with the fry cup clearly not used to hold fries. Tips come AFTER you receive good service. NOT when paying upfront. If I have to get my own drink, find my own table and go back up to get my food then what am I tipping for? 5 Guys is a decent FAST FOOD joint. Not a place where tipping is expected .

The food is good,however I didn't expect that ordering 3/burgers,lg & small fries and 1 regular sized drink would come up to $30+ dollars! At that price I thought 2 more drinks would have been included. It was my 1st time going there and I was also surprised to see that no one was sweeping up the endless mess that the person wiping the tables mess down straight onto the floor. It was like you expected a roomba to come out of a wall. But at least the food tasted good.

This food is good here. The staff are good and friendly. The place although is kind of small for all the tables and chairs that are crammed in there. It's hard to maneuver around especially if it's packed. Still the double bacon cheeseburger was very good and satisfied my hunger.

Walked in, immediately noticed floor super sticky! Not just at entrance but throughout. In regards to our food, cheese was not melted ,fries were super salty!!!! Not edible. It was pretty awful experience.

This was only my second time at 5 guys and was reminded about why I don't go. Decent food, but three hamburgers and one french fry was about 40 bucks.. I don't know about you but I'm just not spending that much money.

The staff was nice but they just don't have enough people to have 2 people preparing food at the line but there are 2 ppl doing online orders so on store, the line is out the door. Could use more staff or better distribution. Best bet is to order ahead and hope it's right.

It's a Five Guys of you like that sort of thing. Personally I find the burgers a little bland and the fries soggy but recognize I might be in the minority. Tye Coke Freestyle is as awesome as always and they had no problem with my taking free ice and water. This one, though, was super slow to get our food out and some of the peanuts tasted spoiled.

This Five Guys is wack. Ran out lettuce around dinner time, and barely put any cajun on my large cajun fries. I might as well have ordered regular fries. Guy at the register was rude. My friend was behind me and next in line. Register guy said 'next' and my friend was about to go up and order. But then he said 'no not you; the lady behind you' what the hell? That is rude af. Way better five guys elsewhere.

Nothing there I would eat. I would only eat organic potatoes and grass fed beef so no sale. The toilet was clean. Outdoor tables were very nice.

5-25-2024 The only thing good about this restaurant is the one girl that rang me up... Two guys cooking burgers were heard saying he's not a female I'm not ringing him up... 2 girls gabbing in the back while 1 person runs around. Also no hair nets.

The burger is crunchy and dry now. The fries taste burned and smokey. Gave it 3 tries over this summer and was disappointed to find out that this place had changed for the worse. Sad day for sure.

Usually a really good place, but ordered online for a salted caramel shake and disappointingly received vanilla. Ridiculous.

I went there and ordered a lot of food like 8 burgers and fries and the fries were disgustingly over cooked and the burgers were very undercooked just disgusting never again will I eat here.i even called them but they have so many complaints they can't keep track of whats for who just plain awful in general

Geeeeze..last night Went for a milkshake.. mix wasn't freezing... Girl was spinning mix in dirty spindle and pouring back into machine 4 or 5 times... I was so disgusted i asked for a refund, kid comes and pops the drawer with gloves on without an apology or a word and gives me m money back. Mistakes are one thing....food safety and poor service is inexcusable.

Worst Five Guys I have visited. Cheese seems old and the meat wa horrible. The staff needs to customer service training. I think Five Guys is done for me. Hitting Smashburger from here on.

My one experience here has sent me on a vendetta against 5 Guys restaurants in general- horribly overpriced food, which may taste better than similar restaurants but is not worth the extra money. We ordered fries with our meal but they never came, so I went up to the counter to tell them; instead of owning up to it, they implied that we were trying to get more fries for free and so they charged us!

A female worker tonight with a black shirt and black hat should not be handling food. Playing on her phone which touches her face, bare hands, and pockets then touching the burgers as well as the fries. Also picking the bucket of fries off the ground from the bottom then once again touching the food is probably not a good idea. Yes there were gloves on the whole time but what good are they doing?

Takes forever. Food is fine, wait is bonkers. Waited 15 minutes in the store after a 20 minute lead time on an online order.

Rude & inconsiderate staff. No hello, or greeting whatsoever. Order my food. No talking. No interaction. When I said "and for my drink" he just points at bottles. After I order, I'm told "you # 9. Go wait outside. Come back in 10 minutes." No thanks Promptly got a refund. This is pitiful. Your entire store is empty and I have to wait.

Worst experience ever. Rude cashier. Told my mother they can't make the bacon crispy in a very abrupt way and continued with...."so what do you want."
